Anyway, I really don't want to drop the Sydney only rule. Â Manager ranks will be determined via the tycoon ranking system on the creation date. I'd like to but I haven't been setting my training as is with only having access on a phone its a pain in the ass and with me trying to put all my attention on the cfc I'm not sure I could handle it.
