Â And as far as being legal.. the COMPANY and ATHELTIC COMMISIONS can stipulate certain substances aren't allowed. Alcohol is legal but for the vast majority of companies out there coming in drunk is in the companies handbook as being not allowed. For states where pot is legal, the COMPANY can still say you aren't allowed to show up high.
