catako
What is a good total skill cap to have at an older fighter? Let's say he remains in the 2.600+ total skill, is he worth it or that is a low total skill if he slowly declines ?
JLP
2600 will be pretty low but can be workable as a striker with good hiddens.

And what will be a great skill cap? (like say what is the max you heard/ had)

Marky
There are 23 skills, so 23 x 150 = 3450 points. Based on your luck with the cap you can have max 77%-80% out of that 3450. Which means a range of 2656 - 2760 total points as a maximum cap. 2600 can possibly still be good enough for an older guy to beat most of the guys he faces, at least I've made it to top10 of weight class with that kind of or even lower overall skills with an experienced fighter.

catako
And one more question. What do you train in general so he won't decline that quick in skills ?
duphus
And one more question. What do you train in general so he won't decline that quick in skills ? If they are capped and age/injuries lower their cap, it steals points from you highest skills and/or physicals. So if you have secs mostly at sens++ and punches are at eltie+, when you train stuff to train or reset tickers it will rob mostly from punches to add to what you trained to stay at the cap. So to maintain what you have, you will need to train physicals and your high secs more then normal to keep them higher then the others
