GBK16 Posted March 4, 2016 Report Share Posted March 4, 2016 Writer’s Union The Intro The Writer’s Union was the brainchild of Fergsuk, and a thread was developed previously by Clydebankblitz, which you can read by clicking here. Essentially, the whole point of this “Union” is to provide a better communication line between Orgs and Writers, and make it easier for Org’s to find writers to provide write ups for their org. How the process works is the Orgs contact myself, and I lay on the work to the Writer’s involved in the Union who are interested. Essentially, I will act as a middle man for the process, and should the work go laying around, I will do my best to provide the write ups myself, but the Writer’s involved will get first option on them. We will be discussing potentially Price Guidelines later, but for now, the org’s should explain how much they can afford to pay, and the work will be relative to that payment. The writer’s involved have been asked to provide an Intro / Bio for themselves to explain who they are, but also to allow Org Owners to see their writing ability on first impression. Their intro’s will be edited into this post as they submit them, but for now, the Writer’s involved are: Grant Brophy (GBK16) " Writer of the Year 2015 - Acting backup writer for the union" Michael Wolf (Wolf) " hi, i'm mike.
