Guest
Also, with fighters who are inactive for 15 days or more the org owner should have the option to fire the fighter and get all the signing bonus back. Inactive fighters are as useless as FAs.

Guest
Why is everyone saying this doesn't work yet? I had a manager release a fighter before he had fought for me and when I released him after he became retired I got my signing bonus back as soon as I released him. Grump
I really don't understand why managers are allowed to cut fighters who are under contract. We have implemented a system that allows managers to violate their contracts without penalty. If a manager wants to release a fighter, he should have to wait until his fighter becomes a free agent. Seems like a no-brainer to me. perfectly said...yep a no-brainer
Shards
perfectly said...yep a no-brainer The same reason a fighter signed to an org shouldn't be allowed to break their contract if ownership changes hands, the contract is from the org to the fighter so it doesn't matter who the manager is on either side.

Guest
So I just release him and the muney is back?
GBK16
So I just release him and the muney is back? No. The only way you get the money back is if the fighter is released by the manager and retires without having a single fight on their current contract. Heri
I think the org should blacklist the managers who releases the fighter 1
Leland
This would be great. Some orgs lose a lot of money to inactive turds!
Mizzou39
How long does it take for a fighter to retire after being released?
Ashbourne
How long does it take for a fighter to retire after being released? If a fighter is released from his org contract, it doesn't mean they automatically retire. The manager must retire the fighter themselves. Mizzou39
So i signed a couple new fighters and their managers released that fighter without ever fighting for my ORG. So after that fighter becomes a FA how does it take for him to retire?
