How good are Cozad gyms?

IMO, any secondaries training will be useless. Anything over 4 people in one session sees minimal gain. With 15 people in a session, gains will be near zero.

Weights, yoga, cardio is all sufficient.

Sparring can be quite good because of the numbers, especially if you’re already skilled in the primary. Eg if there’s 25 people in a Boxing session and you have Wonderful Boxing, you’ll only be sparring with the other top Boxers.

Last year there was a semi-public gym owned by the Gladius Org that capped sessions at 2 per person. I found sparring was better the weaker your primary was, because there’s normally only 8 or 9 in a session and you get to sponge off their sparring rating.

Hello.

I have all my fighters training in the Cozad gym until I get an invitation for a better one. I do not know exactly wich is the best training for each of them an I have a pair of questions about it:

1.- Is it better that I choose all the sessions of only one of the trainers in the gym or select the one that interests me the most at any given time, regardless of wich trainer is involved in each case?

2.- What does the number in parentheses indicate, is the numer of fighters in a session os is this value only avaliable to VIP players?

Thank you in advance for the answers. Greetings.

1: I would select the ones that your fighter needs to work on/get better in, whether you want a jack of all trades or a specialist in only one or two is up to you though

2: Please elaborate

As pointed out by MiikeSnow, the problem with Cozad is secondary training.

But...

If you built the right kind of 18 year old project and you are patient, I believe you could do ok.

Let's say you made a sprawl and brawl fighter...

You could create with your points in...

Prime = MT (110)/wrestling

Second = Punch, SD, Clinch, Tdd and DG.

Phys = Agility, Speed and Balance.

You could spar Boxing, Wrestling ang BJJ, and train up STR and Cardio.

Six months later you could have a pretty well trained (albeit one-dimensional) fighter.
