Weekend Results
"The Vung Tau Tiger" Jimmy Nguyen (395020)* remains undefeated (11-0-1) as he draws against "Super" Sean O Malley (366772) as the result shows it was a competitive fight where Nguyen did well mixing in the occasional takedown with his boxing while O Malley was more versatile on the feet mixing in kicks and was fairly effective escaping back to his feet once taken down. Overall I scored it 2-1 for Nguyen winning the 1st and 3rd rounds, surprised it was scored a draw especially in the 3rd when Nguyen ended dominantly without much else happening against him in the round and winning the 1st on the feet but hey that is just my eyes not the eyes of the judges which matter. Nguyen already has a fight booked its not a rematch but it confirms he'll stay in the undefeated rankings for All and MMA for May 1st rankings and he remains a promising world level prospect to watch.
Another finish for "The Hero" Kai Kataski (409089)* enters him into the All undefeated ranking as he improves his record to 10-0 and adds another finish to his resume! Securing the current sole number 3 rank and 4 rank in the All and MMA finisher undefeated rankings respectively.
Tout Petit Gigante (409524)* moves to 9-0 with another first round submission victory in under 1 minute!
In KT "The Hollow" Lerouch Vanitis (407575) moves to 8-0 with an impressive performance in a competitive bout where he was potentially down two rounds before securing another finish! Maintaining that 100% finish rate and moving to the sole Number 1 Spot in the KT undefeated finisher ranking! This win also moves him into the sole 3rd position in the KT undefeated ranking.
Another week another victory as "Relentless" Brady Swayde (408430) extends his unbeaten streak to 9-0 at only 19 years old with a RNC victory! So much potential, already a black belt with strong wrestling definitely the player to watch grappling/ TWGC wise!
That is it for this weekend, no ranked undefeated fighters lost with the fighters collectively going 4-0-1. Less action next week but still some quality names competing and good to see a lot of even this weeks fighters are already booked to fight again.
*New updated rankings on May 1st, *= next fight booked already
