MMATycoon
It's a rounding error - there is nothing wrong with your fighter. If your fighter has a reported pop from e.g. mediocre to mediocre it just means they are something like 39.999. Please don't report these pops - it will be fixed when we get time to re-do the training code.
Guest
ive debated on posting this cos i dont wanna look like a moron that cant read but im not sure if this is the same as what you've described or not? my guy went from competent to competent today and he sets at (--) now. that seems like its different from what you've described above. if this was the same as the way you described above then he should be at (++) shouldnt he? sorry if im totally missing this http://www.mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilemanager.php?FID=29595

CardiffWanderer
I had a guy pop from proficient to proficient then the next time went up to strong without problem but there was no pop report of him going to pro to strong. Is that normal?
