There is no limits on number of entries by designers, but we are looking for the belt to be unique and different to all the others. Btw, big pictures are a lot easier to make (like the one above). That pic scaled to the right size doesnt look so shabby anymore. I went for the 'keep it simple' route on my first one. A classical Wolf design, back to the primal basics. My second one, I tried some to add some flashiness.
