  1. Why are we even re-hashing this issue? If you lost in the first round and dont want to fight again, don't fight. Don't force Life to change everything up because you are a whiny pussy. The time to make these complaints was before we got started. We can't go changing things up because one guy is throwing a bitch fit.

  2. No you can't keep making massive changes. However, this is one we need. I'm not going anywhere I like the game, and I'm ok with the current system. However, from a gamers point of view. If I join this game for the first time, and I look up and see. Elite, Elite, Sensational, Black. and then I hear veterans talking about their 4 elite physicals and I read a few fights and I see these top fighters just matching up uber vs uber, the same guy fighting one fight like a Boxer, subbing out the next guy, head kicking the next. Sort of like the all 99 attribute guy on Madden. I might not want to play. How appealing is it to "train a guy for over a year, to your really, really high in everything? It's not called PATIENCE TYCOON is it? Because that is all it is, if all of our fighters end up at some point really similar. Now I might look up and see some awesome fighters that look like Elite, Exceptional, Wonderful, Brown. I may still have to train for over a year, but I can try to think of cool ways to create fighters to beat these guys. I can say..."hmmmm, those top 10 fighters all look like ___________, I wonder if I build this type guy if I can have a chance? - That is an appeal that is real, and could last for a long time. I'm not crazy about huge changes. But this game isn't very old (I've been playing a few text based sports games for over 11 years now, so they can last)... and some things take time to play out. This change will happen, it will screw things up, it will piss people off... but I think it will be a better game 6 months after it happens. I JUST WANT TO GET IT OVER WITH.

  4. I dont know if it has been said here but I would like to see escapes be high risk high reward. if you do escapes your fighter is very vulnerable to getting mounted or going to bad positions. the up side of it is that you can counter gnp or subs with escapes.

  5. Congrats - sub 500 opp rank is certainly more respectable than previous top 10, hell its better than some of the No. 1 ranked mangers

  6. You hit the nail on the head for me. I hate seeing far superior wrestlers get controlled constantly even when they have a great manager who does well with sliders. I think primary skills need a bit more effect on fights. The same goes with stand up, if a fighter is getting completely dominated in the stand up to a far inferior stand up fighter, then it should only be because the higher skilled fighter has a bad manager who has set a bad strategy for that fighter in many cases. I realize there needs to be cinderella stories and hiddens play a part, but far too many times we see great wrestlers get stuffed by a much inferior skilled wrestler. Also, I think this would be another reason to add an escape skill. Now a fighter who doesn't attempt any escapes and chooses to lay on the mat and hold the other fighter won't get the stand ups. However, a fighter with some form of escapes set can be a little more active in getting off his back. Now if the fight is being stalled by the top fighter and the better fighter is at least making some effort to escape, then stand the fight up.

  8. INY 42 Kalashnikov vs Jackson 265 World Title Fight Kalashnikov vs Jackson Muay Thai destroyer Kalashnikov is on a 3 fight winning streak and devastated Hall of Famer and former champ Styles last time out. In fact ‘The God of War’ has beaten the Styles brothers in consecutive fights in just 4 minutes and 3 secs combined. With the 265 division short of guys coming off a win coupled with the credentials to be able to hang with the champ, up stepped Curtis Jackson as the sacrificial lamb. Jackson looks well rounded, and brings a 6-1 record but he hasn’t beaten anyone of note and has been beaten by a fellow journeyman. Jackson is likely to be brave and carry the fight to Kalashnikov, but the champ is a different class in the striking department and Jackson will fall in brutal fashion. The real question is whether there is anyone else at 265 with the balls to take on the champ? There has been talk in the Immortals fight community of 185 champ Ventura stepping up two weight divisions, but this will remain just talk as the Immortals CEO has no intention of making this fight. The Immortals Casino has Kalashnikov as a certainty to retain the title. 170lb Division Haley vs St Pierre Haley is 4-1 (1-1 in the Immortals) and needs a big win, having lost to Don Stewart on the only occasion he has stepped up in class. He looks the real deal, with sensational wrestling, decent boxing and an effective clinch attack complementing a granite chin. Standing in his way is former two org World Champion George St Pierre. St Pierre holds a decision win over 155lb number one contender Huxley, a submission win over Don Stewart, and was the first man to defeat Tari ‘Anaconda’ Cunha to claim the INY 170lb World Title. However no sooner was he champ than his management team were linked to human trafficking and narcotics, and GSP then lost the title in one of the most thrilling back from the dead KO’s in MMA history. GSP was KO’d with 1 second left in the fifth round, with 4 rounds already banked. A defeat to new and present INY 155 champ Glenn Wauler followed, and GSP disappeared from MMA disillusioned and tied to a management company than had lost interest in MMA. So Haley vs St Pierre, the winner emerges as a force in a stacked 170lb division. Can Haley hang with the big boys? What has GSP got left? I’m backing Haley to utilize his clinch game and test the suspect chin of GSP and force a late stoppage, but if the GSP that beat Cunha and Stewart shows up Haley has a war on his hands. The Immortals Casino has Haley as a slight favorite, but it’s a close call. 155lb Division - Devaney vs Zavier Granite chinned boxer, Devaney is 7-3-1 has KO power when facing lower ranked fighters and has won his last two fights. Zavier also looks to be a boxer with great takedown defense which won’t be required here. Zavier is coming off a close but still impressive points victory over former title contender Kasem Muang. Zavier is super confident, manager Assasi believes Zavier will be the champ and is already enquiring about his next opponent. Zavier looks skilled, but Devaney looks no push over especially if he can keep the fight at distance. Zavier starts the favorite and I expect him to win by unanimous decision. If Assasi truly wants us to believe Zavier is the man, he really needs to put Devaney away inside two. 155lb – Jones vs Landers Jones 4-4-1 is a 9 fight INY veteran coming off a fight of the night loss at INY 38. A well rounded fighter with decent kick boxing he faces Landers 6-3 who is 3-0 since signing with the INY. Landers a ground specialist will test Jones’ resilience to a brutal ground and pound attack. Can Jones counter strike and make Landers pay? I’m going with Landers to stop Jones on cuts mid way through the 2nd. 170lb – Kokina vs Al Razi Abdullah’s man bitch Razi 4-4 takes on unbeaten Samoan Kokina. Kokina will keep this standing, and I fancy Abdullah’s little princess to try and take this to the ground. In a close fight I think Kokina will edge a points decision. 265lb – Spudd vs Kurtz Spudd 3-7 has 1 win in his last 8, and has gone the distance in just 1 of those losses. Kurtz is a making the transition from K1 and brings genuine world class stand up and a record of 4-1. This could end quickly in a KO of the night performance for Kurtz….or the JLP camp rated among the greatest on the planet could face humiliation if Spudd lands that takedown and nails down a sub. Unlikely, yes, but a possibility, hell yes! 170lb- Steinberg vs Williams This one matters, not because anyone really cares where these two young fighters are right now in their careers, but because of the growing rivalry between their camps. Steinberg is managed by Fox Jacobsson, educated, articulate, and respectful, but he has been targeted in the public arena in recent months by the brash and colorful trailer park hype machine, Shane Wellman. Steinberg has to keep this standing and box at range and repel the expected takedowns from Williams. Steinberg could be in a for long night on his back in this one , because I think Williams will stick him there and dominate. 265+lb Thomas Jnr vs Hotop Thomas 5-1 has decent Muay Thai but got taken down and beat last time out, and this time faces the old nemesis of the INY’s Gay Pride Poster Boy Zayeed Abdullah, in journeyman Warren Hotop. Hotop is coming off a win, and holds wins over Abdullah and Bradley, but when he has stepped up in class he has struggled. This one is a toss up. Both will want to keep this standing, and I feel Thomas Jnr will outlast Hotop, and finish him inside 2 rounds. 145lb Martigan vs Dubois Martigan a former amateur boxing star is 2-1 but suffered a loss by sub last time out, which makes Dubois a BJJ specialist a hot favorite to impose a second consecutive sub loss on Martigan, and with it end his MMA career. 265+lb Lard vs Rewell Lard is 1-5 a BJJ Brown belt with 1 sub win, facing Rewell a young boxer with some wrestling ability. Rewell knows what to expect and I firmly believe he will move swiftly to 2-0 and face sterner tests in the not too distant future.

  9. INY FN 29 Musings Fight Night 29 saw the first defense for Ventura of his 185lb title against a poorly prepared former champion, and the Immortals fans were subjected to 5 round Muay Thai exhibition. Why Ventura didn’t have the confidence to put away an over trained and de-motivated foe is the burning question? Surely demolishing a former champion would have led to calls for the Aquino fight, but Ventura opted to protect his championship and take a points decision. Does Ventura have enough poke in his punches to test a Youngblood or Aquino, and any talk of him facing the ‘God of War’ this year is just that, talk, speculation and fantasy. So who next for the champ? Melton Snr has a fight booked against Harmsworthy on November 21, and Meyers faces Rook the same night. Either winner of these fights will carry the momentum and tools to feel worthy of a title shot. The one stumbling block is Rook, who will leave the organization after the Meyers fight. So it comes down to who looks the most impressive, can one of these guys put their opponent away in style, and literally beat the door down for that title shot? One thing is for sure, Ventura intends keeping that title for a long time, he is sharp accurate and takes no risks, so someone is going to have to rip that belt from him. At 170 Kharmalov and Monroe shared the spoils and neither shone in a technical fight, so though they are both highly skilled neither took the opportunity to secure the title shot. Fear of losing is preventing talented fighters from progressing. The Youngblood v Turner title fight is one of few fights in recent times when two champions stood and traded bombs knowing that either of them could fall, one did and what an awesome 2 minutes. We need more of this excitement. More fighters to take the attitude of someone like Corey Smith, Abdullah, Washington and Kaleshnikov. At 145 Norris dispatched Ankutse in 2 to become the number one contender and then declined a new contract electing to take his skills to the open market. Though understandable, on the back of Shields going inactive and being stripped, the 145 division needs and deserves a committed champion. Jackson and Gallagher meet next week with the winner (assuming contract negotiations are successful) fighting Washington for the vacant title. At 205 Winnfield got his career back on track and looks a future opponent for Youngblood, and at 155 young Khan out pointed Falcao who then left the Steel camp. Tiberio Celentano also departed the INY this week after another KO loss, this time to Wellman fighter Phoenix. How much more punishment will Wright allow Tiberio to take? Wright much like Bruno Falcone treats his fighter like a son and find it difficult to tell their charges, enough is a enough man, your done. Tiberio, son, your done, jack it in. All the best INY fans. Richie

  12. Totally agree with PBR and Minark. PBR's example is only one fight, but I see it all the time. Not just on my fighters. I used to write reviews of events and it happens in about 80% of the fights that hit the ground. GIVE THE FIGHT 2 SECONDS ONE THE GROUND BEFORE STANDING THEM BACK UP! I get so frustrated. On a related note, why is it that even if both fighters are ground fighters and doing a good job on the ground that the fight is only rated in the 30's but even a boring, one-sided stand-up fight gets a 100% rating? Edit: Italscratch posted while I was making my post, but I agree with him as well.

  13. I think it is fine as it is. If anything, I would change it so that the inactivity clause resets every time a fighter logs in and doesn't respond to a fight offer. There is a far larger problem of fighters declining or not responding to fair fights than there is a problem of org owners trying to trap fighters without offering them fights. Besides, even if you are concerned, just do a little research before signing somewhere. It is far easier for a fighter to research 2-3 org owners before signing somewhere than it is for an owner to research 200+ fighters before sending contract proposals.

  14. I have been of this opinion for a long time. The Stand-ups happen to fast or for the wrong reasons. In a real life fight if all the guy on the bottom does is hug and try to tie the fighter on top up then the fight does occasionally get stood up, but only if the guy on top is also inactive or ineffective. He the fighter on top is still actively working GnP or transitions and sub attempts then there is no way that fight is getting stood up. But it happens all the time in this game. Something else that drives me nuts is that more often than not the fight hits the ground and the very next line is something like "The ref must be thinking about a stand-up" Um... the fight hit the ground like 2 seconds ago... give it a minute or so to see what happens OK? I have lost enough fights with my ground fighters that way that I just stopped building ground fighters. It's frustrating as Hell to finally get that takedown only to have the ref stand you right back up to take more punishment to try and get the fight to the ground again. All my new fighters that I build are Sprawl and Brawl because nothing else consistently works.

  15. I agree that training should be sped up, but I'd still like to see the skills cap. I'm not a big fan of the entire everyone reaches elite thing going on. I know some of the Jacky's are, but it just gets boring to me personally. Now I know I'm not everyone but as I can see from posts that many people agree that with the fighters reaching as high of skill levels as they do now, it's a bit less fun. So with a cap, I do agree that speeding up training would help. Not sure on the numbers, I think changing any level by a multiple of 3 might be a bit much, but I really don't know a whole lot about the training speed. As far as ground game, that I do disagree with you on. You just don't look at the top end and see a lot of actual wrestlers. You can see fighters who strike and if they don't happen to get the KO, they'll attempt a few takedowns and maybe get 1 or 2, but you don't see any devastating ground fighters that much. Other than Tonal, I really can't recall every seeing a top notch, fighter of the year candidate ground fighter and Tonal was just as devastating on his feet as he was on the mat. I don't think the ground change should be drastic and I think adding some sort of escape skill and making defensive grappling "defensive transitions" or something like that would be helpful. But I still think a few skills added would freshen the game up and give a little spark to the game. EDIT - And a change in stand up frequency would be great as well. Far too often stand ups can screw a ground fighters whose opponent stalls on bottom. I think the only reason a fight should be stood up is if the top fighter stalls or goes with a very low aggression. That may fix the ground problem, I'm not all too sure. Either way, I'd still love to see new skills of some sort just to get something fresh and new in here.

  16. I agree 100% with this. If it wasn't for my mentor, I wouldn't have stuck around. He bought me VIP and sent me a link to every noob guide. I knew right away that it would take time and effort to get to the top of the game but since I'm a huge MMA fan, I stuck with it. I have nine months playing and I definitely see myself playing this game for years. Cut back to 80% and increase the training from useless to wonderful. I feel ya Chris. Three years to get you stats up to Elite and now Mike wants to cut them. No offense Mike, but I doubt people will come back just because tickers are gone. As soon as they find out about the new system, they'll leave again. I'll give it a few weeks myself. I just started making project fighters. I released some of my 25 year olds and now I'm planing to make a stable of all project fighters. Now that I have the time, money, and experience, I see myself getting far. Go with this plan, I should make everybody happy IMO.

  18. I was able to spot the guy in my org pretty easy because everything he did on his multi accounts he did in a very small time frame. For example he would log into one account accept all his contracts/fight offers/PM's or what have you, then log into his next account(s) and do the same thing right after. Also if one went inactive, they all went inactive all on the same day and at the same time (you can tell by looking at the managers "last login"). Plus when I looked at all his fighters he had a certain way of wording things like his hometown or profile description and his grammar was also pretty obvious that the same guy wrote them all. Oh and all his fighters where HW's! All this tied together plus more made it pretty easy to spot. Might not sound like hard evidence the way I describe things but trust me in this case it was extremely obvious. I'm a pretty observant guy The main reason I reported him is because I didn't want people to think I was stacking my org with multis or be associated with him in any way, it could have been very bad for my orgs (and my own) reputation. LOL sorry man I get accused of being too serious all the time, just the way I am. Getting old I guess

  19. With the exception of turning this into a virtual computer/video game, where you actually see the fighters fight (UFC/MMA/Fight Night video game style) with graphics and all that nonsense... If you want new members to stick around there's only 1 thing that's gonna make that happen & if you don't see that you're blind. ONLY 1. Multiply the training speed of secondaries: useless-- to Feeble++ by 3 Mediocre-- to Respectable- by 2 Respectable+ to Remarkable++ by 1.5 Something like that. This game doesn't have a hook, line, and sinker for people who "try it out" to see if it's something they'd like. If it don't catch them within the first 24 hours you're in trouble - and that's being extremely generous. I see noobs around and I hit em up trying to establish that "mentor figure" by offering advice, tips, etc, and 1 of the first questions they ask "how long until my fighters stats improve?" and if I honestly answer that question, it's the nail in the coffin on if they're gonna stick around and try to give it a go. Most of them expect to be fighting within 30 minutes of signing. I message anybody who uses my referal link, only 1 of them has ever replied and they asked how long until their fighter would improve and when they would have a fight. It's bad enough that it takes days before they get to see a fight - the current hook, liner, & sinker of this game - unless the individual is completely drawn into the company aspect but let's face it, most people are here for the fights. It takes weeks before they receive contracts and then it takes even longer to receive fights, takes weeks maybe months before they receive sponsorship offers, If you don't realize that you need to drastically increase the training speed to keep new members around you're oblivious. Those always talking about improving the member count need to realize that the only way to do that is making it appeal via training speed (since it's the only thing that can actually happen on day 1) or accept that this game isn't for everybody; the patience, the slow progression, there's a small crowd in the gaming community that this appeals to. Training speed doesn't affect me cuz I've been here, I enjoy the game for what it is, have ties to it. You look at it from a new players perspective - one that isn't lookin for a game where they can play the role of Dana White by opening up an org & going VIP on day 1 (I bet these are rare) - who's browsing the internet, stumbles across this game, and randomly signs up. You need a hook, line, & sinker for them to log back in. I have 5 current referees? or whatever you call them. Pretty sure they all came from the MMA Game forums in Gamerground: http://mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=76704 http://mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=76760 http://mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=76816 http://mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=76993 http://mmatycoon.com/managerprofilemanager.php?MgrID=77788 Keep in mind that only 1 of these people have ever replied to my messages offering help, advice, cash, etc. I just can't remember which 1 it was. 1 shows the most promise, signed in 4 days ago. 2 has my favorite manager name out of the bunch, but he joined on the 19th, had a fight on the 21st, won, and never signed in again. 3 lasted a week 4 lasted about an hour 5 had promise. Lasted over a month QFCing. Even went as far as picking up Free agents with 0 wins and losses on their record. Reeks of desperation. Faster training speed and 5 is prolly VIP right now, 1, not so sure but maybe. I'd bet that both of them would be more active if they had a reason to sign on every day, or even better twice a day. Anyway, this is irrelavent to this topic, but if people are trying to throw member count into the mix, there's only 1 crippling aspect of this game that crushes the member count - and it's not tickers. P.S. The ground game is fine as it is, there are no need to add any secondaries related to the stand up, or the ground. Subs/GNP/TD's - they all work - against top competition. What needs minor tweaking would be the ref stand ups: ref stand up thread

  26. My name's not Michael but I'll comment anyway... The essence of the skill issue is that currently grapplers need to train to a reasonable level in X number of skills, but stand-up fighters need fewer because they can ignore (to a large extent) training subs and/or GnP to a high level. Therefore it seems logical that a practical amendment is to add a skill that stand-up fighters need in order to compete, but grapplers can ignore. My view is that this needs to be a ground skill, and hence something asking to "Escapes" is absolutely right: the stand-up fighter will find this a necessity (DG becomes just a positional type of skill), but grapplers can ignore unless they want some extra protection for when matched against better grapplers. I don't see how a "footwork" skill for striking either leads to this outcome (because if it did then all it would mean is that stand-up fighters become even more dominant in striking exchanges) or is sufficiently differentiated from existing physicals. This idea may need some tweaking to the game engine mechanics, though, so that fighters aren't able to just skimp on "escapes" and hang on for the referee's intervention. I think Italscratch commented on this in another thread: it may lead to more lay and pray tactics, but this would be a better reflection on real life anyway, even if not the most exciting!

  27. But these takedowns to mount seem to be more luck than good sliders, that's why I dont like them. That's why I'd rather have some one take the other guy to half guard and advance to mount himself due to sliders.

  28. Takedown success rates seem kind of fine to me already--I'd be a little wary of them becoming overpowering. Clinchwork on the other hand--yeah I could see the necessity. A little off-topic but I'd really like to see more scrambles to standup, as opposed to the abundance of ref standups--kind of just an aesthetic thing as I think they're completely reversed as far as how often they occur. Guys scramble back to their feet all the time--they don't get ref standups all the time. As far as takedowns to mount...honestly they should happen just as often as the triple decker pecker wrecker easter egg submission, because that's about how often they happen in MMA. I like the idea as it could definitely add a little more depth and strategy, I would just be concerned about the balance.

  31. mediamatters.org/research/2012/04/18/federal-study-on-effectiveness-of-food-stamps-n/184962 The thing about food stamps, is that it frees up money that will be spent elsewhere, thereby fueling the economy. Giving rich oligarks giant tax breaks so that they can buy huge villas and expensive toys will not generate the same amount of revenue, because people who are poor are much more likely to spend the money that they have, that now is freed up from being spent on food, on other consumer goods. Studies have shown it to be the by far most cost-effective weapon to stimulate the economy and decrease poverty. To summarize, food stamps create jobs, they aren't a substitute for jobs. They inject money directly to the local economy.

  36. So the problem on the ground is that we want strikes to be forced to put points on the ground to spread things out more without forcing ground guys to invest already more points then they already do. So what about this then, Instead of adding a skill like scrambeling or such why not just change submission offens. Rename it Submission technique instead. Now separate Def grappeling from submission defence. So Def grappeling will be only for positoning on the ground. This way you dont force ground guys to spend more points on a thing as they probably will still have submission in their arsenal but standup fighters will need to invest in this. As now a few points in submissions helps to defend submissions but you don't really need that high levels to defend good. Question is tho. Should gnp defence still be linked to Def grap? as I see it what you do when defending gnp is move around or hold your opponant = changing positions. While submission defence requiers knowlage of that technique to be able to defend it. A triangle choke defence is not the same as kimura defence. So By moving the defensive part of a submission from defensive grappeling to submission offensiv (rename it to submission technique) Strikers will be needing to spend points in this area. IF they just try and change position and don't have spent points in submission technique they expose things like neck and limbs which will make them easier to submit.

  38. INY 41 Vladdy vs Wauler - Musings Prior to last nights event rumors were rife that his eminence Peel Steel was preparing to induct the second entrant into the Immortals Hall of Fame. It seems VK was a win over Wauler away from immortality, and then, as it was in the first Falcao fight, it was just a distant dream. VK wakes up this morning with his third loss, two by submission, which can happen to a striker as we all know, however he now has a loss to a fellow striker, albeit a world class one. VK will be back, he is too good, and the decision could have gone either way, but what now for Glenn Wauler? The former 170lb king moved down after losing the title to Cunha, but he is now a 2 weight World Champion and the first in Immortals history. The problem? His management, the Stonewall Jackson camp are no longer focused on MMA and this could lead to Wauler spending time in the wilderness. The Immortals has already stripped Shields of the 145 crown, and possibility of Wauler hitting the bottle while he seeks new management looks increasingly likely. The 155 division needs and deserves a committed 155 champion. There is some great talent at 155. Huxley is obvious, with crunching KO power, and the finances of MLC chief supporting him. Washington looks an incredible talent, already a world class boxer he will be champ one day and he is still a youngster. Smith and Wellman Jnr meet on November 18, knowing the managers of these two, they will be crying for a title shot. Saunders has a date with Huxley, if he pulls off the shock then he becomes the man. Kurt Edge will be reading this and saying, hey but what about Pintor? Last night Lupe Pintor fought and won the fight of his life, submitting the fearsome Briar McGuire to send a message to the likes of Wellman and Falcone, saying 'look who's back!' Congratulations to Kurt, Pintor certainly will command respect again. Pintor is a very well rounded fighter and Kurt Edge has him looking like the talent he was considered before his surprising defeats to Smith and Wellman Jnr. Finally I will name three guys to look for making waves real soon. Knowshon Zavier decisioned Muang last time out and is already looking beyond Devaney, with manager Assasi convinced his man will one day be champ. Next is Sandoval managed by Smokey Heinen, he is young , skilled and training with a great camp. The fight with Wellman Jnr came too soon, but he could be one to watch. Amir Khan looks incredible, his rank is low, he is young, but has awesome skills, and we get to see him tested when he fights former world champ Falcao on November 7. For now, the Immortals are facing a wait to see if Wauler ever returns from his partying and defends his title?

  39. If it's broke it needs to be fixed. Tickers are broken. They do not do what they were brought about to do. My only real question at this point is how the Hell do you know what needs to be trained to prevent decline without the tickers? That part has still not been addressed.

  40. All I have to say is if newer players are reading this then they are getting confused as I am having trouble following all 22 pages. Changing up things now does literally nothing, it helps the people currently in the game- but guys will still quit. This won't make Mike anymore money simple as that, if your a business owner- why change something (even if you think its better), if its not gunna make you more dough? Probably gunna get a bunch of replies getting angry at me about tickers and I'm not exactly supporting them- WHAT IM SAYING IS- you can't change stuff over and over, because people get used to it and it may start attracting guys but then when you switch things up people will get confused again. Just keep changing things and see how far it gets the game

  41. Flavor text is part of the game. I don't see it any different than somebody attempting a submission and the opponent defending and reversing position (or when attempted GNP and opponent reverses position). There's plenty of people passing to mount based on sliders, but there needs to be a much more elaborate variety of takedowns, especially for the ones that are landing into mount. A lot of TD attempts involve a struggle, or a scramble, with one fighter ending up on top. Just add the detail in the text. Pretty simple. I'd also like to see a slam or two from shooting TD's standing, at least for people that meet a certain wrestling / strength requirement. We already have em from the clinch, and I love em. "Polunu has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Suggs clear over his head and slammed him to the mat" Just wish there was much more variety.

  42. You are a moron who is to stupid to realize it. Because Obama won i cant hire new employees now. Something i was going to do had he lost. Now i have to see how bad he is going to fuck over me and my company with his obamacare. If it goes into effect. Not only did it kill the already 2 jobs i would have created but my business might be at risk and i and the other employees might be out of a job. I am far from rich. Yeah it looks like i won you stupid ass! It sure looks like i and other have been winning the last 4 years too lol. How about you worry about your own politics and STFU about ours!

  44. seriously.... Think about how common this is in real life. To say that 1% of take downs land in the mount would make most people laugh at you. 0.5% would be exceptionally generous.

  45. Mike already explained that some hakers from Brazil have been attacking this page for 2 days so its unsafe to use your information now because they have acces to data base.
