  5. If you are competing in the TWGC 185 (wich is now in progress) you gotta read this; the Big Kabosh is giving one BJJ GI per finalist for free. (Due to almost reaching the maximum orders this month, the designs won't get in the shop until the next month) I've made them in plain white or blue, of course you get the belt colour wich your fighter deserves. You can also wear only the short with a shirt wich are in the shop. http://loepzuiver.net/extern/bjj_white.jpg http://loepzuiver.net/extern/bjj_blue.jpg http://loepzuiver.net/extern/bjj_white-b.jpg http://loepzuiver.net/extern/bjj_white-c.jpg How to apply for a free gi? Pm me here with your fighter ID and the link wich shows your fighter in the FINALS New York bracket. And wich colour GI and colour belt you want. And if your more intro rash guards, we've got plenty of those to (but these are for sale) Big Kabosh shop : http://www.mmatycoon.com/clothingpublic.php?cid=3970

  6. check the gym he's training at. Make sure its not below excellent. And start winning some fights EDIT: Are you referring to Taprishi? Let him recover his energy before you start training him again. Training with that low of energy will drop his morale drastically.

  9. http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/manager_avatars/13831805991380448779photo-62727.jpg Vladimir Byhenikov's Fokin vs Hanzzle Post Fight Media Scrum Vladimir told the reporters that he has plane to catch but has little time to discuss about LHW division and it's future. Reporter: Georgy Fokin and Yuri Hanzzle had great battle today. What do you think about the fight and what's the future of these guys? Vlad: That was great fight. Fokin was really impressive, and i think he can truly challenge Iso Kaato. Reporter: So did Fokin earn a title shot with this win? Vlad: That's the plan. It's not official yet, but that's the plan. Vlad: Also i want to say that i was really impressed by Yuri's performance too. At this point of Yuri's career Fokin was just too much but in the future it could easily be different story. Yuri was losing both rounds coming into third and he did bite his mouthpiece and won the final round. Who knows what would've happen if the fight was 5 rounds. To be honest, i think there was no losers in this fight, and both of them will be much better fighters in their next fight. Reporter: Cron Spliffton looked very impressive when he stopped Brian Burns early in the first round. What's next for him? Vlad: I agree. We all knew that Cron has brutal standup, but Burns is awesome grappler and basically he was nightmare matchup for Spliffton, but Spliffton went there and didn't give Brian any chance to take him down and then BOOM! the fight ended. Great job. Before the fight, i promised Cron rematch with Victor Vector if he wins this fight, so that is official and winner of that fight will be the number one contender. Reporter: Edward Elric was on five fight losing streak and finally got win to get back on the tr... Vlad: ...Edward is perfect example that even great fighters can go on losing streaks. He has fought the best of the best, and you can't beat em' all. I am so happy for him that he got that win, i am sure it was great boost for his confidence. Vladimir's assistant interrupts and whispers something in his ear, and Vlad said sorry and left with hurry.

  11. Immortals Press Release: Michele Castanbleu Head of PR "Despite widespread talk in the fight community today regarding a super fight between Tyler Richards and Ted Strongham at 205lbs over 5 rounds and not for the title, we can neither confirm nor deny these rumours. As for the arrest of 'New' Immortals CEO Jeffrey Ramirez in the early hours of the morning, for an alleged breach of the peace, Mr Ramirez vehemently denies the presence of Brazilian transvestites. While Mr Ramirez admits being 'disappointed' over the Dixon vs Strongham title fight, he has stated he will take legal action against anyone spreading malicious gossip, or insinuating that he flies in exotic lady boys and hookers for his own personal use.".

It depends on the perspective... this contest was planned for the vets AND the new managers, and the old guard kinda does not give a fuck about 100k, but the creative prizes and the customs are interesting again. We got 5x100 credits from Mike - and you get 50 credits for a referal going VIP for example, so i think the amount is pretty nice for sure and very generous in this relation. I definitly would be way more happy about free spins for example, others can really use the 100k more.

  15. ***Masamichi Yamaji sits next to his manager, Soyster Eighty-Nine, and stares at the off-camera interviewer waiting for the questions to begin. Yamaji is wearing a black suit with a white undershirt unbuttoned to allow his massive neck some room. Soyster leans on the right arm of the plush chair provided, and has his right leg crossed over his left knee. While Yamaji is dressed in attire fit for the Oscars, Soyster is a bit less formal opting for his favorite pair of wool slippers, a mexican style baja hoody, and a pair of loose fitting sutra pants.*** Interviewer: Mr. Yamaji...Soyster...thank you both for joining us here today. Soyster: No worries at all ***Yamaji simply nods*** Interviewer: Mr. Yamaji, you've been quiet - almost absent from the media thus far in your career. As the wins pile up, that has to be getting more and more diffecult as people want to know more about you. What made you accept our invite today? Soyster: So, I'm not sure if you're aware, but Masa doesn't speak english. He literally had no idea what you just asked him right there. Interviewer: I....see.....I'm sorry - well, I'll shift that question to you, Soyster - should I call you Soyster? Soyster: Yeah man, Soyster works. So does Soy. Whatever dude, let's not get caught up on formalities here. Why did we accept this invite? Well it's really like you said - we've been approached many times and have turned down every interview opportunity. Reason being, I hate you people - no offense. Interview: Ah, none...taken? Soyster: What I mean is, I'm not into all that. I don't have to sit here talking to you in order to find success in this business. It's MMA. I find up and coming fighters and I make them great. That's it. These interviews, the hype that they build - it's worthless. I make more money than I know what to do with. My fighters - the ones you want to hear from - they're millionaires without you people bothering them. Interview: I think there might be a misunderstanding, this isn;t... ***Soyster cuts him off before he can finish what he was about to say*** Soyster: I know, I know - it's not about hype, it's about the fans. Whatever. We - they - give the fans what they want every time they step into the cage or ring. This media circus, it might be for some, but it's not for us. It's not for me. Hey, if my boys want to do this kind of thing, more power to them. Masa isn't one of those guys. I had to drag him here today because I felt that we owed this to Crucible. They've been nothing but great to work with, and we wanted to use this as an opportunity to say that publically. As for the rest of it, let's just get to your questions and cut the shit. What do you want to know? Interviewer: Ummm, well, what do you know about Mr. Yamaji's opponent in the upcoming fight - Heinz Doofenshmirtz? Soyster: I know he's never been hit like he will be that night, and I know he's going to lose. That's it. Interviewer: You sound very confident in your fighter. Soyster: Of course I'm confident in my fighter. I'm confident in all of my fighters. They're my boys - my family. If you could see what I see every day at the Original Nemesis gym, you'd be confident too. They're fucking animals. Masa is no different. I've watched him spar with guys like Kane Williams, Dustin Douglas, and DeAngelo Kenner - some of the hardest hitting guys in MMA, and Masa took every shot and barely flinched. Dustin Douglas - the soon to be winner of the Evolution Fighter of the Year tournament and one of the more respected HW fighters in the game today, said Masa reminded him of a young Jigoro Kane. Anyone who's followed our sport for any length of time knows what a compliment that is. Interviewer: Wow, that's some very high praise indeed. Last question for you, Soyster. Mr. Yamaji is young, but has finished every opponent he's defeated thus far. Do you attribute that to his pure punching power, or is there more to it than that? And do you expect him to finish Doofenshmirtz? Soyster: How in the hell do I know? I'm no scientist, man. I'm an MMA fan who wanted to give fighters the best opportunity to succeed, so I opened a gym and starting guiding careers. Looking out for them when no one else would, you could say. So while other managers out there might follow the "sabre metrics" of our sport, I don't. I watch him fight, and I watch him knock people out. That's it, man. ***Soyster looks over to Yamaji*** Soyster: You had enough of this? ***Yamaji nods and the two of them stand and exit the room as the scene fades to black***

Okay so I know J-bomb has a Conquer twitter feed but I don't want to invade his thread as I think he is using it for Conquer clothing and fighters sponsored by Conquer but I really enjoy the whole twitter concept and I think it's pretty relevant to real life.......So I am going to make this thread for the community. Feel free to use this to announce fight offers after you accept them, announce when you arrive in the city you're fight is in, talk about the weight cut, pretty much anything guys would post about on twitter IRL..... http://simitator.com/generator/twitter/tweet There is the link to a fake twitter simulator. Pretty sure someone put that in another thread in here so it was available to everyone but I'll put it here in this first post as well to make it easy for people to find. When you make the twitter, be sure to download it as a JPG which there is a button for. Then right click the picture and click view image (which opens it in a new tab) then save the link and use it by posting it as a picture.

  20. ITFL 2 - Week 8/2 part 3... Jared Wild (9-4) vs. Barry Allen (12-3-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/5/5w12.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/11/11w14.jpg Jared Wild takes on new-comer to the tournament Barry Allen next. Fighting for Team BHP, Jared Wild has a record of 4-3 with 3 of his wins coming via his last 3 appearances. Barry Allen is joining the Reaper team and is looking to make an impression but will he pull off a win in his debut? Round 1 gets going and the fight is soon taken to the ground by Allen. Both fighters struggle on the ground to get the upper hand but the fight is soon stood up by the referee. A few shots are fired standing and Allen takes the fight back to the ground but the fighters are soon stood up again. A few shots here and the fight is taken into the clinch by Allen. Wild seems to be getting the better in the clinch before Allen manages to pull Wild to the ground. Wild wants to stand but Allen goes for a sub! No luck there as Wild defends. Round 2 and Allen soon gets the fight into the clinch and has the fight on the ground within seconds. Allen connecting with a punch and the referee has not seen enough action - we're back standing. Wild is the more aggressive fighter at the moment, delivering leg kicks to wear Allen down. Wild lands an uppercut and Allen is knocked down! This is trouble for Allen. Allen is back on his feet and a jab from Wild followed by a huge uppercut put Allen out of the fight for definite!! He is out cold! http://i1325.photobucket.com/albums/u625/darksoulmma/ITFL_KOTN_zpsa094ee06.png Wild def. Allen via 2nd round KO (punches). Dmitry Borsechev (12-3) vs. Vitali Kersikov (7-5) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/19/19w14.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/3/3w1.jpg We've reached the final fight of week 8 now Ladies and Gentlemen. Up next we have Dmitry Borsechev, fighting for Team Steel Penn taking on Vitali Kersikov fighting for Team Kaiser. Only entering the tournament during week 5, Borsechev has managed a record of 2-1. Kersikov has been with the tournament from week 1 and has a record of 5-2. He is currently on a 5 win streak and is looking good! Let's see if he can keep this up. Round 1 and the fighters are already going for it! With a total of 17 finishes between them I expect a stand up fight here. The signs are looking promising as the fighters are really going for it! Dmitry is getting the edge here, luckily that is also his nick name, and is connecting with a good portion of his kicks causing Kersikov some trouble. A cut for Kersikov as the round continues and as the round comes to a close it looks like Borsechev dominated that round. Round 2 and Dmitry is connecting well as Kersikov struggles to get a look in. Looking at the fighters more closely we have Borsechev with the reach advantage in this fight. Borsechev still with the kicks trying to slow Kersikov down. Kersikov looks to be struggling to keep up with the pace as he starts to breath heavily. Kersikov still struggling to connect but manages to kick Borsechev in the dick so his aim can't be too bad to hit something that small! The fight is back on and Dmitry gets back to business as he continues to get the better of the stand up. Round 3 and Borsechev has dominated the last 2 rounds so Kersikov need something here. Kersikov knows this and steps his game up early into the round. We're starting to see a very close round here as Kersikov starts to connect a little better. Borsechev is still throwing those leg shots, trying to slow Kersikov down. Kersikov is doing well darting in and out of range to connect against Dmitry but overall has a very low suucess rate this fight. We're looking at less than 50% landing for head shots and body shots so unless he's planning on a KO it might be too little too late! And to the judges we go... http://i1325.photobucket.com/albums/u625/darksoulmma/ITFL_FOTN_zpsb9b2f520.png Borsechev def. Kersikov via decision (unanimous).

  24. It's certainly not that much nowdays, at least when the starting value of that skill is very low like useless. For example one of my fighters trained clinchwork on 2on1 and went from 1.95 -> 6.45, and then takedowns in 1on1 session and went 2.1 -> 6.6, so the gains were identical. This of course also depends on the training partner, wiki states that if the other fighter in training is better than you, you train even more efficiently (marginally) than on 1on1 training.

I most likely won't be the champ when you work your way to a title fight because a - you'll take that long I'll have got bored waiting b - I'll have been taken off the top spot by a fighter worth ten of you who you'll still not beat c - The owner goes crazy and hires a bunch of fuckwits just for you - even then it'll be a struggle for you So, you keep working for that title shot - a few more losses and you might be there - in your dreams!

  27. ITFL 2 - Week 8/2 part 1... http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1361817591itfl2.png Robert Beckett (15-4) vs. Cornel Develutian (4-6) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/41/41a1.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1b19.jpg Ladies and Gentlemen, it's now time for the second event of Week 8. Up next we have Robert Beckett fighting for Team BHP. With a record of 4-3 he is coming off of a loss and will be looking for a win against Develutian who is getting quite the reputation as a guaranteed KO. Cornel Develutian is fighting for Team Reaper and has other ideas. Sick of being owned in the cage he is going to add a win to his current record of 2-5! Round 1 is on and Beckett starts with a cautious approach and keeps his distance, connecting when the time is right. Develutian on the other hand is the more aggressive fighter and is taking the fight to Beckett, but, with that we see less shots hitting home. Beckett with a left hand that connects and...wow...Develutian is down! There's no let up as Beckett is making sure Develutian doesn't get back up and the referee has to step in!! Beckett def. Develutian via 1st round TKO (strikes). Vinnie Vincent (10-7) vs. Luke Doomsday (9-7) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/19/19w17.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/15/15b12.jpg So, Team Fighters First Nutrition takes on Team Hells Balls next. Vinnie Vincent is fighting for Team Fighters First and brings to the fight a record of 5-2. Luke Doomsday is the man fighting for Team Hells Balls. Record wise he comes to the fight with a tournament record of 3-4 with the losses all from his last 4 appearances. Round 1 and the fighters are missing some opportunities as they throw shots from way too far away. Vincent gets a takedown and we might get to see some of that bjj black belt he has. Vincent tries to land some shots but they're not doing any damage and so he goes for a sub, fails and goes back to trying to land some GnP. Doomsday is doing well avoiding the damage and is trying to get into half guard. Some more missed GnP from Vincent and Doomsday manages to switch...he's now on top! Vincent could be in trouble here as Doomsday lands some GnP - Vincent is rocked! Vincent trying to get out of trouble here but Doomsday is keeping him where he wants him and Doomsday lands a big shot. Vincent is out!! The ref steps in and it's all over. Doomsday def. Vincent via 1st round KO (strikes). Kisuke Urahara (7-7-2) vs. Bawit Daba (8-2-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/24/24w24.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/42/42b27.jpg Up next we have Kisuke Urahara, fighting for Team Heisenberg, take on Bawit Daba who is fighting for Team Syndicate Nutrition. Urahara is coming to the fight with a tournament record of 2-4-1. Daba has had a better time on the tournament with a record of 4-2-1. These 2 fighters first met way back in week 1 where the result was a draw so this will be an interesting fight. Round 1 and the fighters are keeping the fight standing as they trade blows. Daba is the more aggressive fighter and tries to take the fight into the clinch but is unsuccessful. But he's not giving up and soon rushes Urahara, pressing him up against the cage. In the clinch and Daba continues to be the more aggressive fight. We see Urahara try to pull guard and end up slipping in the process - one way to break free from the clinch I suppose! Back at striking and Daba is using his height advantage connecting well. The fight is back in the clinch but this time it is Urahara that takes the fight there and the fighters are managing to score some shots. Round 2 and Urahara makes several attempts to take the fight into the clinch but Daba is not ready just yet. Urahara trying to slow Daba down with kicks but Daba is still connecting well and getting the better of the stand up. Daba decides it's time to take the fight into the clinch and Urahara is immediately trying to get the fight to the ground. Daba is delivering some good shots to Urahara's head as the activity on the clinch starts to slow down. Round 3 and Daba has dominated the fight so far so Urahara knows he needs to get this fight finished. Daba is keeping his distance using his height to get in there and score. And Urahara has stepped it up looking for a finish. Urahara is looking to take the fight into the clinch but Daba is happy where he is. Daba connects with a jab and Urahara is rocked! A combo soon follows and Urahara is on the floor! Urahara gets back up but is soon put back on his ass by Daba and he dives in throwing punch after punch until the referee steps in!! Daba def. Urahara via 3rd round TKO (strikes). Luis Garavito (11-6) vs. Daniyel Nebi (11-2) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/27/27w12.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/1/1w16.jpg Luis Garavito and Daniyel Nebi take to the cage next. Garavito is having one shitty time in the tournament with a record of 2-5 as he fights for Team Fighters First. With 3 losses in his last 3 fights Garavito needs to turn around his luck tonight. Nebi is fighting for Team Hells Balls and comes to the tournament with a record of 2-1 after only making 3 appearances so far. Round 1 and Garavito soon has the fight on the ground. There's very little action on the ground with Garavito trying to land some GnP. The fighters are back standing as the referee stands the fighters up. Garavito tries to take the fight back to the mat but Nebi is keeping the fight standing. We're looking at a close round as the fighters stand throwing shots. As the fighters continue standing we see Garavito pick up a cut but it doesn't seem to bother him as he continues to trade blows with Nebi. Round 2 and Garavito gets the round starting and is the more aggressive fighter, trying to slow Nebi down with a few leg kicks. The fighters continue to keep the fight standing with with both fighters showing signs of tiring. A right hand lands for Nebi and Garavito is rocked! Another shot lands for Nebi and Garavito is down with Nebi following close behind landing one more shot before the referee steps in. Nebi def. Garavito via 2nd round KO (punch).

  35. Most org owner complain about the lack of fighters in some divisions... since there is a "location" money bonus, maybe the same thing with weight could help rebalance this a bit. Now i know that a 155lbs fighter can be signed at 265, and his fight weight depends on a lot of things, but it's still doable just by taking the everyday weight into account. The veterans won't give a damn about the extra money, but when you are a total noob, a few hundred dollars can make a difference... so it'll pay off in the long term.

Lineker is fighting for Heisenberg Fight Team and shit ain't looking good for Linker. Having won only one of his fights in week 1 he has so a far managed to rack up 6 losses! Silent Bob is fighting for Team Syndicate Nutrition and currently has a record of 2-3 after joining the tournament in week 3. Round 1 starts and Bob tries for a clinch straight away but Lineker wants not of that and defends against it. Bob is determined to get that clinch though as he tries over and over to cinch. Lineker is trying to keep on the outside and manages to get a couple of counter shots in but it's not long before Bob gets the fight in the clinch. Lineker is trying to break free from the clinch but is unsuccessful. Bob is connecting well with Lineker's head and an upper cut lands that sends Linker to the floor!! More shots from Bob and the referee has to step in! Bob def. Lineker via 1st round TKO (strikes). Kirk Lazarus (8-4) vs. Joseph Shoznes (4-5) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/1349628629KirkLazarus.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/40/40w14.jpg Kirk Lazarus and Joseph Shoznes are up next. Lazarus is here fighting for Team Steel Penn. Week 7 gave him only his second loss of the tournament leaving him with a record of 5-2. He goes up against Joseph Shoznes of Team Kaiser. Shoznes' record so far in the tournament is 3-4. The bell rings and we start round 1 and Lazarus takes a hit to the head giving him a cut. Shoznes is throwing shots well outside of his range which means that he's not connecting too well at all. The fighters trade a little and the fight is taken into the clinch by Shoznes. Both fighters are landing shots in the clinch and a knee from Lazarus gives Shoznes a cut. The fighters continue in the clinch as the round comes to a close. Round 2 and we see some half-arsed shots thrown to begin with but both fighters know that's getting them nowhere. The pace picks up a little but we're still seeing a few wasted shots thrown from too far away. Lazarus begins to score with some body shots in the hope of wearing down Shoznes. Shoznes is trying to get the fight into the clinch but Lazarus is happy to keep the fight at a distance where he's dominating the action. Round 3 and Shoznes is looking to take the fight into the clinch early in the round. Still at striking distance and Lazarus is unloading a lot of leg kicks and they seem to be doing their job on Shoznes. Winning the stand up so far, Lazarus decides to see what he can find in the clinch. Both fighters are trying to do some damage with their knees in the clinch but are landing too few. Shoznes starts to become more aggressive as the fight comes to an end...and let's see what the judges thought of that fight... Lazarus def. Shoznes via decision (unanimous). Castiel Angel (14-5) vs. Vaimaa Fatu (9-7) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13818093877643.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13770309319008.jpg Up next, fighting for Team Fighters First Nutrition is Castiel Angel. Angel's record is 4-3 and seems to have gotten into a pattern where he wins 1 and losses 1 - so if that pattern continues we should have a win here tonight for him. Vaimaa Fatu is fighting for Team Hells Balls with a record of 3-4. Round 1 and Fatu ducks right into an uppercut from Castiel, picking up a cut as he does. Not a great start at all! Fatu defends against a takedown attempt, keeping the fight on the feet. The fighters are quite active as they try and connect but Angel is still looking for a takedown, which he eventually gets. On the ground and Fatu is trying to control the situation but Angel manages to get a few shots through. Angel is struggling to land with some GnP but manages to get a few through, opening up Fatu's cut more with each strike that lands. Fatu successfully slows the pace down a little but Angel is still working the GnP and Fatu's cut looks not too great...and it looks like, yes, the doc has been called in to take a look. And...that's it, the doctor has called it and we see the fight ended. Angel via 1st round TKO (cut). Maubee Away (13-7) vs. Hamed Al Zahran (11-6-1) http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/10/10b14.jpghttp://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/40/40b20.jpg So next in the cage is Maubee Away, fighting for Heisenberg Fight Team against Hamed Al Zahran, fighting for Team Syndicate Nutrition. Away's record so far is 4-3 despite having a promising start. Al Zahran comes to the fight with a record of 3-3-1 so far in the tournament. Round 1 and Al Zahran comes out the more aggressive fighter and is happy to land quite a few shots as Away keeps trying for the takedown. After many failed attempts he finally gets the fight to the ground. Away is throwing down some GnP but doesn't seem to care if they land or not! Al Zahran trying to control the action and looking to get the fight back to the feet. The referee soon steps in due to the lack of action and the fighters are stood back up but as there is only a few seconds left we reach the end of the round. Round 2 and the fight is in the clinch as Al Zahran closes the distance taking the fight into the clinch. Al Zahran is throwing shots in the clinch but is struggling to land as he also has to keep Away from trying for a takedown. Still struggling to land, Al Zahran soon becomes victim to a takedown by Away and the fight is now on the mat. Al Zahran is slowing down the action, no doubt looking for a stand up which he soon gets. We're into the last round now ladies and gentlemen and Away goes fora takedown straight away but is stopped by Al Zahran. Al Zahran is very active, going for strike after strike, stopping only to defend against another takedown attempt from Away. Al Zahran is determined to keep the fight standing but eventually Away gets the takedown he's tried most of the round to get. Al Zahran could be in trouble here as Away is trying to land some GnP from the back. Al Zahran is trying to get out of a bad situation but Away is keeping him where he wants him. There's only a few seconds on the clock...and that it's it! The end of the round and the end of the fight!! Al Zahran def. Away via decision (unanimous).

  48. Ok, you wanted to steal this thread to consider about you. You are guy who i have been talking by far most in the chat room and pm's. We even do business together, but you revealed your true character just a little time ago. I always considered you to be my mate, until you continued and continued to be selfish. I have helped you out with your org by taking short notice fights with my fighters to fill your cards many times. And after i created new org and was just building my roster, what did you do when i couldn't get your fighter fight right away? You demanded release. You have succesful org which makes profit and still, you are asking money in noob threads just because you want more money, more quickly. You refused to defend your title with your fighter because you "wanted to avoid fights that is dangerous to your hype and rank". Im happy for Whymer that you lost the title, no one want's champion who is ducking fights. Selfish coward.
