Not really I'm thinking about this from a logical perspective not an emotional one like you are suggesting. If you want fighters to spam popularity with barely any fights and be rated top 10 fine by me. I just think that makes zero sense and affects the game balance. Let me be more specific, the player doesn't necessarily need to be banned or punished drastically, however it still should be nerfed or limited the system itself.

I don't think this is really cancel culture. If more people learn that you can just spam this with low quality little effort articles, It will be a nightmare for organization owners to fairly matchup fighters. They have enough problems. Better to nip it in the bud now.

The only way Boxing (BA) would work is if it was affiliated as a huge feeder to a prestigious MMA org that wants future fresh talent. Like what happened with PULSE and PULSE Tribal Combat. Hopefully the committee comes up with a clear criteria for 2021. Me personally I see the "breakthrough manager of the year" as a manager that is top 20 that has the potential in the next 3-9 months to challenge for the #1 spot for a significant period of time. Which means they have a lot of "breakthrough" prospects that are in the top 100 rankings and have at least a 2:1 ratio for fights in pay per view organizations. Then again though that is just my opinion. And I am not on the committee ATM.
