Hi! I have an idea. This would be a simple org, but there is a life-death fight. So if your fighter lose in this org, you have to sack him. If anybody survive 3 or 5 fights(i dont know what would be better) he would be the champion. Everybody could write his kills in his fighter bio. What do you think about it?
