Hi, if I picked a couple of fighters up from free agents list and they already had their custom avatars is it ok to keep them like that or do I need to change them for a standard avatar?

Hi, I used to love this game. I haven't played for years now. I'm thinking about coming back. How many managers is active at the moment? Is there enough fight organizations, managers and fighters to keep it fun? Or has it gone really quiet? Also what's the best city to start over? Appreciate all the help
