I can also confirm when these fights were offered that the title option was selected and this past Friday before the cutoff for the cards I double checked that they were listed as title fights as Lyman Hicks has beaten the champion twice in a run and despite the text saying it was a title fight the belt did not change hands.

Not sure if its just Highland or not. My VIP did run out so not sure if that is related to the titles not changing hands for some weird reason. I have renewed VIP for the moment as we continue to look for a new owner that can give Highland the time that it deserves.

Perhaps Highland could be of some help here? What do we feel is a fair minimum contract offer for a fighter with 13 fights under their belt? If there is a consensus on a minimum contract structure that would help encourage a fighter to stick around for all 13 fights then Highland will commit to offer that as a minimum to all fighters who complete the tournament. If we don't feel a contract offer is a good enticement then perhaps a signing bonus paid directly to each manager who sticks it out regardless of their record? Highland is prepared to help in any way we can to make this tournament a success. We obviously have vested interested as it would create a potential pool of up to 20 fighters who hopefully would be in search of a home to continue their career against fellow 25 year olds.
