Is there in game money to be made? I dont have a lot of time for write ups or graphics? Are there other ways to make decent enough money to afford private training for a full stable of fighters?

Was just looking for honest opinions. Was thinking about starting up again and just messing around but was unsure how active the game was. Also, I pretty much vanished and all my in game cash was in my fighters so if the game is not very active it doesnt seem worth it to get back into it if I will struggle to make cash and wont be able to afford private training. Id love to hear honest opinions.

Where do you guys get your information about the game if you got any of it outside of the EA website?

Can we please get a message or something saying tickers are going to kick in? My grandma passed away and for about 3 weeks I wasn't able to log on and do much but check PM's. I came back to find not only had tickers been activated for a fighter but he had about 6 de-pops and almost every skill on this game was deep into the red despite training sparring 6 times a week, secondaries 4 times a week and physicals 2 times a week. Granted, secondaries I typically have all 4 set onto one of them, so I would understand if a secondary or two de-popped. I understand we don't want insanely skilled fighters but at the same time to punish people who have to go through a brief period of inactivity? And i know, there's vacation mode, but everything that was already in the red stays in the red and keeps declining so that's not even an excuse that works in this instance. Once tickers activated, most of it already started in the red so it would have just made it worse.

How about retired fighters clothing not deteriorating? I just think if I retire a fighter that I still shouldn't have to play doll house with his clothing.

Yeah, I was exaggerating those numbers a bit. As far as confidence, he dropped to about 65% after the fight. Is that shit confidence? I always thought 0 was shit confidence and 60 something would be about mid ship. Like maybe a 75-85 out of the 150 possible points. As far as sliders, they were at about 15% takedowns stand up and 40% takedowns in the clinch with 100% FMO. I don't understand how 4 out of every 10 moves being a takedown in the clinch is predictable. I understand taking shots, but if he's throwing shots aggressively, that should allow a wrestler to get in on a takedown better. He's aggressively stretching out his arms leaving everything under them wide open, but I can't get under his arms and utilize any of that free space? And 20% stand up? That shouldn't at all be too high and predictable. This is why this is a strikers game. You have to be an elite striker before you can be a decent wrestler. It makes absolutely no sense. Going 20% takedowns with a sensational wrestler is considered too high. You can sit there and throw 100% head shots and be completely successful but if you shoot 2 out of 10 moves you fail every time. I don't understand it at all.

I'm in total agreement. In fact I had a fight tonight that there is no way I should have gone 0/18 on takedowns. http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=467668 Jones is Sensational wrestler and Elite BJJ with all ground secondaries, clinchwork and striking defense to match. His punches aren't terrible either. Had I spammed takedowns, maybe Jones should have tired out a bit and been a bit less successful. Even then he should have hit a few. I even mixed up strikes with takedowns and his sensational/elite ground game was pounced by superb wrestler with a purple belt. I know there has been worse cases than this, but this is a pretty bad one. On top of that, until these last few weeks, I've always been great with the ground game. Not saying the game needs to change, but I'm saying the consistency of this game has become 95% luck and 5% that you actually have control over. I'm not complaining about losing as I've lost plenty of fights and never posted on one of them. It just annoys me that training up skills is useless when striking is the only thing that matters in this game anymore. Shitty wrestlers are stuffing sensational and elite wrestlers as much as ever and it makes no sense.

If the mods even did that. Most mods will sit there and let their friends or the people they know troll new members all day but if they don't know the name they ban them. Being a mod is thankless job because all they do for the most part is ban people for doing the same shit that other people get away with. It's thankless because instead of being fair to all, they abuse their powers. As someone said earlier, they know some peoples sense of humor so they don't ban them. So because they know that person and they know it's sense of humor, they don't get banned for trolling yet if they don't know the person they do get banned for trolling? Makes no sense. I agree that they can get a bad rep just for being in power, but to dislike someone for having power is someone's opinion about someone because of what they have to where abusing power because you have it is plain wrong.

Yeah, some of the mods are terrible. I got perma banned because Chuck Grace and I were joking back and forth and he told me to change my name back to ChuckGracesWife. Now I can no longer get on the chat. The chat mods are uber power hungry and have nothing better to do than ban people for the dumbest reasons I've ever seen.

So I was trying to hire another circuit training coach and I have 230 points left on my limit with 12 coaches currently. So I put in 150 fitness and click hire and it tells me "Coach not available". Does anyone know if this is an error?
