I think it's okay that it's hard to start a new business and make it work. It's like the real world. I started a gym at $50, then bumped to $100, then around $500, then $1000. Each time I jumped and bought new coaches, it was a risk. My gym could fall flat on its face and it'd have to close, or I'd lose VIP time. I eventually bumped it up to $1000 and made a good profit per week and it still was a good gym, I still have fighters in there even though I don't own it anymore. For me, part of this game that makes it really fun is the reward of toughing through the beginning. The reason I stick around is because I've earned where I'm at right now. It wasn't handed to me in hopes I'd stick around longer. In turn, that's why I'm still here.

Save your -1's for people that actually deserve it, IMO. There are too many individuals that follow around certain members to just give them a -1. If you were given more, this would get even worse. To me, very few people per day actually deserve a -1.

Wish I could, but gotta keep true to what I say . You probably want to cut some of those guys anyway and make some 210k guys, right?

We are a little under 200 fighters away from hitting 210k. I wanted to give potential signees a chance ahead of time to plan if they so chose to join this org. I will be signing fighters from 155-265. The other divisions will open up down the road once the org is more established. I currently have a logo in the works by an artist, but I wanted to start this beforehand to give everyone a heads up. I started in this game around one actual year ago. I eventually took over a gym (Adrenaline MMA & Fitness) that was in debt, and thanks to a donation by Peel Steel, I started off even. I turned the gym from a $75 fitness gym into a $1000 elite training gym now known as Fox's Lounge in New York. I only write this to show that I am committed to building up this organization in the same way to one of the best ID restricted orgs out there. I plan to model this org after ones like Immortals New York and Armaggedon Fight Promotions, those that have active members in the forums for role play with previews, reviews, and smack talk. Agreed. Managers could be pressured into accepting fights they really shouldn't accept for fear of being downvoted.

Good point. Maybe if either wrestling or bjj were inferior they wouldn't try the takedown if they were "smart" or "experienced"? Just throwing stuff out there.

Good idea. Maybe instead of adding another slider or having a box to check, it could be factored into intelligence/experience? As in, an intelligent/experienced fighter who knows he's behind on the scorecards and has either better wrestling or BJJ could try to go for that last minute takedown?

I think you're mistaking "least important" for "least significant." I'm just saying that from most fights I've read MT seems to be the least used aspect. Allowing subs from the clinch would decrease the number of MT fighters, in my opinion, for fear of superior BJJ people subbing them from the clinch.
