Need a coach with elite wrestling, elite boxing and elite muay thai with all sessions set for clinchwork. I will also need a second coach with elite conditioning for another fighter - with all sessions set to agility.

My fighters, two of them, both only 20 years old, got stats descrease. I think this isn't fair, I read somewhere that stat descrease start at 29+ years. How can ever they could become good fighters if they got stat descrease at that age? This game will probably have soon a player descrease - me.

I fight in the last season in The Island, but the contracts was never that low. My first contract there I got 3k signing bonus, 2.5k per fight and 2.5k win. And I was a noob, a new manager in game. My advice, don't accept contracts lower than that. Also inactivity clause is very important on The Island, some orgs may become inactive there and you will have your fighter blocked for a long time. 15 days inactivity clause is the thing you should negociate first, 30 days if the org belong to an experienced manager.

The problem with gyms is the fee cap of 1000 per week. Gyms are the less profitable companies and they also have considerable risk. There are many managers that will be willing to pay more than 1000 per week or an entrance fee, but regulations killed the market. I am worry that soon I will need a performant gym in London, and finding one will be very difficult. If you have that gym I am looking for, pm me in game.

You need a contract to be counted in ranks. What happen if a fighter run out of contract just before the end of the season? He will still be eligible for this tournament or he must have a contract? As prizes I vote for VIP.
