Just this one scheme you described provides enormous potential for abuse. First, the hardest part of running an organization is managing the managers, meeting their demands, and building relationships. This completely disappears when you employ only your own fighters from multiple accounts. This allows you to undercut contracts, set up uneven fights that most managers wouldn't accept, and artificially inflate fighters' records, hype, and popularity. As a result, the organization starts making more money without having to pay market rates to fighters. Fighters with high hype/popularity will eventually become highly sought after by sponsors and other organizations, who will have to pay a hefty sum to convince the cheating manager to cooperate. Additionally, such a manager, using multiple accounts, will climb the rankings, allowing him to contract free agents who often have a significant amount of money in their accounts. Running an organization and filling it with your own fighters provides significant opportunities for dishonest enrichment and inflating records, hype, and popularity.

Yes, I have screenshots of that conversation. They include the number of accounts he has, the offer to generate a VIP Membership, and his possession of a tool that allows him to generate money in the game. I shared the screenshots with Vlad, but I'm hesitant to make them public. Everything I've posted so far has been public, and everyone has access to it. However, these messages are private, and I don't think I'd feel comfortable sharing private correspondence publicly.
