  1. SYN Supernova XIII 22 APR 2023 LA Memorial Colossuseum, Los Angeles Hello everyone! Bleak here coming to you with the next chapter of SYN evolution and I’m brimming with excitement to work with the staff and managers here at the greatest org in the business. This is my first time to be involved with a Supernova promotion and I hope this preview does it justice as this is one of the greatest events on the planet and I can only hope to live up to the hype. As you know, Supernova is a monster. Every title is on the line, every MMA fan in the world will be tuning in for at least one of these fights, if not all. You’ve got the #1 P4P fighter in the world headlining this card in a title defense searching to set historical records. Co-headlining this event is another SYN champ on a nice run having recently travelled to Combate to exert SYN style dominance there. Obviously, with 7 titles on the line, you know there’s going to be a plethora of greatness on display in the cage, so let’s break down these fights a little more. Johnny Albatross vs Joe Biden Name: Johnny “Vampire Hunter” Albatross Record: 19-4 SYN record: 2-1 Country: Spain Manager: John Wayne Notes: Albatross is a newer addition to the SYN roster, but already he’s making a name for himself. Following up his extremely successful career at ENIGMA where he captured the Bantamweight title 3 different times. His most recent run being his longest stint as champion as he defended his belt 4 times before being dethroned. (Title fight record 8-3) Now, he’s looking for his third consecutive win in hopes of another title shot in the not too distant future. An excellent striker with 15 finishes but his bugaboo has been his ground defense where 2 of his 3 title losses came via submission. He’s an exceptional wrestler, but only a blue belt in BJJ and seems to be the focal point of his opponents. His current opponent is a much better grappler but doesn’t have a history of use his ground skills offensively, which will play to Albatross’ gameplan making this anyone’s fight. Name: Joe “The Eagle” Biden Record: 21-9-1 SYN Record: 6-3 Country: Sao Tomea Principe Manager: Jason Swanson Notes: Biden has had a successful career, but a title has eluded him to this point. He’s been in two title fights, losing both. His second fight in SYN he lost a split decision to Detkhunjon Sitsongrit, though he followed that up with a split decision win in his next outing. He’s now won 3 in a row and is building up momentum for this fight. While being a much more experienced fighter with 7 more fights than his opponent, yet 2 less finishes. He’s not displayed any real power since joining the SYN ranks, but that hasn’t stopped him from scoring points and out boxing his opponents as he’s become a better technical fighter. Matchup: These two match up extremely well standing. As I mentioned before, Biden has the advantage on the ground, but his skills have been used more defensively and not considered much of an offensive threat there. Both fighters are on a roll but there can be only one. Not a bad card when the opening fight features 2 top 100 P4P fighters on winning streaks to kick things off for another explosive Supernova! Cornelius Myers vs Petchuanglek Sitsongrit 145 Title Fight Name: Cornelius Myers Record: 24-11 SYN Record: 7-2 Country: USA Manager: John Wayne Notes: Myers won his belt on a split decision last fight against Sitsongrit, and he’s looking to prove it was not a fluke by following that up with another more decisive win in this one. Having won 3 in a row now, he looks to defend his belt and start another run like he had when he first joined SYN where he captured and defended the title two times. He’s proven he has the tools to get the job done and with a win here will likely crack the top 10 P4P fighters in the world as he currently sits at 13. Name: Petchuanglek Sitsongrit Record: 27-6 SYN Record: 15-4 Country: Thailand Manager: Theksit Ruengruong Notes: Sitsongrit comes from a stable of very accomplished MT specialists. With a 15-4 record in SYN, and having held the title on 3 different occasions with a total of 9 successful title defenses, Sitsongrit is one of the most accomplished fighters in the division. His SYN history is well known, but he’s displayed greatness even in the early days of his career where he was a 2x HFC champion with 5 successful defenses. When it comes to the bright lights, Sitsongrit steps up. He’s never lost two fights in a row in his career, and will not be looking to start now. Matchup: When it comes to the matchup, it couldn’t be any closer in skills. These guys are seasoned vets with big fight experience. Myers has a bit more pop to his punches, but many fighters have learned the hard way that it’s not easy to break through a Sitsongrit’s defenses to get that KO victory. Myers has proven he can hang with Sitsongrit, now let’s see if he can establish himself as just being better. This fight can go either way, and may very well come down to another split decision. These fights just don’t get any closer than this. Joad Crossbeckler vs Kaki Moutain 170 Title Fight Name: Joad Cressbeckler Record: 31-10 SYN Record: 12-5 Country: USA Manager: G Wad Notes: Cressbeckler is no stranger to the big stage having captured the title in both HFC and in SYN on multiple occasions. He’s on a roll now having won 4 strait, the biggest of which for him might just be the win over Benedetti where he avenged the prior two losses to him, and recapturing the title in the process. He successfully defended it last outing against Morrison and now puts his title on the line against visiting SMASH champion, Kaki Moutain. Sitting just inside the top 10 at rank 9 P4P, Cressbeckler is not a man to be taken lightly. A win here will not only give him clout amongst his peers at SYN, but possibly land him inside the top 5 P4P by the time this event is over. Name: Kaki Mountain Record: 25-12 Country: Finland Manager: Jorma Oltsu Notes: Mountain is a top 25 fighter in the world and 2x SMASH champion who has won 7 of his last 8 fights, 4 of which for the gold strap. He faced Raate Road in a cross promotion bout with Combate where he fell short via TKO but that hasn’t deterred him from the challenge of doing it again. He’s flashed the ability to finish opponents but most of his fights of late end up going to the judges score cards. Not a bad thing when you win most of them, I suppose. Matchup: On paper, Cressbeckler has the slight edge in both stats, P4P ranking, and in cage prowess. It’s not a huge gap by any means, but in a title fight you’ll take any edge you can get. Both guys have won most of their fights by decision, and both of them have won most of them. Each fighter’s losses of late come from being KO’d so I’m very interested to see if they fight for the decision or if one of them decides to test the other’s chin. Crusty Bigg vs Imperial Washington Name: Crusty Bigg “Bang” Record: 29-13 SYN Record: 10-6 Country: USA Manager: Bradly Burns Notes: Bigg has recently changed management and doesn’t look like the change has hurt him in the slightest. He’s now 2-1 under new management with the one loss being a title loss to the legendary Kilo Maluga who headlines this card. Nobody can fault him for that as not many fighters have stood in the cage with Kilo and not ended up sleeping. But what I love about Bigg is that he brings it. You love to see guys finish and rather he’s finishing or getting finished, he will stand and bang until it’s done. Yes, this is partially the weight class, but Bigg has stood and banged against some hard hitters and taken his fair share of lumps. But he always comes back and looks to rip the next guy’s head off. This matchup will be his chance to do exactly that and avenge his previous loss to Washington. Name: Imperial Washington Record: 22-12-2 SYN Record: 9-6-1 Country: USA Manager: Marky Mark Notes: Coming off a 2nd round KO loss to Olsen last outing, Washington is looking to bounce back in a big way. Another big boy who loves to finish, and we can bank on this fight ending with someone sleeping. The Olsen loss snapped a 4-fight win streak which matched the longest of his career. These two fighters have squared off before with Washington taking the TKO victory over Bigg and he’s got to be confident he can do it again. Matchup: Washington has the skill edge here, but his opponent being under new management could be a game changer in this rematch. It’s also worth noting these guys last faced each other back in their HFC days in November of 2021. Joe Dinapoli vs Danny Danger Name: Joe “Levels” Dinapoli Record: 31-8 SYN Record: 13-6 Country: USA Manager: Igor Peixoto Notes: Dinapoli has found some power as of late, having finished his opponent 4 of his last 5 fights with the lone one being a loss to the champ, Randleman. Early in his career he was a mainstay at the top of CMMA with 12 consecutive title fight victories. Once he lost his belt, he made his way to SYN to play with the big boys where he continued to exert his dominance starting off 5-0 and capturing the title before the Tycoon Olympics set him off course and starting his first ever losing streak in which he lost his belt. He’s been 9-3 since and looks in prime condition as he welcomes the newcomer, Danny Danger to SYN. Name: Danny “The Dandy Lion” Danger Record: 14-9 Country: UK Manager: Billy Arseworth Notes: Danger is making his SYN debut and what an opponent to welcome him to SYN. But he’s earned the right to take a shot at the top guys as he’s coming from Bellicose having wheeled off 6 wins in a row, the last two being title fights. The man has some absolutely devastating kicks already having 5 beautiful head kick KO’s, including the last two title fights. But don’t be fooled, he defeated Iso Paa during that stretch with an arm triangle submission which nobody saw coming, least of which Paa. He has a shot to walk into SYN and drop his nuts on the table and say “This division is mine!” with a statement win tonight. Can he pull it off? Matchup: This will be an absolutely amazing fight and I’ll be at cage side taking bets on who’s blood splashes my table first. Dinapoli has the skill advantage, but not by much. And Danger has been in this spot before and come out on top. This is simply a must see fight, and while not a “must win” for either, sure as hell is a very important fight to each and their title aspirations. Joe Exotic vs Aurelius Augustus 185 Title Fight Name: Joe “The Real Tiger King” Exotic Record: 26-10-1 SYN Record: 11-2-1 Country: USA Manager: Billy Arseworth Notes: No stranger to title fights, and no stranger to winning them. One of the divisions greats, Winton Todd, can verify that this man is the real deal. He’s beaten some of the best already in his career, highlighted by Todd and Hopkins. Name: Aurelius “Kaiser” Augustus Record: 22-4-2 Country: Italy Manager: Bael Basileos Notes: Augustus has been about as dominant champ at 185 as GAMMA has. He’s coming over to SYN for a super fight to take on Exotic as he’s plowed his way through the GAMMA competition. Ranked #11 in the world, and likely would be higher if he had stronger competition at GAMMA. If he can pull off the win against Exotic who’s ranked 12, it should be enough to bump him comfortably into the top 10. Matchup: These guys are neck in neck in the P4P rankings and just about deadlocked in skill sets too. While Augustus has a slight Muay Thai edge, Exotic has the BJJ advantage. But make no mistake, neither of these guys are going into this fight looking for a submission win. Tacitus Kilgore vs Ernest Graves 155 Title Fight Name: Tacitus Kilgore Record: 37-13 SYN Record: 5-0 Country: USA Manager: Billy Arseworth Notes: Kilgore has been all over the world and dominated every organization he’s fought in. A Hall of Famer from his days at SFL, and rightly so. He’s currently the #3 P4P fighter in the world, and far and away the top fighter at the Lightweight division. Currently on a 7 fight win streak that includes 3 title wins at Combate as well as 3 title wins at SYN. The man is on a roll and has no plans to relinquish his belt to the 40 year old Graves. Name: Ernest Graves Record: 43-32-2 SYN Record: 7-12-1 Country: USA Manager: Arthur Vandelay Notes: One thing to point out is this record at Synchronicity. While the record appears dismal and some might question why he’s on a Supernova card, his record has improved of late. Since he re-joined the SYN roster, he’s 4-2 and earned this fight in his last bout as he defeated Miami Vice. I guess he’s a bit like fine wine and is improving with age. Matchup: Another pretty even match up when it comes to skills. Kilgore has a slight edge in Muay Thai, but gives up that same edge in BJJ. But if you’ve seen Kilgore fight, you know he doesn’t give a damned about grappling in the cage. He saves that shit for the ring girls after a big win. Graves is 40 years old and most would be on the decline at this point, but he’s just getting better and better with experience. A year ago, I would have given this fight to Kilgore without question, but as it stands today, it’s anyone’s fight to take. Red Greene vs Balin Trollslayer 265+ Title Fight Name: Red “Love Machine” Green Record: 14-3 SYN Record: 4-0 Country: Canada Manager: Kaylynn Lee Notes: One of our fighters to come over from Highlands who’s been dominating the whole way. He’s putting his belt on the line in this one and seems he should be flying high with his recent success, but for some reason his morale has slipped a bit. Perhaps some behind the scenes drama or a scuffle with management, but whatever the reason he doesn’t have much time to get his head in the game. You don’t win a title without high morale and good focus. And as of right now, he’s not peeking. Name: Balin Trollslayer Record: 33-7 SYN Record: 2-2 Country: Australia Manager: Blaze King Notes: Trollslayer is another decorated veteran from Highlands. He was a long time champion there but lost his title in his SYN debut. His SYN record is only 2-2, but one of those fights was a cross promotion fight against the legendary Kilo Maluga and the man had to have balls of steel to step into the cage with that monster. His loss to Tarver in the SYN debut was via submission as he got caught while demonstrating his renown GnP ability. He’s chomping at the bit to get a shot at Green and get that belt back. Matchup: Trollslayer has the skill advantage across the board in this one. Green’s striking is abysmal in comparison to Trollslayer, but neither guy is a pure striker. But these guys match up well on the ground with Trollslayer having the slight edge, so perhaps the striking will be the gameplan that Trollslayers uses to re-capture his title. Because once this fight goes to the ground, it’s anyone’s fight to take. Randy Randleman vs David Choke 205 Title Fight Name: Randy Randleman Record: 33-11 SYN Record: 13-4 Country: USA Manager: G Wad Notes: The dancing Randleman currently sits at #4 P4P in the world and #1 in the light heavyweight division. He’s won 7 title fights in his time at SYN and only lost 1 title defense which he quickly bounced back from and recaptured. He’s represented SYN at a cross promotion fight at Combate where he did us proud and defeated Valentin Taneyev via TKO in the 5th round. The man is a winner, and he’s won titles everywhere he’s been. Currently riding a 5 fight win streak highlighted by wins over Aaron Wolf and Joe Dinapoli. Name: David Choke Record: 25-12-1 Country: Sweden Manager: Shape Shifter Notes: Choke is coming over from SMASH to take a shot at Randleman. He’s won his last 6 in a row at SMASH and 5 of which were for the belt. He’s one of the most skilled grapplers on the roster and will be looking to use his BJJ advantage to stifle Randleman’s KO power. Matchup: Choke may be the cream of the crop at SMASH, but these are different waters at SYN. He will have an edge on the ground, but he has to get the fight there in the first place and Randleman will not make that easy. Randleman is far and away the better striker, so look for him to keep his distance and try to pick Choke apart and open him up for the money shot to end the fight. He knows that if this fight goes to the ground he’s fighting an uphill battle, so he’ll need to score points where he can just in case he doesn’t get the finish and this one goes the distance. But if Choke has his way, he’ll be choking out Randleman and walking away with bragging rights. Kilo Maluga vs Kjetil Olsen 265 Title Fight Name: Kilo “Bloodbath” Maluga Record: 57-12 SYN Record: 44-8 Country: Kiribati Manager: Chris Karter Notes: Notes? It’s fucking Kilo Maluga, the #1 P4P fighter in the world and has maintained that status for quite some time. The man has 44 wins in SYN, all by way of knockouts. It’s obvious to anyone reading that he’s my current favorite fighter to follow, but the man has accomplished so much in his career that I lost track counting them. He’s the Tycoon Olympics champion, the SYN mainstay champion with 42 title fights (at SYN) under his belt with only 7 of them resulting in defeat. I could go on and on about the prowess of Kilo, but you can simply watch one of his fights and learn everything you need about him. He’s currently riding a 9 fight win streak and once again headlines the biggest MMA sporting event in the world. Name: Kjetil Olsen Record: 26-11 SYN Record: 4-3 Country: Norway Manager: Crazy Horse Notes: Olsen has faced Kilo before in a title fight back at SYN 959 and fell victim to the devastating power that Kilo possesses. He’s since won 3 in a row and flashed his own KO power himself, and he’s looking to shock the world and finish Kilo in this one. Matchup: Let’s be real here, this fight will not go to the ground until one of these guys are sleeping, but these guys are a carbon copy of skill sets, mirroring each other across the board. Kilo has more experience, by far, and has displayed more KO power than any fighter I’ve seen in recent memory. So Olsen will be fighting an uphill battle as he has to watch out for that power shot. But Kilo is not invincible, and anyone can land that big shot to put their opponent to sleep, especially when it comes to the big boys. And speaking of big boys, Olsen towers over Kilo coming in at a whopping 7’4 ½” giving him a significant reach advantage over the 6’5 Kilo. But, as we see from their first fight, Kilo can reach that chin and to do anything else would shock the world. Thank you for tuning in to this Synchronicity Supernova XIII event preview. As you know, Supernova is the epitome of the MMA world and there’s no other event that comes close. With cards like this, and fighters like these putting it all on the line, it’s a blessing to be able to be a part of the rich history you guys bring to this great org and this special line of events. As we move forward into the future, I will continually work with Mr. Stacks and the amazing staff to continue bringing you great content and fight analysis.

Now with Syn needing to crown a new Light Weight Champion, Management has been giving consideration to different options on how to fill this void. Currently the overwhelming idea which is standing out is the option to hold a tournament to crown a new champion. In order for this to be achieved we will need to pull from other divisions within Syn or bring in some new talent from abroad. Both options are going to be looked at closely as we come up with the most talented group of fighters to battle it out to become known as the inaugural winner of Synchronicity's... http://i1185.photobucket.com/albums/z343/rjs2442/366Degrees-Heir-to-the-Throne_zpszsq5j5nm.png "Heir to the Throne" Tourney... 8. http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/company/logo/1415893171image.jpg As many of you may have wondered with his recent exit from the company, the current Synchronicity HW Champ and Tycoons #1 P4P fighter has decided to take a leave from professional MMA. Synchronicity has been left with a small issue of seeing their Heavyweight Championship belt potentially be vacated. The hope is to see Kajun Puno defend at least one last time but Louie will need more time to convince Mr Karter on such an idea. With Syn needing to possibly crown a new Heavy Weight Champion, Management has decided to hold a tournament just like we have done with our Light Weight Championship. The original Heir to the Throne tourney has been nothing short of a grand success however for this to work in our HW division our roster is in need of an infusion of talent if we want to see this be as successful as our inaugural Tourney. Our hope is to assemble the most talented group of fighters to battle it out to become known as the second winner of Synchronicity's... http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1505688623HTTT.jpg "Heir to the Throne" Tourney... 10. Well,im not gonna write a long post about it but its time for me to step down as leader of Syn, im swamped in work and have another kid on the way, my third, so my time is VERY limited. Now, dont go shit yourself, keep your panties on etc can we keep this civil please. But I decided to hand it over to Bjorn, I have a good relation with Bjorn and I like the dude, he is SUPER ambitious and very active and he WANTS it, so thats how its gonna be, I will stay on, JLP will come along, and I hope Michael and Sean stays on aswell, we could be a good team. Bjorn will explain any details regarding NYFN, the event, the future etc. I want to thank the loyal guys that been with me this year, Sean been doing A LOT of work for Syn and a special thank you to him, also Michael Knight, good job. I wont go into the managers because some of u get butthurt when I forget you, but I must say, Syn have a bunch of VERY loyal managers, may it stay that way. Its been a good year, see you around kids
  11. Greetings fight fans, we are here to to take a moment and look back and celebrate the career of one of the greatest fighters to make his mark on the Tycoon world in Sydney and abroad. This modern day warrior began his career fighting in mid tier Sydney based Orgs SEC & RCS before stepping foot in an AXF/BDU/Syndicate fight cage. It is very surprising to learn that when Dee first took interest in the world of MMA it was because he had gotten a job as a sparring partner at his local gym. Dee reflects back on that time in his life... Tweedle Dee: "I went to the gym for a job. I was a good wrestler in high school and saw an add in the paper for a sparring partner. I never dreamed I would ever find myself in a main event." Bawon Samedi, a mainstay in the Sydney fight scenes talks about watching his young protege Bawon Samedi: "I was a new manager just setting up a gym. I needed some guys to help spar with my fighters. Dee and his bother Dum came into my gym to help my fighters work on their wrestling. But Dee took an interest in some of the striking and picked it up fairly fast. I was lucky enough to get him a scholarship at an established gym run by a big name manager. Dee has been my best, I am sad to see him go." When looking back at the early days Tweedle Dee seemed destined for greatness as he began his Pro career on a torrid 10 fight win streak before running into former Sydney legend Kha Ri early in 2012. Dee's win streak was enough to earn him a shot at then Sydney's top prize in the Middleweight division as he battle for the AXF Gold. This fight unfortunately did not go the way he had hoped, or planned I am sure however it was nothing short of entertaining for the 18063 fans in attendance in Sydney's Superdome as Kha Ri and Tweedle Dee battled for 5 rounds ending in a unanimous decision in favor of Champ Kha Ri. We caught up with both Kha Ri and his former manager Feyd Harko to get some thoughts on Dee... Kha Ri : I remember well that Dee was from Sydney like myself. At the time, I already had a decent amount of fights, but there was a handful of youngs guns who were supposed to be the next big thing... Dee was amongst them, and the most hyped of them all. Kha Ri : His resumé was already impressive, but i knew i had the skills to beat him, and most of all the experience he didn't have... plus at the time, i wasn't that old (laughs). But seriously, i knew i had a tough challenge in front of me and was prepared for a war. Feyd takes a moment to give us some thoughts on preparations for their encounter with Dee... Harko : We knew he'd want the takedown... the plan was to break him, put his confidence to the test once he'd realize that for the first time, he couldn't control where the fight took place. If you rewatch that fight, that's exactly what happened. Dee still put on a great fight in the standup, but Ri managed to lands the better blows. Dee on Kha Ri - "Ri was a big fight for me. AXF was the place to be in Sydney and here I was fighting for one of its belts. I gave him everything I had. But his experience and skill was more than I was ready for." Following their initial battle these 2 warriors once again found themselves face to face a mere 2 months later ready, willing and able to go to war... Harko : We were as confident, but we were prepared for Dee to bring hell this time : suffering the first loss of your career changes a fighter for better or worse, and Tweedle showed after that first fight that he learned a lot of lessons and was coming back better than ever. Ri : The gameplan stayed the same, but it was much harder this time : Dee really didn't want to suffer another loss! (laughs). At the end of it, I honestly didn't know who won, and honestly, after such a great fight, i almost didn't care (laughs) ...it could have gone either way. After 2 hard fought decision victories we aksed Kha Ri if in his opinion, had he faced a tougher opponent during his career? Ri : I've had a storied career and a handful of losses, but in early 2012, Dee and I were the shit, the two best fighters from Sydney... He was definitely the hungriest of my opponents, and i was hoping to face him a 3rd time, but it never happened. Kha Ri also took time to reflect on the great career Dee has enjoyed... Ri : I remember he had a bad streak after our 2nd fight, but those were really close fights... he managed to rebound in a beautiful fashion and became the superstar we all know now. Being able to pull yourself back together after a few tough losses and beat the shit out of your opponents for such a long time after that is something i respect. Following the second hard fought loss to Ri Dee went on a bit of a tailspin failing to achieve a victory in his next 3 fights, leaving him winless in 4 and 5 out of 7 without a W would likely send most fighters off into the sunset but Dee took a month off, focused on what made him successful and went on a run in Syndicate that saw him win 7 of 8 fights including 2 against verteran Oswaldo Sanchez. We were able to catch up with Sanchez to get his thoughts on Dee and his 2 cracks at him in the Syndicate Cage... Sanchez: Going into the first fight I knew it was going to be a real battle, he was young, hungry and well rounded which makes for a great combination. I knew it was going to be one of the toughest fights of my career and that proved to be the case. The first fight was close, it was pretty competitive striking, if anything I just managed to edge it but the takedowns made the difference and gave him the nod on the judges scorecard. I knew in the second I couldn't go in there simply trying to outpoint him and tried to push the pace and be more aggressive, unfortunately I guess I underestimated his power and got caught, but hey, it happens. Following their second fight Sanchez talks about what he learned and took away from the matchup... Sanchez: I guess I took some positives out of it, it made me realise that in this day and age you need more tools to your game, and can't just keep going into fights with a similiar stand and bang strategy, I learned that I needed to evolve my game and start mixing it up more. Sanchez then took a moment to reflect on the amazing run Dee went on following the first round victory over himself and was followed up when he represented Sydney in the inaugural ITFL tourney followed up by of course a quick jab... Sanchez: I've got to be honest and say it surprised me, I knew he was a good fighter but for anyone to pull that sort of run off against quality competition is nothing short of incredible, fair play to him, although it was nice to see my buddy Veron be the one to put an end to it. Dee on Sanchez - "I was coming out of a slump and really needed to get some momentum. I was very happy to get the decision in the first fight. It really could have gone either way. But I think the only person more surprised than I was with the second fight TKO victory was Sanchez. After that win I really started to believe in myself." As stated above, the second victory by Dee began a run achieved by very few in the MMA world as Tweedle Dee took the ITFL by storm, defeating 14 consecutive fighters, a display of success many would not have been able to predict or even imagine. Along the way Dee ran into a man believed by many to be the butt of all jokes, a man who knew how to talk the talk but when it came time to walk the walk, he preferred to go nighty night. Yes if you havent figured this puzzle out by now, it is the one and only Artie Lange we are describing and lets just say he had some choice words to share with us...We asked Lange prior to his meeting during week ten of ITFL he had boldly predicted a loss for Dee ending his winning streak during the tourney, so we wondered just how silly did he felt when he through up a goose egg and the ref had to jump in to save save him? His response is nothing short of expected, and fueled by ludicris acusations Lange: The fuck you talking about man? Are you high right now, or maybe you've been heavily drinking. Dee is a bum and all he wanted to do in that fight was dry hump me into the canvas. Yea the fight ended with him being awarded the TKO victory but if you watch the replay you'll clearly see the vaseline he had rubbed all over his dick had managed to make its way to the mat. He didn't connect with a punch that knocked me down, I fucking slipped on that spot of vaseline! I cracked my head so hard I thought Dee was one of my usual escorts when he mounted me. That's why I wasn't fighting back or defending myself, Champange likes it a little rough from on top. By the time I realized what was going on I had already finished and the ref was calling the bullshit stoppage. Following the second round stoppage, amazingly Lange was much quieter then he had been in the lead up to their encounter, which was not unexpected however Lange has different ideas, unbelievable reasoning I might add on why that was the case... Lange: The only reason I was fucking quiet was due to the fact that Dee, pretty much, brought me to climax. Next question. We tried our best to reason with Lange, almost begging him to be honest with not only the fans but most importantly himself in regards to admiting he really had no shot in his fight with Dee... Lange: A shot? Are you fucking kidding me? I was well on my way to winning that fight bro. Dee was able to take me down in the first round and hold me there but without the vaseline slip in the second, which by the way happened when he was trying to dry hump me in the first, I was just about to expose that chump with my devastating power. Ask Antonio Hong about what these babies can do. *Lange kisses his fists and looks at them lovingly* We decided to end our interview with Lange with one final, yet very explosive question, asking Lange if the rumours were true that in comparison to his mediocre career Dee's success made him violently jealous and ultimately led to his retirement as he was unable to focus on anything but his shortcomings, I still maintain that Lange's bell was rang one too many times as his thoughts always leed in one direction, I am just glad he didnt go screaming "GRAPES" at me while trying top piece his thoughts together... Lange: If my career is your definition of mediocre you're one misinformed motherfucker man. I fought the best of the best bro and make no excuses for my losses. At the end of the day I know I gave it my all each and every time I stepped into that cage, I mean Dee, for example, only has 20 of his 45 wins via knockout. That's not even 50% bro, I finished 15 of my 17 career victories with a knockout which is pushing 90%. You tell me who the better fighter is. That's it I'm done talking about this creepy fucker now. Did I tell you he didn't wear a cup during our bout? I could feel his erection, all covered with vaseline. Still gives me chills. Dee on Lange - "Lange is crazy. I mean the man is certifiable. I don't know why they ever let him out of the cage. Lange is the kind of guy that after KOing you, he goes after your family." Not sure how we are supposed to recover from that display but next we caught up with Juan Sebastien Veron, the man who ended the amazing 18 fight win streak but more importantly ended Dee's dreams of ITFL glory, Veron described his thoughts leading up to and following their epic final battle: Veron: I think in this profession you always have to be confident, if you go into a fight thinking you're going to lose then most likely you will. I certainly wasn't over confident though, I knew from speaking to the likes of Sanchez and watching him myself just how tough it would be, I just know that on my day I'm capable of beating anyone. It was a great moment for me to get a win over such a talented opponent, especially since I don't think anyone really gave me a chance before the fight, so to pull it off was fantastic. Veron also took a moment to discuss the drama that followed his win among participants and managers alike from ITFL including Dee's manager Bawon Samedi... Veron:I don't think it was really disrespect or anything personal, mainly frustration really. It was unfortunate how the ITFL turned out with people dropping out but there was nothing I could do about that. I just wanted to help keep the tournament going and prove my skills on a big stage. Surely nobody wanted to go down the other route of advancing through the tournament with byes, but I totally get the frustration, it did take the gloss off the tournament a little considering I wasn't one of the original entrants. After all was said and done cooler heads prevailed, both fighters careers continued in Syn following ITFL with both men winning titles in their first appearances, we asked Veron did this in your opinion solidify both fighters legacy? I think Dee's legacy was already well and truly solidified at this point, the title victory for him just put an exclamation mark on it. For myself though it was great to add another title to my resume and prove it wasn't just a fluke. All but one of my defeats have been close decisons or stopped by a pesky doctor due to a cut when I'd gladly have continued, I think I've now shown I'm a match for anyone. Dee on Veron - "I let Veron control where the fight took place. Bawon told me to keep the fight standing. He gave me the wrong advise. I think that is why he lost and created a scene after the fight." Samedi on Dee vs. Veron - "I really screwed the pooch on that one. After getting Dee through so many tough opponents I dropped the ball on the biggest fight of his life. Veron is one of the greats, one of the toughest Dee ever faced. But with better advise Dee would have won that fight." Samedi on the forum fiasco - "Two huge mistakes in the same day. It was not the brightest moment in my career. I've learned to stay out of the public eye." Now we fast forward to what has aptly been titled "Curtain Call" as Dee will take his final steps inside an MMA cage and will face current Syn Middle Weight Champ Dragon Slayer, a fellow ITFL allum who much like Dee, has enjoyed many successes following that great tourney. We discussed with Slayer going into the ITFL individual portion you were actually ahead on overall points by 3, at anytime did you hope or even want to face Dee knowing the run he was on? Slayer: I was one of the younger less experienced fighters during ITFL tourney, I knew I had the talent to win the whole thing but was short on the experience and made a mistake in the opening round of the individual portion against Katsuro Sato where I got finished by a guy I just finished 3 weeks earlier. The mistake I made was I was looking to end it early again and let him get a TD and back then my ground game was seriously lacking and it showed. So at that time, Dee wasn't the greatest match up for me and probably was going to try and exploit my lacking ground game. I got hammers for fists and can take out anyone in my opinion and that makes me dangerous regardless on who I fight. Was I going to win or lose at that time? Hard to say as it could have went either way, but dee probably had the advantage at that time especially on the ground. Much like both Tweedle Dee and Juan Sebastien Veron following ITFL Slayer ended up landing in Synchronicity, we wondered aloud if he felt it was inevitable he would one day face Dee in a Syn cage? Slayer: If you plan on being the best, your pretty much going to fight all the best fighters so I expected that sometime our pathes would cross. It was really just a matter of if or when we both where close to each other in ranking at the same time but eventually it was gonna happen. We then posed the question to Slayer when you finally faced off against Dee, you lost the first round but then took over winning rounds 2 and 3 gaining the decision victory, how did defeating a former champion and great fighter like Dee make you feel Slayer: I knew as long as I kept it standing most of the fight, I had a better then average shot at winning. It felt good cause I think a lot of people didn't think I could do it. We concluded our conversation with Slayer by asking him to ponder the following the time is coming up where you will be a part of Dee's final appearance and his retirement fight, are you preparing for this meeting the same as your first or will you be looking at it from a new perspective? Slayer: I have rounded out my fighting style now and feel a ton more comfortable on the ground, so maybe I take him down and let him be on his back some for a change or maybe I just stand and bang with him. I'll make that decision when the bell rings. Dee on Slayer - "I think I was still rocked after facing Charalabous. The first time I faced Slayer. I kept clinching and forgot to follow through to the ground. I am not certain how we will play this upcoming match. Slayer has really rounded out his game. I am just honored to be in the cage with him again. It is a great way to end my career." Dee on Charalabous - "The boy swings anvils. No one has ever hit me that hard." Samedi on Dee retiring - "The boy has had enough. He really takes a beating every time he steps into the cage. If his body could take the punishment I would love to keep him around for another few years. He could have another run at greatness. I learned a lot managing Dee. I brought him in to teach my fighters how to keep the fight on its feet, and Dee taught me how to coach a ground game. We have been through a lot together. It is difficult to let him go."

Well many of you are very well aware of my many run ins with Mentor and his outlandish hatred for everything Syn but in the past couple of days I have to admit to even myself I was blown away by what had transpired and I could not hold it in any longer, I just had to bring it to everyone's attention. But before I do so I would like to take a moment to reflect on our past goings on which has led us to the present... Back in late September of 2013 Mentor and I devised a plan, or a plot if you will to try and drum up some interest or hype in some events we had discussed holding in our Orgs. At first we were both in on the work, I admit to that and I also admit that looking back, maybe it was a dumb idea but little did I know just how dumb. Once announced the Tycoon world was abuzz with talk about a Syn vs GAMMA event soon to take place, unfortunately without my knowing Mentor had never planned to follow through and instead try and make me look like a fool, and lied his way out of the event, after we had mutually agreed he suddenly pulled the plug, and then blamed it all on me, when I was the one doing everything in my power to see it take place. I even tried this... to which Syn received this reply Which he never accepted, and ultimately blamed me for the downfall of this even though he puss'd out on it taking the back door to exit. Then came the Tycoon Olympics, when he took on his all high and mighty persona and once again bashed Synchronicity and new owner dark_soul originally for "pulling out' even though they never did... And then came the back handed insults... This was followed up by all the multi, cheating scumbag crap that I do not wish to drudge up so I wish to fast forward until early this week, when Mentor popped up in another Syn scandal, this time regarding the picking up of a FA... which led to this... Which then of course started the debate on Mentor feeding Bennet to his alliancemates fighter who happens to also be the LHW Champ in GAMMA, all well planned you would have to agree, no until JLP's thread derailed those plans... So by now I am sure some if not most of you are wondering where I am going with all of this, or why I am wasting everyone's time with old news...well following the explosion of discussion regarding the FA pickup by Mentor, I was suddenly greeted with an email, one from the manager of a certain top 3 LHW fighter...wanting to try and facilitate a fight between the winner of Syn's next LHW Title fight between Champ Devin Styles and Heroic LHW Champ Tiago Renato. Now even though this request came from the manager of the fighter I am fairly confident the actual request came from the man himself, Mentor asking endingcooper to do his dirty work for him as I am sure he is simply too proud to step up and ask Syn to work with him, we all know how that played out the last time... I am also confident, even though he has not stated this as fact, that Custer asked for this fight as he has no interest in fighting Bennet knowing the backlash that would follow such a sham of a fight, and for this I would like to offer endingcooper much respect for acting with honor in declining the chance to can out the hype built by JLP. Such an act left GAMMA without a fight for Custer, so they did what any other Org would do after bashing their rival time and time again...GAMMA asked SYN to bail them out. Yes, I am/was as shocked then as most of you who are reading this now are I am sure and I have to admit, based on the experiences of both Dark Soul and myself, neither of us have any desire to work with a cheat, nor would we ask any of our fighters to work with him either, so we struck a deal, a deal witht he devil perhaps...not a chance!!! (well after this post it may be off again) ... but we agreed to host the said fight in Syn, and as compensation we agree to send any LOD fighter of their choosing from Syn to GAMMA. Seems fair right, would you all not agree? They can work amongst themselves within their alliance to set it up so we do not have to deal with Mentor and Syn gets the fight that GAMMA asked for, win win I say!! Discuss amongst yourselves...

  15. What’s Different? - Events Instead of holding this in one org, the heads of Evolution, Synchronicity, and Ascension have come up with a new format. Each of the orgs mentioned will host events for the specified divisions. Evolution will host events for 145, 170 and 265. S ynchronicity will handle events for 155, 185, 265+. Ascension will cover 135 and 205. -Medals Will still largely be the same, individual tourney with fights happening like so, 1 v 8, 2 v 7 etc. 1st place gets gold, 2nd silver, and 3rd will get bronze. Managers and Org awards will still be awards based on points. Everything else about the tourney will remain the same for the most part.. Fighters still compete for medals. http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/3554/m38d.png Fighter Signups Each Division will have 8 spots available to the top 8 ranked fighter in that weightclass Depending on interest level this could be increased to 16 but for now it will be open to only 8. Each fighter that signs up will need to declare which Org they are representing. (just like Athletes represent their respective country in the real Olympics) Declaring an Org isn't mandatory, a fighter can be independent and fight w/o repping an org. Signups are located in Post #2. Matches All non medal fights will be 3 rounds with 5 minute fights except when in medal fights. All medal fights will be 5 rounds 5 minute fights. Contracts will be 10k base and win Schedule First round will start early to mid November. Rounds will take place every two weeks after that. How The Medals Will Work There will be three sets of medals awarded, for fighters, managers, and orgs. Individual medals will be awarded to fighters based on finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in each weightclass tourney, medals for managers will be based on the original point scoring system, and Orgs will have medals won by the fighters representing them tallied as if they were each a seperate country like in the real Olympics. Points Each fight will result in a KO, Submission, Decision/Split/Majority Win and Draw. After all the fights have been completed all points will be tallied up. KO or Submission = 3 points , Dec Win = 2 points , Draw = 1 and No Contest = -1 for offender, +1 for opponent Location Location for the 2013 games will be based in London for Evolution events and LA for Synchronicity and Ascension events. Prizes Fighters & Managers - Medals along with the bragging rights of being the best. Orgs - http://i.imgur.com/W0jmZ.gif If you would like to sponsor any prizes, be it clothing, supps, cash or whatever. Please post here and we will gladly accept it.
  16. Greetings GAMMA, I am here as some might say to “clear the air” as it pertains to the recent internal rumblings from your camp regarding rumors of unrest and a possible “boycott” or “revolt” surrounding fighters currently signed to Sydney based Fight Org Royal Combat Society that I am presumably orchestrating. Over the past month or so there have been numerous instances of unrest between the Leadership group of a number of Sydney based Org's that have been taken over by the new mega power in Tycoon land, LOD and myself. This is a game no matter how one looks at things but sometimes even I can allow emotions to get the better part of me much like many others I am sure and I believe it is that very issue that has lead me here today. As you know I am sure, during my early days until this past year, I was a very integral part in the growth and success of the great city of Sydney putting it squarely on the map as a serious force within the Tycoon community. However recently in my opinion, things in Sydney have hit rock bottom and I was sure the genesis of this taking place was a direct result of the LOD group attempting to steal all the wealth built by myself and many others to call their own. However in more recent discussions with members on the inside of the LOD alliance and also those managers who are not tied to that group I have come to realize that my preconceived notions are unfounded and the issue at hand is a direct result of Las Vegas’s and quite frankly 2 of the MMA Tycoon communities most storied franchises bitter desire to stay ahead of the other. Now I know ever since I made my return to the Org trade back in early June and more importantly my very first event on July 4th I had a feeling those within GAMMA were none too pleased at all that I had, but more importantly Syn had made an extremely successful return. When Syn had faded away into infamy back on New Years Eve 2012, GAMMA had taken over the role of top dog in the Las Vegas fight scene and suddenly out of nowhere they had had it snatched away violently from their grasps by the return of Syn. Now I had in a way always felt a form of a cold shoulder from your group as many other Orgs both in and outside of LV had opened their hands to us offering their congratulations, support and assistance when and where ever needed as Synchronicity continued its successful rebirth however the GAMMA camp had remained, and in my opinion surprisingly quiet throughout our return to glory. Over the past few months I have only held brief discussions with those involved with GAMMA and had always gotten the feeling of being an outsider and as if I had stolen your lunch money from you, never really feeling welcomed back to the trade I love and feel I am pretty good at. I recall one specific incident involving the Leader of both LOD and GAMMA and myself while in chat where you had stated to me how “surprised” you were with how successful the return of Syn had been, almost making it sound as though I didn’t deserve the success I was enjoying and as if GAMMA was upset I had stolen back the coveted #1 spot in the city rankings. I jumped on this opportunity to plant the seed with you of wanting to “Dominate the world” hoping that I would get your attention mainly to stir the pot, however based on the reaction I received it appeared that even though I had easily jumped over your Org in the rankings, GAMMA did not have faith in my longevity and blew me off. This interaction caught my attention for 2 reasons, one to continue to watch my back and to also keep a close eye on what I now understood to be my bitter LV rival. So fast forward to roughly 2 months ago when I was approached by a veteran manager requesting a chance to learn the Org trade, this was shortly after I had advertised the need or desire to bring in an “apprentice” to assist me and also pay it forward like many others before have done for myself. I was delighted to add a great guy like Gale Hawthorne to my staff and begin the process of teaching him the ropes. He and I had worked together briefly when I ran “BDU” & “The Syndicate” in Sydney so he and I already had a good working relationship so he and I agreed that while I handled the event side of the operation he would look after the recruiting and signing portion after I gave him some quick pointers on how to best go about this practice. This greatly lessened my workload while gaining him the experience I believed he sought for his own use in the future. Gale seemed to pick things up quickly and was doing a great job but then suddenly a little over a week ago he began pressing me for more knowledge, almost as if he was on a mission to seek out my secrets or tricks of the trade if you will and the timing was very suspiciously close to the same time I was unhappy with the way in which the RCS merger had been handled. More recently when a number of small and insignificant interactions began occurring between myself and those inside the “Global Elite Group” group made it sound as though GAMMA had the feeling I/Syn was out to get them by attempting to influence some managers both within my Alliance and others merely who managed top Sydney based fighters to avoid joining “GEG” orgs and instead make the “merge” of RCS into GEG as difficult as possible. So lets get back to the Gale Hawthorne story and take a look at it more closely…a highly ranked member of this newly founded LOD alliance, had made his way into the inner workings of Gamma’s regional rival Synchronicity and even though initially I had small concerns regarding opening the door to him he had gained my trust only to take advantage of that very trust he had worked so hard to earn. Now I fully believe that Gales initial motivation was not to misuse his time with Syn or to do anything other then learn from an experienced and successful Org owner, but over time his loyalty to LOD overwhelmed him to the point that he was now on the inside passing as much info, plans and ideas that was to continue Syns growth and success. Yes, I must admit, that was well played GAMMA, well played but the gig is now up, Gale, if you have not yet noticed, you now know that “YOU’RE FIRED!!!” And as for GAMMA and the GEG, Yes, I was behind the rumors you were hearing and I will continue to use my influence at every opportunity that I can to ensure that your growth is stunted and you continue to look up, waaaaay up at us here in Syn as we continue to “dominate” you at every opportunity. I know you will likely cower in fear but I beg of you, please, please stand up and take on this challenge head on!! Any fighter, any champ, whether it be held in Syn or in GAMMA, our fighters will meet yours in the center of the cage and destroy you just like we continue to do on a weekly basis in the city and global rankings!! So, the only question that remains I suppose is “Do you and yours have a pair or what?” We patiently await your reply, SynCity Promotions
  17. http://i1185.photobucket.com/albums/z343/rjs2442/Jet_zps8f5e1941.jpg Syndicate HW Champ Leroy Brown had just landed in Las Vegas after flying in from Sydney to do some promotional work for his upcoming fight next weekend, he knew he only had a short time to deal with the pressing issue on his mind so he wanted to waste little time and get on his way to visit with not only the Main Man behind the rebirth of Legendary Fight Organization Synchronicity but more importantly his own personal handler Louie DePalma. As his driver pulled up in front of the SynCity Promotions Offices Brown had a brief moment of concern come across him before he quickly let it go from his mind, of course Louie will be there, he is a damn workaholic and he never stops. http://images.businessweek.com/ss/07/11/1130_bwar_hubbell/image/hubbell-lighting-hq-1.jpg Brown made his way in through the front doors where he was greeted by Sam the Security watchman, Sam was a huge fan of Leroys so of course he requested a signature, who doesn’t ask when they run into this world famous fighter, no? They exchanged words briefly but Leroy was on a mission and had to be on his way, he thanked Sam for his kind words and continued to the elevator that took him to the 6th floor where Louie’s office was located. As he approached the office Leroy began to catch wind of a slightly foul odour, and he thought to himself “the shit, he is at it again after telling me he had given up the bottle!!” Leroy did not expect to walk in on his bossman with a lady friend present as the short little bastard had always be the opposite of a ladies man however being in LV means anything can be at your fingertips if you have the coin to pay for it! http://www.wall321.com/thumbnails/cover/20121218/women%20couch%20fishnet%20stockings%20monochrome%20jack%20daniels%201600x900%20wallpaper_www.wall321.com_30.jpg At first Louie did not notice Leroy’s presence until his overpowering voice quickly grabbed his attention. Leroy “Yo Louie!! Hey Fool!! Forget that cheap date of yours we got business to attend to! “ Louie “Jesus man my hour just started and I already paid! You are going to pay me back for this one! “ Leroy “I don’t give a damn crap about your hour, I am serious right now man why didn’t you call me? “ Louie “Call you? What the hell for your fights not until next week and your training is going good, is it not? “ Leroy “I’m talking New York, 25 days from now, you know how I feel about that shit and you weren’t going to say a dayum word to me about it, that cuts deep man! “ Louie “man get it together, I am the one who is drunk and you are the one babbling like a friggin lunatic, what is it you want?! “ Leroy “Man this is unbelievable Louie, I thought you had my back? Tyrone man, Tyrone!! “ Louie “Who is Tyrone, you got me on this one I am drawing a complete blank Leroy, help me out here “ Leroy “I swear man you are about to get your ass fired right this second if you don’t snap out of that dayum drunken comma you are in! Tyrone is my cousin who died on 9/11 and he is the reason I am where I am today! Sept 11, 2011 I was given a chance by SynCity to become famous by appearing on their memorial show and I friggin blew it man, the jitters got me and I made a dayum fool of myself! Bohkari manhandled me like few have before and that night still eats away at me like nothing before in my life. When you took over SynCity back in June I had hoped there was a chance, even if it was a small chance that I could get a shot at redemption you would have my back knowing how much that loss pains me. I just read the press release 2 days ago from your head office that you had decided on a 2nd memorial show and the gig was already booked in NY and still you make no effort to contact me? I want in on this again, I need in on this again to save face for my families sake! “ Louie “Are you even kidding me right now? Of course I want you in on the action, but you have a big fight to get through next week or you will end up on the undercard so I didn’t want to risk distracting you from the task at hand. We are already exploring possible matchups for you but at the moment I don’t want to discuss that side of the business with you, you fight, I work the business side “ Leroy “You don’t have to worry about me, that puke Declan Sweeney got lucky and next week I will prove to the world I still have it, and then I am getting on a jet and heading straight to NY. “ Louie “I actually just got off the phone a couple hours ago with Dirk regarding Declan, apparently he is going into hiding as he doesn’t feel he is worthy of top competition, I think he is scared of you my man lol Sounds to me like he is enjoying the ride he is on and doesn’t wanna get off the gravy train! “ Leroy “I don’t give 2 shits about Sweeney, my day will come with him but not today and not in 25 days “ Louie “You just focus on next week and leave all the rest to me! I gotta put this bottle away and get working the phone lines, see who out there is in on this, I know Fuse and JBomb are all over it but I am sure there will be more. “ Just as the conversation ended and Leroy was beginning to make his way back to his hotel room he caught a glimpse of a poster hanging on the wall above Louie's desk. Louie is not one for nostalgia and rarely has keep sakes in his office from the promotions he has worked for but this one must be special to him, to see it presented in this manner on his wall. We are sure many other managers in Tycoonland will find this one special as well and we hope they reach out to Syn to express their desire to be apart of this epic event! http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/posters/1376463271255%20Fight%20For%20Freedom.jpg
  18. Have you ever thought to yourself, ''If so and so worked with each other, instead of against one another, they would be unstoppable" or "This would be a dream matchup, too bad they are apart of two companies who will never work with each other." For the first time in MMA Tycoon history, an unprecedented partnership has been made. This partnership, named The Consortium, involves organizations who are known for top competition. A consortium is when a group of companies come together for a common goal. Our goal is to provide fighters the top competition they deserve and fans the dream match ups they've been dying to see. Spanning across multiple cities, almost half of the top 100 p4p fighters alone reside in the orgs partaking in this arrangement. The Consortium is made up of Ascension, Empire, IMMA, Canadian Fighting Championship, and Synchronicity. This move will provide fighters with a level of elite level competition never thought possible. http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/2405/vt7x.png What the hell does this mean? Put simply, you will have the opportunity to fight some of the best competition in the world. These orgs will still operate individually as they always have. They will also work alongside each other to provide super fights for their fighters. The World Is Your Octagon - With some of the best fighters in the world located in these orgs, fighters will be able to decide who the best really is. The only question is, are you man enough to prove it. It's put up or shut up time, this is how legends are made. Maybe you can even attempt to become a champ at all 5 orgs, if you accomplished such a feat, how could you not go down as the G.O.A.T. Gold around your waist isn't a requirement though, just being a fighter willing to kick some ass is enough. This is the thread where you make your callouts to fighters/managers or whoever in another Consortium org. Scott Davies of Ascension, Chuck W94 of Empire, Mega Jug of IMMA, Matt Mac of CFC and Louie DePalma of Synchronicity will try their best to work together and set the match up. For the fans waiting for dream matchups, get your betting money ready, there are sure to be some fireworks with some of these fights.
