Later on in the day....

Basic items I used for it:

4 Medium Sized Chicken Fillets, cut into chunks

1 Large Onion, diced

2 tins of chopped tomatoes (although it probably would have been better with just 1)

1 Jar of Balti Sauce

1 portion of any kind of rice you want (I used white long grain rice)

Cut the Chicken into chunks, and dice your onion. Add a drop of any kind of cooking oil you want, I used grapeseed, and cook the chicken until it is nice and white in the middle. Add the diced onions and cook until the onions are browned a bit. Add the Balti (or whichever sauce you have) to the pan and stir until it covers all the chicken. Keep stirring until the sauce is nicely marinated and steamed into the chicken, then add a tin of chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 mins, stirring every couple of minutes and then cook the rice in water. Keep stirring the chicken occasionally for 20 mins and then put the rice onto a plate or into a bowl. Spread the rice so it has an indent in the middle and pour your chicken balti into the middle. Serve with Naan bread preferably.

NO MEAT!!!!

You should have a mix of protein, carbs, and fats with every meal. You can eat just fruit but pair it with a protein source that's simple and small. For example 4 oz of broiled fish, some lunch meat, or even a handful of cashews. If you eat all your protein in one setting your diet will ultimately fail because your body will crave the protein later. Small meals often throughout the day (every couple of hours) is the key.
