I made onion bhajis at home this weekend. Enough to generously serve 6 people for about £6 ($10). Served with salad and chutney, they were as good as any I ever had in restaurants. I really recommend looking for a recipe and trying if you enjoy eating them, so easy. All there is to it really is finding and buying gram flour.

DAMNNN!!!!

Is Mrs Tycoon like an actual Chef or something?

All of it looks brilliant, and presented just like you would see at any high end restaurant.

On to my food, will be cooking my own Chilli Con Carne for my friends this weekend. Will be sure to post up pictures of it. Entered it in a few cooking competitions and won a few awards so ill be looking to keep my high standards this weekend. Having said that, my luck would make me burn it all in my friends kitchen haha

Ah, there is always a catch haha

Would have posted my food today but I didnt cook it haha

Had a Chicken Tikka, Lettuce and Red Cheese sandwich,

Had a Job interview, got a free McDonalds lunch

Then there was a KFC right across the road from the Interview site, and since I dont see KFC very often in Ireland, I had it for Dinner haha

Will be cooking Chilli Con Carne on Friday. Will make sure I get pics of it.

I baked some brownies (from scratch) with peanut butter and chocolate frosting(from scratch) to bring to Easter Dinner tomorrow. I'll post a picture when the brownies cool enough to put the frosting on.

Edit: Frosting is the best part, i was a 1/4 to a half cup of sugar shy and too lazy to go to the store so I used brown sugar to finish it off. Seems to have made it a little dry.

Damn all this stuff looks really good. Whenever i make something it looks like a cat heaved it up but it tastes good :).

Anyway how do i put up a picture from my phone

Same here, I don't really like cooking and presentation is out the window. I usually make a breakfast slurry fried up in bacon grease and loaded with sirracha. Looks terrible but tastes awesome in some tortillas.

I will be buying one of these bad boys very soon though and then I'm gonna try my hand at some infusing and baking.

It was Mrs T's birthday last weekend so here's the cake I made her. We have a custom of making eachother a themed cake each year. This was the 3rd year, so we're getting pretty good at it now.
