Well, there are reasons that events get terrible ratings -- including some reasons that are beyond an org owner's control. I love the game, I love the guys, and I will stay around as a regular manager -- but just like tumblers in a lock, things fell into place that told me it was time to pass the torch. The frustration / work factor finally outpaced the fun factor, and I know it's time. I appreciate the kind words, guys. I've got lots of good things to say about lots of you, too.
