TRINITY OFFICIAL RANKINGS

February 7th 2017

Welcome to the monthly rankings for Trinity. We will be posting these rankings in a monthly basis, with the aim to have them out on the 1st of every month. We take into account current rank, win streak, calibre of opponents and title prospects when doing out these rankings just to give everyone a view of how the top of the divisions are looking. We will also be using these rankings as an indicator for each month as at the end of the year, we will be doing our own Trinity OTY awards for Fighter, KO, Submission, Fight and Event Of The Year along with a HOF Induction ceremony. With people fighting at least once a month, sometimes even twice, the divisions should be shaken up with each new version so let’s look right into it.

Featherweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13891012914780.png

© Martin Saint Louis (34-8-1)

1 - Yuri Boshtok (17-6-0)

2 - Temel Dilli (31-19-0)

3 - Kristof Sienly (15-5-1)

4 - Malutin Andrey (30-22-0)

5 - The Steel Penn (21-18-0)

Management View: This is a division that unfortunately is lacking in talent right now. Martin Saint Louis continues to dominate at the top, turning away contender after contender. We have a possible plan for the division which could be exciting, but until it is finalised we can’t announce those just yet.

Lightweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14308638363050.jpg

© Ozzy McKane (30-9-0)

1 - Chris Karter (15-3-2)

2 - Kyoji Horiguchi (27-15-1)

3 - Skreba Reijonen (19-13-2)

4 - Volya Nikolaev (28-21-0)

5 - Christian Evansen (23-6-0)

Management View: The 155lbs division was left without a champion as our former champion Vasily Kornilov failed his UKADA (United Kingdom Anti Doping Agency) testing and was subsequently banned for life from the sport. Ozzy McKane and Volya Nikolaev competed for the vacant title with Ozzy McKane reigning supreme. He defends his title against Chris Karter while the rest of the division is booked in for fights with the title scene looking to be quite interesting in the coming months.

Welterweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/13999855129793.jpg

© Chief Tappenahomma (23-6-2)

1 - Hans Huber (15-5-0)

2 - Galloway Sackett (21-12-0)

3 - Bjorn Helgi (48-24-1)

4 - Julius Henderson (17-8-0)

5 - Jozef Beast (22-7-1)

Management View: With some recent signings the 170lbs division is looking to grow into one of our better divisions once more. Chief Tappenahomma is currently competing elsewhere while we find competitors for his title, and the plan for now is to run a tournament in the division to decide on future title contenders, with the winner being the obvious first challenger. The results in the tournament will then dictate matchups which will lead into more title contenders.

Middleweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/34/34w27.jpg

© Chris Coath (19-5-0)

1 - Lance Legstrong (21-16-0)

2 - Raoul De Muerta (20-9-0)

3 - Danny Seagram (19-6-2)

4 - Jutta Hanolla (16-4-2)

5 - Paul Green (21-8-0)

Management View: Our 185 division is steadily showing some top class talent, with reigning champion Chris Coath’s win over Aaron Newton, who would test positive for P.E.D’s, a sign of the new era arriving. Legstrong earns his title shot with a 5 fight win streak which stretches back to September. Fighters like De Muerta and Hanolla are also coming up the ranks and will be looking for a title shot soon, while the recent signings of Danny Seagram and Dean Corll have given fresh options for matches in the future.

Light Heavyweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14181581563622.jpg

© Remi Highjack (24-6-0)

1 - Happy Forclit (25-15-0)

2 - Roman Gruzinsky (18-6-0)

3 - Johan Farfy Iii (20-7-0)

4 - Seamus Farrelly (26-10-1)

5 - Aldo Vurny (17-9-0)

Management View: Remi Highjack continues to reign as champion in the division but he faces some interesting upcoming challenges. Happy Forclit is always a contender and recent signings Roman Gruzinsky and Johan Farfy Iii add some new styles for him to potentially compete against. It is currently our most packed division with 22 different fighters, and we are hoping that number will continue to rise.

Heavyweight Division

http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/32/32w35.jpg

© Timur Rubin (31-12-1)

1 - Cyril Makarenko (31-12-0)

2 - Pablo Escobar (27-13-0)

3 - Soa Palelei (18-5-0)

4 - Floyd Patterson (21-8-0)

5 - Tevin Mangrove Jr (26-8-1)

Management View: Our Heavyweight division continues to be stacked with some of the best talent in the game right now. Timur Rubin has been the champion since August, and he has a murderer’s row of challenges ahead of him. Cyril Makarenko claimed Silver in the Super Heavyweight division in the Olympics while Floyd Patterson has found a new management team and could very well go on a run of results in the future. Meanwhile we have also signed former Death Squad champion Pablo Escobar, former USFC champion Soa Palelei and former MFN champion Tevin Mangrove Jr to the division. Our Heavyweight divisions continues to be one of the strongest in the org and we will be looking to consistently add to it to ensure it remains as such.

Hey guys,

As the managers that were signed to Trinity know, the org was sold to CEC (Claymore Elite Combat).

I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone that has been involved in Trinity, and the orgs prior to that (Troid, Insanity and Epicity).

When I was running Insanity, I was having a great time. I had some great managers to work with and that made it an easy job for me. So when Insanity moved on to merge with the previous mentioned orgs, I was very happy to see that so many (if not all) managers came over. I have to confess that throughout the run of Trinity, I was still secretely rooting for all the previous Insanity fighters to do well, haha.

There are many people I would like to thank, many managers that made running the org a pleasure. But that list would be huge and there for I would to keep it short and simple, to all managers that made Trinity so great; thank you!

And a special thanks to my partner in crime, GBK16. Thank you for all the hard work you have put into the org. Your dedication and knowledge certainly made the org rise above anyones expectactions.

CEC is already a top org and will only continue to improve. So I hope to see you guys there.

All the best,

- John

My fighters are only just getting to a level to compete in orgs like Trinity so I didn't get too many opportunities to fight but I enjoyed my short time there. It takes a lot of effort to run an org well so thank you for putting the time in so our guys could get some great fights. Good luck to the both of you in whatever you decide to do next.

Was fun while it lasted.... Cheers lads!!

Was great to have your fighters and Timothy Robinson is a well deserved member of our Hall Of Fame

Think it speaks volumes that despite the few fights you had, you will won a championship and a tournament within the org. I'm looking forward to seeing how Cornelius Carr does in the future and Jimmy Doyle also

When I first started running the org by myself, I didn't expect it to reach anywhere near the levels of success it did, nor to have run it for this long. We've had some of the best fighters in the modern era compete in the org and reached #1 in the rankings as an ID Org which is probably my biggest achievement in the game to date. To have been able to continue for over a year as a Non-ID org has been a pleasure as we have gotten to work with some of the best managers in the game and put on fantastic fights. Like John, I would like to thank everybody who has competed in the org for the past 3+ years across all three versions. This is the right time for myself and John to take a step back from the frontline of org management but we will be assisting at CEC with anything they need for the forseeable future. On top of that, Gus Malcolm and Bradley Burns are two of the easiest managers in the game to work with and we look forward to the future with CEC.

I would like to thank Ryan Epicity and John Hetfield also for their work during this time. When we all ran our own orgs, we all got along and we had a friendly rivalry with each other. Ryan I would end up being alliance mates with, and John is a guy I talk to on a daily basis and play online games with outside of MMA Tycoon. When it came time to make the step, I would like to thank them for having the faith in me to really drive the org going forward following the mergers and I feel this has been nothing short of an outstanding success.

While I may look to help some upcoming orgs in the future, I will be taking a backseat on any org related business going forward.

Thank you all for the memories

Sad to see Trinity close. Troid and then later Trinity was definitely at a time my favourite organisation in the game as GBK and from my memory occasionally some other writers had regularly released many detailed write ups including previews / reviews of their events, something that is severely lacking in the game atm. I was lucky enough to have two fighters who were title holders in the organisation and will always have fond memories of the org, with my greatest achievement of winning ITFL Season 4 HW division happening in that org.

Thanks for everything guys!
