His left eye (on our right) looks like he's a psycho killer whereas his other eye looks like he's a normal chill dude. Could you make the psycho killer eye look a little more normal? Also, the nose could use a little trim on the psycho killer side of the face, if you don't mind. Other than those 2 things it looks great. I figured that the Hammer and Sickle should be present, so I added that in on the gear he is wearing. I also angled his left arm *right in the pic* a bit so it fits in to the size for an avatar.
