Even 1% takedowns will allow SHIG to do what it likes, but if you set 0%, SHIG will never attempt takedowns. With takedowns at 0%, you can still set try clinch to 10% (or whatever you choose) and SHIG will do it's thing in and out of clinch. Bear in mind too that choosing WHERE to fight (strike, clinch, or ground) is more or less all that SHIG does. It doesn't change what your fighter actually does there (accuracy, choice of strike, etc). It just manages staystand vs takedown, staystand vs clinch, stayclinch vs takedown, stayclinch vs breakclinch, and (possibly, not sure) stayground vs standup.
