Let's make their projects as well and set their training. I guess it boils down to America. I am Americanized. You guys are other countries. See you guys have no boredom with success yet. Because you've not experienced enough of it yet. But where I am like America, success is 2nd nature. I am spoiled of the greatness and want everyone else to share in it. But it's the doom of America. Because once you stop concerning yourself with winning at every turn, that is when you start losing. Because while America wants everyone to share in the success, other countries are still in the clawing to the top stage. And that's when America gets stabbed in the night. Because we have lost our edge, while others remain raw and hungry. So yes, you guys are right. I'm spoiled of success and don't realize my own ignorance, trying to find solutions to give everyone equal opportunity to succeed. When the truth is others are not on the same wave. I'm thinking peace and love while you guys are still thinking world domination This is so completely false it's laughable. The ideal principle of America is hard work = success, not free hand outs. It's one of the major problems going on in our country today is everyone has their hand out without doing anything to earn it. Yes. America was built on the idea of success. But the downfall is now what I was talking about. Ppl are wanting to replace capitalism with socialism. We have became so use to our own fortune that we don't realize just how lucky we are. So we take things for granite. Mainly we take our own success for granite. Because our generation has really done nothing to earn Americas greatness. We were just lucky enough to be born into it. So we really have no idea what's it's like to not have fulfillment in every way...and that being said we have a difficult time processing it when we see others struggling. And we'll sacrifice our own success to help others. Because we are not hungry. Our plates runnith over so to speak. I'm seeing now that is me. My plate runs over and by trying to help others get food in their bellies, I'm actually taking food out of my own. And also, like America, I expect others to be just as civilized and every one eat with manners. But in the end my expectation is naive. I'm not dealing with civil ppl. Let them starve Now you're equating noobs/newer managers/not as successful managers to .. what starving people? the homeless? do you even know where you're going with this? The irony is it sounds like you're trying to replace capitalism with communism. Free agents going to the highest ranked guys in the game, the "1#, the rich get richer so to speak is capitalism to the tea. What your leaning to is more like communism ideals. The idea that everyone is innately equal and everyone gets the same opportunity regardless of rank or success. You want to take rank and money out of the equation, that's communism, not capitalism. I appreciate the trolling attempts, I really do...
