With names like these, you'd think everyone would be fighting over them

I'll sign them all to my org.....Wait, nvm, I don't have an org.

Not sure why you can't get contracts.....Are you a multi? Freinds with wolf or aaron? are you wolf or aaron?

Have you ever watched porno with wolf or aaron?

Well dude, you have one of your fighters in an org where I am matchmaker. I offered him fight, he said it was too much skill difference. I offered another fight you said "My guy is 19 and opponent 26. Not fair I'm afraid". I offered him rematch with a guy who he beat ( only skillswise equal match up, since his fighter is around 300k and org is 290k+, don't know why he sign), he said "I just knocked him clean out. No thanks.". Then I asked you to pick a fight for yourself, anyone from the org, you picked a guy who's manager has been inactive for over 20 days. So basically, you declined 3 fights in 7 days, you signed with an org without even looking what is org like, you would only fight fighters that are lower than yours.

I don't know why should anyone sign your fighters.

That is the point tho. You are hard man to talk with and make a deal. Maybe some of the owner offered you a contracts but you refused them, for this or that reason.

I offered you 2 fights, where your fighter maybe was in a little disadvantage, but not a huge one. But to make a progress you need to defeat those above you. Then I offered you only guy is equal to yours, even you fought him, you refuse again. Well dude, what the hell do you want?? There is none left!!

When you sign contract for your fighter with the org, first look at their roster, if you think your fighter can compete with those fighters accept, if not then don't.

And yes, I do accept fights when I have no chance of winning, that's way to test yourself, if you are really good in this game, or you just have luck. Latest example : http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=844456

Well, that was not the point Budlight but I'll answer it anyway.

What do you think? Do you think you offered me fair fights? Do you accept all fights even if your clearly the underdog?

I do!

To be the man you got to beat the man!

Just to name a few, look if you sign with a 290+ org. With a 300+ guy eventually he's going to have to fight above his skill level. It's up to you to put him in a position to win.

If you look at many of these 300+ organizations they will be dominated by 25 yo, in like 8-10 weeks of good elite training your 18 yo will be ready to compete.

Look you can be the hammer or the nail, but a plastic hammer is broken by an iron nail every time.

I have a couple old new guys. A year ago they all would've been signed straight out of creation, now I can't even get a contract even when I am begging for one.

What happened to skilled org owners?

I just sent contracts for some of your guys

You are a "manager". Your job is to get your fighters good contracts, in an org that will suit them well. If your fighters are not getting contracts sent automatically, you have to look around, scout cities and orgs that would meet your fighter's criterias.

Yeah, I always chose an org. where I will have fun fighting and contact the owner, instead of waiting for random offers. Money isn't such a thing at low level fighters so I prefer 1k/1k/1k contract in a fun org than 5k/5k/5k in a badly run org.
