RegularJohn
No, I don't see the need too really. I wrestled in high school and train with some really good wrestlers so I got everything I need covered. In my opinion it's better to learn an individual art in it's pure form and not a watered down version you get at most 'MMA' gyms. really? that's crazy! glad it's been working out for you though, good luck in your title fight. I spar no gi most of the time, and wear my gloves. And when I'm Muay Thai sparring we will also do rounds with takedowns involved
Mannetosen
Sparring mt with takedowns is all well and good, but do you ever drill phase shifting between striking and takedowns? Because in my experience people who dont very often either strike or wrestle without flowing between the two.

xanax
I've been training my E-peen with twelve ounce curls and can throw devastating thumbs from the upright text position. Also I can fight quite well with very little training, some guys I roll with at the gym say I'm a natural. Well duh. 2

I have sent a message to Mike asking him to clarify/verify, and if he backs up what you said, then Jackson will release my fighters from his org and we won't fight each other any more. 2
