  • 3 weeks later...

Road Block: I had a rough start to this round, same as last time, but I'm back on track now. I have Abraham's number, so in a few short days I'll be getting my revenge for last round. Abraham hasn't won a fight yet this round, and his next fight will be more of the same. See you then.

Just a suggestion : Seeing that Chaelson got the W and therefore a bye week, will it not be more fair to the other fighters to also get a rest week when fighting the MIA fighter?

Disclaimer : My guy is fighting the MIA fighter next week and a bye week will be very helpful indeed. :)

Sorry for not replying, busy with work. I understand your thought however my preference is to keep all fighters active if I can. With that said I have replaced last weeks MIA fighter however now have a second. Are there any LoL fighters out there from R1 not in an active Org? I still have Behnder who is a scrub at best and am willing to take it on the chin for the remainder of the tourney if there are no others interested in jumping back in?

Ok so I have gotten no response on this, if the MIA fighter does not log in and accept the fight offer by mid afternoon today he will be pulled from the tourney and replaced by my scrub Behnder. This weeks opponent is already aware of this plan and has agreed to it.

Makes sense Louie, thanks for helping out!

Well looks like I got another MAA fighter I can ally get frustrating dealing with this every week but things need to move on. Already have a verbal agreement to replace a fighter with another fighter unfortunately the contract offer is been sitting idle all day and I dont think I could switch them out before the editing window closes tonight. The contract is not excepted in the next hour Im going to have to put two of my guys it to fill the slot so that way the event doesnt get wrecked its obviously not what I want to do it right now I dont have any other choice I let someone sees this and offers a 25+-year-old fighter of the same ID in the next 40 minutes

I accepted your 1-day notice fight but to be 100% clear I don’t find it fair that some managers get a by week and I don’t on this exact situation. Also that xyzzy manager insta-accepting is looking shady as fuck Louie.

I’m accepting because otherwise I’m gonna be penalize and I’ve worked hard in this tourney.

Also the whole point of this org was to make the tourney. Happen therefore a fight missing should not affect the plan, the plan was not to make $ not Hype it was to simply put a huge tourney together.

I would also like to be clear, this has now occurred 3 weeks in a row and only once in those three weeks did a fighter get a bye. What I failed to do was confirm with you if you would take the fight. For that I apologize.

What I dont appreciate and wont accept is the shady comment regarding Zyd accepting the fight. In case you are trying to infer that I am Zyd or something along those lines is far fetched and anyone who knows either myself or Zyd know that we are not the same person.

As for the hype comment on the Org, my intention is to make as much of the money I have promised for the prize pool as I can, not to fill my own pockets. If I make a couple tycoon bucks for all the effort I have put in to this and to pay for the headache medication I have needed to ensure this does not fizzle out and fail is that so bad.

All I know is when I started this I was motivated to run more then just the one knowing the interest level was so high however I can tell everyone now that that motivation is gone and I am fairly confident this will be a one off.

I had a blast at this tournament, even though the second half has been me getting my ass kicked backwards. I would definitely take part if it were to happen again.

Yes, me too. Thank you Louie for all the effort. It is a great tournament. My guy will probably have to retire afterwards, no doctor would allow him back in the cage after fighting with all those injuries. :)
