duphus
He couldn't hack it as a manager and quit, would be my guess. His notions are absurd thought, many non VIP guys have done really well.
Guest
Not you though Duphus, you need the VIP hacks to beat me, admit it. You have the Alpha-VIP which gives auto-win over the auto-win of regular VIP.
duphus
I paid mike 100.00 for my own win/lose slider, but I keep it at 70% win to be fair to others
Guest
Hello I set all my fighter in the island (4) do you think that is a good idea ?
DavyJones
Not really no because then you are limiting yourself to one small niche of the game. There are a lot of good orgs out there to discover.
bjornmma1
What are good organizations for KT fights for a newly created fighter?
Guest
Extreme K1 Comabt in London has quite full weight classes, I think he's just reduced the ID restriction down to 210k tho, I don't know if that would put you off with a new fighter. http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=4007 Edit: if you were just after a normal mma fight Org for a newly created fighter then you might want to give Impact in London a look. It's newly created 235k restricted org so it's the perfect place for new fighters or project fighters and they have their 1st event coming up shortly. http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=4118 (sorry for the shamless plug....I'm actually the owner)
Guest
I can recommend you that K1 org. I know Aaron and he is cool guy, who knows how to run the org.

Guest
Keep in mind with the ID restrictions that all it is, is an indication of the HIGHEST level of competition you can possibly face. They aren't (assuming they aren't dicks) going to throw your 230k guy you made today against their 210k champ tomorrow. There's plenty of fair fights to be had amongst your own skill levels until such a time as you're hyped or win-streaking enough to pit you against a higher level of competition. Additionally, there are fighters out there with 50k IDs who have worse skills than a freshly made 25. Look at the fighter on a case-by-case basis, it will give you more options. Scooby
Question, Body kicks = more susceptible to takedowns? Also, in clinch possessing a good wrestling advantage, how would you avoid a takedown?
Guest
As a general rule, the higher you kick the easier a one-leg pick becomes In the clinch I found aggressively stalling works a treat in stuffing takedowns, but don't hold me responsible if it all goes wrong for you! Scooby
Aggressively stalling will result in referee separate when i want to strike though, right? Does fast learner effect skill degradation on the latter half of a fighter's career?

Does fast learner effect skill degradation on the latter half of a fighter's career? I think fast learners' advantage is getting to skill cap much faster. Degradation is based on damaged taken. valleyboy
Training question... Say I train boxing 4-5 times in a week and my boxing is at 3, how much will my boxing upgrade? i'm no expert but there are many factors that play a part such as sparring partner values how many partners, i think you get a bonus for 4 or more in the session. also if you are training punches, strike d or clinch that will help you boxing pop quicker. as a guess tho and this is a guess, if you have a partner or 2 that is a few pops higher then you, you could expect to pop in 4-5 sessions. if any of this is wrong hopefully a vet manager can correct me

valleyboy
How do i get sponsors? best thing you can do is look around shops there are some that have in their news part that they are looking for fighters to sponsor, maybe worth while sending a PM or 2. also put a post here never had any luck myself but worth a try http://www.mmatycoon.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=569. dont expect much though if your fighters have low hype, hope this helps
