Noob Questions

In every event there is a merchandize income which is split between org and clothing/nutrition company. Benefits for the nutrition company are much higher than the ones you take from gym partnership, i think gym vending was $6 per unit for the nutrition comp. Even with a small org., you can easily make 4-5k per event at least. It mostly depends on both partners' hype ratings and event attendance.

Use gravatar, cant tell you how or why to upload it the normal way. Tried many many times and failed, then tried with gravatar.

Same problem and Gravatar was the only way to get a photo up.

Hi guys I have a question. My wonderful boxer missed shitloads of head punches against a MT fighter with mediocre boxing while I set his slider at 90% acc and agg. Here's the fight: (My guy is Hall)

http://www.mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=837874

Not even the texts are suggesting my fighter is throwing accurate punches like jabs. Many of them are looping or wild sorts like that. Even though my guy won and I thought it's controversial, I just can't get why did my guy landed like 10% of his head punches.

I hope someone can solve the puzzle in my head, thanks.

Afaik, striking defense is related to boxing + MT variable and that fighter had slight(or maybe even big) boxing + MT advantage. Also he probably had high striking def secondary, maybe also used 100% head strikes opponent prediction to get maximum boost and maybe guessed right your aggression + accuracy, but that's not necessary. Could be also from agility/speed advantage.

Thanks a lot my friend. Always forget the prediction sliders may play a role.

Get cardio to 12 or above as soon as possible. Then you can train every session in the week without needing any rests. Note - if you spar 6 times a week and do a couple of circuit training classes too you might be running out of energy before the end of the week. I always keep their energy above 90% so that after the Sunday rest sessions the energy is back at 100%.

As for what to train when, probably at the beginning you have some gaps you want to fill, so feel free to spam train them. Otherwise it's really a personal preference. I often train them in a few things at once as I like the way that makes them progress. But I think I sometimes get caught out by making my fighters too all-round and then a specialist beats them in a fight... that plus my dodgy slidering.

It really depends when you want them to fight - soon, or in a few in-game years (much patience required there).

This question is really for gym owners. Do you get to choose what order your coaches appear on your gym page in the Trainers / Schedule? Or do the coaches appear in the order you hire them? From what I can see its definitely not alphabetical.

If you go to the business page, you can see that the coaches have a priority. There you can set the order, 1 is on top

I set my priorities in groups....ei...Conditioning are at the top, then wrestling/BJJ and on to boxing/MT. Just makes it easier to select IMO

Not sure if this is normal or not, but I just created a fighter and based him out of Hilo. I then entered him in a qfc tourny that is taking place in London, now my fighter is not only in London but it also shows his base as, London.

This may be normal but if I got to move him back to Hilo after the tourny, that ain't right IMO. So please tell me he'll automatically go back to his original base in Hilo.

Gym fees: Set the amount that each fighter who joins your gym will have to pay each week in fees. Gym fees cannot be changed on a Wednesday or a Thursday (UK time), to prevent last minute hikes. Gym fees can be set anywhere between $50 and $1000 per week and are paid on Thursdays.

Note: You can't raise fees over $50 if you don't have any coaches hired.
