I dont know how you build your fighters at creation, but imho priority number one is to get condition and strenght into level ~70-110 with cardio and weights. Remember to use supplements. Those two skills have probably most effect at low level compared to how fast those are to train. Strenght doesent affect on training, but plays big role at fight. Condition is must because it effects how much your training drains your energy and how hes energy lasts at fight. Many people create fighters with 110 condition.

Then join into better gym and start to train. If you are striker you obliviously want to have striking skills to strike against other strikers. Also you need to have somekind of defence against grapplers.

Its really hard to say how you should train, because i dont know what skills your fighter has. Ìf you want you can send PM to me and we can discuss more.
