I also love MMA so this is the perfect game for me and something I would have started playing years and years ago. I had no clue about the game and was watching MMA fights (I think it was PFL last friday) and someone in the stream dropped a link to check out MMA Tycoon. I feel bad because I'm sure he dropped his referral link but I just went straight to the MMAtycoon website and instantly fell in love. I heard the game was a lot more active with users 10 years ago? Is there any advertising going on? I'm not aware of any advertising going on for MMAT.... I just stumbled across it one night early June of last year and fell in love with the game. J0J0 Posted April 24 Report Share Posted April 24 Welcome Catfresh, You're right, the game was a lot more active back in the day but even now there are still plenty of players and activity in the Tycoonverse. New orgs and tournaments are popping up regularly, so check the forums often so you dont miss out MMAtycoon is the largest virtual MMA community on the net but ironically, you wont find us if you dont either search directly for MMA Simulator/Manager/Online game etc., or someone advertises for us the way it happened for you I found out about it being bored one day. Did a quick google search and rest if history. I think you'll like it here. It will come I’d advise getting a mentor, they can be very helpful at learning the game. Though when I found the site there were still ads on those gaming voting sites. Maybe there will be some more of that and an influx of new people after the site gets a facelift with some of the tycoon 2.0 features (supposedly in development but we didn't hear anything about it for some time now). I felt like something was missing in WMMA, and while looking for an alternative, I stumbled upon this community.
