bjornmma1
Evan Duvernay 20-3-0 63 p4p After a disappointing loss in the LW Olympic finals to Joteel, I will now have to face one of my toughest tests ever at Syn, as I will be battling Artturi Reinikainen, the former Syn and PFC champion. He brings a lot of challenges to the table, that despite my young age, I will have to try and work my way around. I honestly don't know if I can beat this man, but I will die trying if necessary. May the best man win!

I dominated him in our first fight until he tickled me and I want to run that back, but at full force. AlexManiatakos
Wayne Williams, 38, announced his retirement in his postfight interview after beating Gemellus Axius at Syn 907 on June 18, 2022. '' I would like to thank Syn for the opportunity to end my career in this legendary MMA org. My career has been long and i ve participated in 61 professional fights... Been through good and bad times and i m really proud of my achievements in the Bantamweight Division. Joining Spartan MMA team was the best decision of my life and my fighting record, since 2020, is crystal clear proof of that... My fans have given me the nickname ''The Sitsongrit Killer'' but i refuse to accept it. I have deep respect for their family and their manager and i would never adopt such a disrespectful nickname. I could probably fight for another 2-3 events but age is catching up to me . I feel slower, less strong and agile and i cant accept not being able to give my 100% in the cage. It is time to hang my MMA gloves and enjoy some quality time with my family. Wayne Williams is out baby. ''

teyoken
Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Leif Leifsson (23-6): “SYN 910 features the rematch between The Viking and the Headless Tool Kilo Maluga! I know SYN fans are more then excited to see my finish this egotistical power hungry fuck off, so that’s what they will get. Kilo hasn’t gone on record to say he will retire from embarrassment after I knock him out again but trust The Viking that will be the result. I will claim my spot as the greatest Heavyweight the world has seen and then continue my domination over this division. Kilo is an entertaining fighter, but he ruled with a sense of ego. Demanded fights, wouldn’t defend his gold on the organizations terms. I’m a champion, a true CHAMPION who will take any call anytime anywhere… Yago Steve after I decapitate Kilo once again and stick his head back on my mantle you’re my next victim… RESUME!” 4
Daudy
"The B-Town Bogan" Tommy Weissmuller Entering the post media scrum of the recent SYN 909: Pawlik vs Duvernay is the largely unassuming Tommy Weismuller. While probably one of the most unheralded fighters within the organisation (betting odds before his win over #9 ranked Ralph McGuire had Weismuller as a 4.08 to 1.05 underdog), Weismuller retains a fairly sizeable fanbase, thanks partially due to his recent community work to promote cancer research. Crazy Horse Media put the microphone to him to hear what he had to say: "First of all, shout out to the 3350! Ballarat repping up in this show. What up Tokyo? I'm glad to be here, I'm glad to be winning. I'm sorry for taking your boy Tomomi out last fight, but I'm not sorry for taking the win over Ralph McGuire tonight and putting on a good performance for you all. The bookies had me as a 4.08 to 1.05 betting underdog. Can you believe that? I might not have the fanciest style on paper, but I get results. Only two of my wins have ever gone to a decision including this last one, and guess who the first one was against? That's right! McGuire again! Bookies need their head checked to have me that big an underdog. I'll take that top 10 ranking thank you." Asked about how he thought the fight went specifically, Weismuller was a bit more respectful: "Look, at the end of the day, McGuire was on a 3 fight winning streak and on an undefeated run in Syn. He's ranked for a reason and on paper a lot of people would have said he should have run straight through me. Like I said, the only wins I've had that haven't been knockouts were both against him. So it tells you he's bloody tough and he's very good. The fight was a close one. I felt like I got the better exchanges on the outside and was also more active. He tried to implement a lot of kicks into his game, but I got him good with some body kicks of my own. I also got some work done in the clinch, but he's very strong there and it was close. I felt like I did enough to Unanimously win rounds 1 and 3, with round 2 being close, so I'm not sure what Judge Takaoka was watching. It was a close round but I definitely thought I got him with harder shots and I cut him open with my first combo. How is that a 10-10? I hope I don't get that judge again, he definitely smelt like booze and cigarettes." When asked if he had any final thoughts: "Keeeeeeeeeyshawn Stacks. Where's my 25 bonus Gs brotha? I've got one fight left on my contract but I'm looking to keep on working and get those green stacks I know you've got waiting for me. Look at my fanbase, I bring bums to seats - I've got more fans than even the champ. I've been the serious underdog in both my fights here under my current management, but I'm two from two and the people have spoken. They love a battler from regional Australia, and that's me. Final shoutout goes to my sponsor Bondi MMA who has been with me through this new phase of my career, and also to Hellbent for the brand new offer. bjornmma1
Beau Abner BOOOOM! Sparxx walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Abner! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Beau Abner!Beau Abner decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.In defeat, Gary Sparxx stepped up to the mic, saying 'Give me a couple hours, and I will meet you all at the dance floor!'. Daudy
Athos Knox & "Why would you name me:" Nig Nig In a double interview with Crazy Horse media off the back of their wins at SYN 911 Never Forget, we have Athos Knox and N! CHM: First of all, a congrats to you both on your respective wins - both first round KOs. Athos first question to you, how did you feel in your Syn debut and what are your thoughts on the fight? Athos: "I felt good! It was really good to get back in the ring. I've been away from fighting for quite a while due to my former management stepping away. It is what it is, but I'm so happy to be back fighting and for a top org like Syn. The fight went well, you can't complain about a 1st round KO win. I knew Obama had a wide range of kicks in his arsenal, but he went up top slightly more frequently than I originally thought he would. I also knew he'd come out aggressively so I was looking to make sure I timed him on the counter with a mix of body shots and punches to the face. In the end I put him down with a big combo timed off one of his kicks and put him away with a nice hook." CHM: On to you N. This was the last fight on your Syn contract and you've since already signed on with another org. Can you talk us through that process and your thoughts on the fight? N:"Yes, it was my last fight on my Syn contract. I was on a pretty poor streak in the org within the 205 division under former management. Keyshawn Stacks did reach out before this fight was scheduled and actually still offered me an extension. However, I thought because my boy Tommy Weismuller was winning fights in the same division, I'd prefer to step away and try my luck somewhere else. I've had a great career and I'm not done yet, but to be at the peak you have to be at your peak and I felt I had my time at Syn. I feel under my new management and gym, I could still definitely win fights there, but I'm also really happy to try new adventures. CFC have offered me a nice contract, and I'm happy to move on and test myself there. The fight itself went perfectly to plan for me. Tomomi has that homeground advantage, and he's a former world champion and #1 205er in the world. Form is temporary, but class is permanent and that guy still has skills and pop in his punches. I had a lot of advantages going in though. I've actually fought and beaten him before with both of us under previous management. On top of that, my teammate Tommy Weismuller had just beaten him also. We were fully prepared for him and I managed to time my punches right and catch him with a big uppercut. Lights out, night night. A good way to sign off, onto new pastures!" And there you have it folks. Two fighters from the Crazy Horse stable fighting out of House of 1000 Corpses at the different ends of their time at Synchronicity but both signing off with 1st round KO wins.
