Not if you want to actually train your fighter or have him go into fights uninjured. Low energy level (which you would have on 20 days for the most part_ means he won't make weight either. That's a good way to ruin your record though. You might get lucky and have the guy who never loses energy/never gets injured. But this game is focused on reality too so I doubt it.
