Personally, seeing a small bump to learning speed would be nice, in fact i am in favor of something like that. Some slow learners actually never reach their peak, or do so in their 30s, by which time it is too late. Maybe if we could bump the minimum learning speed a bit, to make slow learners a viable option, this is not a game changer i think though. However from the admin's point of view, this is actually a decrease in profits because 50% of the early releases (and hence VIP usage), is DUE TO SLOW LEARNERS, so increasing learning speed means less money for the game.
