  2. I know it's still early in the year, but I think this may be the best performance of the year already. http://mmatycoon.com/fightcommentary.php?FTID=869484 Fairbanks went up against an undefeated fighter in Built. Most importantly, Built's manager, Richard Ross, is a legend and undefeated in his entire history. Fairbanks managed to rock him standing, took him down, dominated him and finished the fight in the first round! Rumor has it that Ross couldn't take the loss and may be considering retiring from the game after this. Do you have any fight that tops this?

  3. Angry Birds War - Round 2 is now beautiful memory. In the main event steve King needed just 77 seconds to destroy Kent conner with big punches Co main event was a 15 minutes period of action and all judges scores 28-28 KO of the night goes to Reggie Grimdal and his wonderful counter knee which dropped defenseless Carl Fharrat to canvas. Submission of the night goes to Michael Jordan and his RNC, Michal Bojdol was able only to tap. Fight of night for 15 minutes of great action goes to Ichiro Ippo vs Rey Hannibal.

To the fan's of Aspire MMA it is with my deepest regrets that inform you today the organisation was forced strip the 265lbs champion Huell Babineaux due to irreconcilable differences stemming from his previously arranged super-fight with Dmitri Zaitsev at Revolution XC 20 where he was victorious. Upon completion of this fight, Huell was set to return to face the pending challenger Keith Bishop, all concerned had already agreed to the fight prior to the acceptance of the Zaitsev super-fight been allowed to take place. However, following its completion David Brent decided it was no longer in his best interests to honour his agreement due to the signing of numerous higher hyped fighters in the division since his sabbatical. Our commitment to the agreement with Keith Bishop's management who had kindly sat on the sidelines during this period remained unwavering as we truly believe when we make an arrangement with the managers of the Tycoon Universe that it should be honoured above all else, we understand that every manager has a personal commitment to protect the interests of his own fighters and for that reason we understand and respect David's decision while simultaneously disagreeing with it passionately, as a result the difficult choice was made to contractually release Huell Babineaux from the company. As a result, Zee Snore fresh of his victory over Robert Diggs at Just Bleed 32 this past weekend will be offered the opportunity to fight Keith Bishop for the 265lbs title at Just Bleed 37 to crown our new champion. I hope very much this is the last time I need to make this kind of announcement, no further comment will be made on this matter going forward. - Adam Holland - Aspire MMA

  7. First event called First Blood has just finished In the main fight Zlatan Ibrahimović after 3 rounds won by split decision. Co-main event last only 5 seconds Johniel Cenabre needed just 5 seconds to destroy Peter Juhl. Fight of night goes to 15 minutes of interesting action to Stephen Ortz vs Alphonso Gatti bout. Submision of the night goes to Lucas Browne and his Armbar on Jake Ryan, but frankly it was the only submision of the event. KO of the night goes to Dunder heed and his beautiful knee that ended Patrick Gambon. 5 fights went full time, 4 fights were finished by (T)KO and 1 by submision.

  10. Damn shame someone changed his name, he was one of the biggest names in Trinity (Troid) history and well deserved his HOF entry into the org. Main thing is to look at his secondaries and look at his strengths (In Snape's case, would be the clinch most likely) and try and gameplan in order to utilise that as best you can.

  11. Looked at the source code...the way everything is output the behind-the-scenes stuff for the fight seems to be properly calculated. But instead of fetching an appropriate line of commentary it just returned line breaks. Could be the result of a slow database connection. Of course I could be wrong because the result wasn't recorded properly on the fighters' page. http://mmatycoon.com/fighterprofilepublic.php?FID=308957

  19. Sydney FC 1: "Birth" - First FIght Ever 265 lbs - Alistaar Uberveem vs. Harrison Summer The first fight in Sydney FC history. In a classic striker vs. grappler matchup, it was up to dutch boxer Alistaar Uberveem and South African grappler Harrison Summer to hold the honors. In a cleverly set up throwback fight reminiscent of MMA's earliest days, Summer immediately looked to clinch and take it to the ground while Uberveem tried to say on the feet and hurt his opponent with strikes. It would be a quick, dramatic birth to Sydney FC. Harrison Summer achieved a clinch within a few seconds and tried to hold Uberveem against the cage. They broke the clinch but Summer kept trying to get a hold of his foe, attempting four takedowns in the limited duration of the contest. When Uberveem put his hands on him though, Summer didn't have an answer. With one minute into the fight, the dutch striker connected with a series of hooks to the body and head, and then floored Summer with a quick combo. He allowed Summer to stand up, and kept throwing hands until an uppercut through the guard finished Summer, knocked out cold against the cage in brutal fashion.

  20. 205lbs: Thoreaux AssKicken vs Adlet Mayer http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14710281147333.png vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14416041157623.gif Age: 24 Age: 22 Height: 190 cm Height: 187 cm Weight: 215 lbs Weight: 200 lbs Record: 7-2-1 (LLWWW) Record: 6-4-0 (LWLWW) Few men are so synonymous with Aspire MMA as Thoreaux AssKicken, the poster boy for the early promotion of the organisation having held and defended the 205lbs title on multiple successful title defenses headlining some of the biggest show's the organisation has ever held, never shy of a big time fight the "A" team player AssKicken looks to once again set a path of destruction up the division moving towards his revenge against current champion Alejandro Scott. The first step on the path to that goal is no easy task with Russian Bears mainstay Adlet Mayer an exceptional striker with a sensational wrestling base fighting out of St Petersburg intending on bringing AssKicken's dreams crashing down. Fight: Adlet Mayer moved in early with a takedown attempt but was slapped away by AssKicken who failed to counter with a sharp left hand to the body leaving himself slightly off balance giving Mayer credence once again with the takedown attempt, sprawling well against the force of the single leg attempt the fighters ended up in the clinch and AssKicken hit Mayer with a thunderous right hand that left Mayer needing stitches as his upper right eye was cut trickling blood into his field of vision, the referee seemed to consider putting a halt to the action but AssKicken repeatedly failed to land strikes as Mayer remained active at all times displaying fantastic striking defense. Pushing once more for the takedown Mayer changed levels and drove through into side control, AssKicken looking visibly pissed off to have failed to defend the attempt set about immediately reversing his fortunes by securing half guard and working to control Mayer who set about inflicting damage with his notable ground and pound. Sensing the danger AssKicken worked his position until he secured a tight guillotine submission that left Mayer panicking forcing the tapout in just two minutes and fifty-nine seconds of the first round. Winner - Thoreaux AssKicken by way of Submission (Guillotine) : Fight Rating 45% 155lbs: Brandon Lee vs Pekko Wannanen http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/11/11w16.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/41/41w24.jpg Age: 24 Age: 24 Height: 178 cm Height: 172 cm Weight: 161 lbs Weight: 161 lbs Record: 7-5-0 (WWLWL) Record: 3-1-0 (WLWW-) You will be forgiven for thinking you have tuned into a Helsinki Fighting Leauge broadcast in this fight with both men making their debuts from the promotion to Aspire MMA both with positive momentum coming off successful fights with Brandon Lee scoring a KO (Punches) victory over Cenk John on the HFL:50 show and then a Submission (Strikes) victory at HFL:52 in parallel to Pekko Wannanen's TKO (Strikes) victory against Martin Ortega at HFL:49 in the second minute of the very first round. Both young fighters will be keen to make a noteworthy debut with competition thick at 155lbs. Fight: Closing the distance at lightning speed Wannanen was able to force a clinch, perhaps having watched the previous bout he used it as a blueprint to success by plowing his opponent with deep strikes to the ribs leaving Brandon Lee gasping for air and then following up with punishing uppercuts and elbows to the head, Brandon worked hard to defend what he could but he was well and truly in Wannanen's zone suffering tremendous damage in a flurry of offence by Wannanen that left his victim rocked. The audience in attendance erupted with excitement as Wannanen landed a tight uppercut to the head sending Brandon Lee staggering backwards and forth, as if to setup a finishing move from a video game Wannanen took a step back and leaped forward with a superman style uppercut that sent Brandon Lee tumbling to the ground forcing the referee to intervene before more damage could be done. Winner - Pekko Wannanen by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 84% 205lbs: Jack Dempsey vs Thomas Peterson http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/16/16w12.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/39/39w20.jpg Age: 29 Age: 24 Height: 185 cm Height: 190 cm Weight: 205 lbs Weight: 215 lbs Record: 8-2-0 (LWLWW) Record: 6-3-0 (LLWWL) Recent losses at 205lbs to Apollo Creed and top contender Darth Sidious have raised questions about Thomas Peterson's resolve having suffered both to KO (Punch)'s despite a previously strong track record on his feet when his chin was put to the test, his fans will surely be hoping this was just a momentary blip and Peterson can show tonight he's still got what it takes to flourish at this level. His opponent tonight coming off a debut loss to Jako Day at Just Bleed 28 is twenty-nine-year-old journeyman Jack Dempsey who secured a string of amateur level victories at the QFC level in 2016 and looks to parlay that into a successful professional career, his camp will know tonight is a must win situation for him. Fight: Coming out to Fivefold - Not The Only One it was easy to tell that Peterson was in good spirits as he entered the cage, instigating the clinch with extream prejudice from the opening bell and snapping his opponents head back from the get go it was Petersons incredible strength that prevailed early on as Dempsey repeatedly tried and failed to break free of the remarkable Muay Thai on display. With multiple heavy hooks to the body that visibly hurt Dempsey the crowd applauded the decimation they witnessed as Dempsey's head once again snapped backwards followed a monstrous left hand that had been proceeded by numerous body shots leaving Dempsey gasping for air, rocked by the action Dempsey once again looked to break out of the clinch and establish a more comfortable striking distance but a sharp uppercut would take the legs from Dempsey leaving him crumpled on the ground. Winner - Thomas Peterson by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 91% 205lbs: Brandon Stark vs Donsone De http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/30/30w1.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14508718173330.png Age: 33 Age: 25 Height: 187 cm Height: 181 cm Weight: 187 lbs Weight: 195 lbs Record: 6-0-0 (WWWWW) Record: 13-5-0 (LWLWW) If you were to design an MMA fighter from the ground up it would look like Donsone De on it's very best day, this specimen of human beast towers over his peers in raw intrinsic potential but has yet to be tested against a truly formidable opponent, enter Brandon "The 100th Of His Name" Stark fighting out of London, England with a record of 5-2-0 this the former Bravado 205lbs champion will be ample test for what many pundits consider the brightest prospect in the entire promotion Donsone De. Fight: From the moment the bell sounded Donsone De moved with precision to secure a trip takedown into side control but Stark used his exceptional wrestling to recover into the half guard, unsure how to proceeded the inexperienced Donsone De looked over to his corner as he pressed his opponent against the cage preventing him from escaping looking for instruction that never came, failing to stay active the referee moved to warn both fighters that they would be stood up if action did not commence and Donsone De was willing to oblige with some brutal looking ground and pound that clearly took the fire out of Stark leaving behind a large gash across his forehead. Proceeding to reign down elbow strikes to Starks head while using the rest of his body weight to position himself in such a way to prevent Starks escape it was only a matter of time before Starks cut continued to get worse until the referee was forced to call a stop this bout, much to the crowd's dismay. Winner - Donsone De by way of TKO (Cut) : Fight Rating 19% 265lbs: Sydney Amazon vs Lucio Francisco Carmo http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14230064158091.jpg vs http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/30/30b26.jpg Age: 24 Age: 22 Height: 190 cm Height: 190 cm Weight: 205 lbs Weight: 224 lbs Record: 5-2-0 (LLWWW) Record: 4-0-0 (WWWW-) And in our first fight of the night we have TWGC veteran Sydney "The Artisan" Amazon coming off a victory against Jacob Sertho at Bravado 10 way back in late 2016 before heading to the grand grappling tournament and fairing pretty well going 4-3 against some tough opponents he will take on one of the men he previously defeated during the tournament Lucio Francisco "Jurupari"Carmo of The Highland Network fame to settle the bad blood left behind when Carmo was forced to tap out to a particularly nasty looking choke in front of his family in Morro da Babilonia, Brazil. Fight: Lucio Carmo attempted to start the fight off with a takedown attempt that was well defended by Amazon however he was unable to prevent an early clinch attempt that gave Carmo an opening to inflict serious body shot damage that would stay with Amazon for the remainder of the fight, breaking the clinch in a brave attempt to take the fight back to the center of the cage Carmo reigned in a thudding right hand to the side of his victims head that left a nasty looking cut forcing Amazon to redouble his efforts to secure a takedown into side control. As Carmo looked to control the action from the bottom it was Amazon putting his ample BJJ skills to the test looking for the submission victory but late into the fourth minute of the round it was Carmo that was able to sweep a reversal into Amazon's guard to see out the round. Feeling the pressure coming out for the second round Amazon immediately attempted to return the fight to the ground but was thwarted by Carmo's stellar takedown defence not once but three times before Carmo moved to unload a monumental right hand followed by a stiff left that dropped his opponent to the ground. Sensing now was the time to finish Carmo followed to the ground but Amazon had recovered his senses and managed to defend the incoming strikes well while seeking to control from the bottom. While Amazon did try to secure a submission the referee eventually returned both men to the standing position and Carmo continued to dominate the standup leading to a big right hand that sent Amazon yet again tumbling to the ground rocking him in the process, following up with a big elbow Carmo was able to secure the fight and avenge his previous TWGC loss. Winner - Lucio Francisco Carmo by way of TKO (Strikes) : Fight Rating 46% The Aftermath: FON - Thomas Peterson vs Jack Dempsey KON - Casper Timmermans SON - Thoreaux AssKicken Next week's event Just Bleed 33 see's Highland Games stalwart Gerrald "Booger" James take on former Aspire MMA 205lbs contender Darth Sidious that is set to catapult one of these men right into the upper echelon of the division. And in the co-main event we will see undefeated wrecking machine vacated StrikeForce Union 145lbs champion Carlos Ortega fighting former Primal 145lbs champion Blake Green in what's expected to be an exciting bout, join us right here in Los Angeles at Aspire MMA.

  21. Sydney FC 1: "Birth" Fight of the Night Recap 155 lbs - Finn Balor vs. Chaslov Westlum Westlum had the balls to stand and bang with the remarkable boxer Balor, putting on a show that had the Micro Arena crowd in Sydney cheering from the first exchanges up to the dramatic finish. He pushed forward since the first bell with big punching combos but as expected, Balor got the better of the boxing exchanges. Westlum kept pushing forward though, countering and attacking and mixing takedown attempts until one finally landed around the one minute mark in the second round. From then on, Westlum was perfect with his ground and pound, landing 11 of 11 ground strikes, rocking Balor and finishing with elbows and punches from side control. Balor still figures to be a key player in SFC's LW division, while Westlum, now turned into "Shinsuke Nakamura", will fight for the inaugural Sydney FC 155 pounds belt in SFC 3.

  22. Sydney FC 1: "Birth" Recap Show Main Event - 185 lbs - Mikel Page vs. Maximo Bonini Complete domination by Mikel Page. He attempted and landed three takedowns, each within the first seconds of each round, and spent the entirety of the fight throwing submission attempts and punishing Bonini with ground and pound, having rocked his opponent with punches in the first round, and earning a 10-8 score from all three judges in the third. Bonini literally didn't do anything and is now left with his morale at the lowest levels after dropping his second decision in as many career fights. Page is poised to be a force in SFC's MW division with his blend of size, wrestling and granite chin. Co-Main Event - 265 lbs - Mark Hunter vs. Samoa Joe Great performace by Samoa Joe scoring a pretty big win in his second profesional fight. He landed 5 of 6 takedown attempts and the fight was contested mostly on the ground where he put a hurting on Mark Hunter with 46 ground strikes landed according to MMA Tycoon fight statistics. On the feet, Joe avoided Hunter's power and relied on body punches repeatedly to wear down his opponent en route to a dominant, impressive win. 135 lbs - Dilaan Dinnis vs. Supertuk Halaptung Dinnis did a great job in his profesional debut, landing four takedowns and taking the fight to the ground for the most part, where he had his best chance to win, as shown by his impressive 13 submissions attempts. He also showed good composure dealing with Supertuk's kicks. Supertuk on the other hand showcased undeniable heart, having survived almost 30 sub attempts in his first two MMA fights. He scored with strikes from the clinch and gorgeous kicks to all levels, but keeps spending too much time on the ground for his own good. In a very controversial decision, Supertuk took the 3rd round in all scorecards despite spending almost the entire frame getting dominated in side control by Dinnis. One would wonder if the judges were shy of scoring a close bout in favor of Dinnis because of his ties to SFC owner Billy Deegan? 185 lbs - Jack Souza vs. Scott Reeder One of the best fights of the night, with the absolutely evenly matched foes standing toe to toe on the feet trading punches as well as showing good skills on the ground. Reeder surprised with an impressive counter boxing game, connecting clean with Souza's jaw several times and scored two takedowns leading into his nine submission attempts, all of them denied by the blue belt Jack Souza. Don't be fooled by the unanimous 30-27, this was a close fight that could've had a change of momentum at any time. Both fighters look to be top players in SFC's MW division from now on. 155 lbs - Ahmad Safwan vs. Tuny Fergossun Fergossun earned KO of the night honors connecting with Safwan's good chin and getting rid of him in under two minutes. Fergossun instigated a few clinches for good measure but he looked keen to score with punching combos. With about one minute and a half into the fight he dropped Safwan with a combination, waved his man back to the feet and put him out with another combo. Really badass stuff. Safwan had problems making weight and didn't have the chance to do much in the fight.

  25. I was curious: has the idea been brought up about a basing the refund amount on number of fights done...for example I sign a fighter to 4000 signing bonus for 4 fights; Now, if he doesn't fight and goes FA and then retires you can get all the bonus back. However, even if he fights 1 fight you get nothing back. Why not divide that up by the total number of fights for the contract. So, if you do 4K signing bonus for 4 fights and he does 1 fight goes FA and retires you get back $3K of the signing bonus. Basically the signing bonus is given in assumption the fighter finishes his contract, if he doesn't you shouldn't be penalized. This would help smaller orgs that have more need for money. A few thousand dollars can be a lot for smaller orgs. Just curious

Why I was not able to get any message or anything? Why my fighter if force to participate with no message nothing he is there? This is just nonsess I was never accepting any participation on any Island tournaments and my fighter is forced to fight there with zero messages of any sort. Great. Perfect. Tremendous.
