I usually don't describe a football game as heartbreaking, but that one was. To be inches away and have the game end like that is just brutal. I especially felt bad for Treadwell. Anyone around the program will tell you Treadwell and Tunsil are two of the best young men you'll find. When LT got carted off and the tears rolled down, my wife even started to cry. I just hope the team is able to rebound and pull out a 9-3 or 10-2 season.

Instead of temporary slots, maybe there could be something designed to bring in more fighters to cities like Sydney and St. Pete. Managers get an extra slot from The Island, maybe they could get an extra slot for creating fighters in less populous cities?

As a compromise, I'll give you guys until Saturday, 11/8 to test your fighters. You must have your fighter confirmed by that date. There will be a new schedule because of this: 11/2 - Creation date 11/5 - Manager rank lock for draw 11/8 - Fighter lock 11/9 - Official Tournament draw

I posted the creation date in the private message I sent out to everyone. Creation is Sunday, 11/2. Not dodgy at all. King is my partner. I'm making the switch but asked him to post that as I've been away from my computer all day. Felt he could do it better than I could posting from my phone. All is well guys, I promise.

Let me think on this and get back to you in a day or two. I don't want to jump to a quick decision. I really would prefer for fighters to be locked in by the Wednesday following creation for bracket purposes, but again, I'll think on this one. Sorry I can't give you a definite answer just yet. Thanks for signing up and offering up slots in your gym! This $2 million added is REALLY tempting, but I'm also worried about people losing interest in this tournament if we wait 3 months for fights. Never done KT but I'll give it a shot with this.

Yeah, he's done. I really think he would've retired this prior offseason but 9 mil was too tempting. Now he gets to lay back and draw paychecks for being injured. Not calling him selfish either, just smart business. I think that's a fair assessment. I personally wouldn't want Howard in Memphis and would much rather have Gasol, but I think that is more about fit. Gasol and Randolph compliment each other really well. Howard is too much of a paint clogger for my liking on the offensive end and teams could crowd the paint even more if he were paired with Z-Bo.

I like my squad, just wish I could've made the draft on time. Not sure if I would've drafted both Curry and Wall.

Thanks for the advice. I shot Mike a pm to see if we can do that. If more people don't join, I might just cut down the tourney roster. I'd really prefer a full 32 though.
