Im not saying managers that have been playing longer know it all but unless you have been around for all of these guys that have been talked about eras then its pretty hard for you to have an opinion. As far as im concerned it was Avon hands down followed by lance hands down, no need for a huge list imo.

Avon Barksdale - lance is a close call but there were a lot of different eras when different managers dominated.

 

Some of these nominations are purely down to popularity and not knowledge of sliders etc.
