I don't have a weight gain product yet anderisaya, I do have a very fine Muscle builder which really should called a strength enhancer (as far as the game goes) so I'm not really sure how they work. I know with the weight loss supps you don't have to do anything other than use them so I'm only guessing weight gain would be the same. Or at least that's what I think I just read from Tycoon anyway. Check it out to be sure though. Sorry I could'nt be of more help. If you're using a muscle builder (strength enhancer) then pump weights like a crazy man for best results but you'll only get stronger, NOT gain weight. They're two totally different things.
