I do 90% of the work at my org but the 10% that my staff does ia a very particular duty: Watch for foul play and douchebaggery. Every time you and that other loser Maniatakos picked up or signed with the org our Rating would go down, it was just a matter of time before the proof was clear (when you sack or end your contract your vote leaves too). I have 1 rule and that is fair fights only, at first I thought I could turn you guys around with kindness and fairness but then other members of your crew started doing it. But that wasn`t enought for you guys right? Once you dropped my org rating to the 70`s you had to go and do it to a bunch of other orgs. So the org owners had a chat and well I have decide to never welcome you guys back in the org. There is a line that was crossed, you affected better pay for some 100+ managers and their prospects and it took me a good 3 months to rebuild my ratings. For what? some pettyness? Trying to impress The Stepdads? Taking RFC to the top via screwing the other 340k ratings? You are getting off very light here, normally I would give anyone that does this the Jarmas treatment. Funny you mention this actually as I had my suspicion confirmed when I released Doctor Octagon from my org after the grappling tournament. Yeah when I was new to the game and first signed to ur org I gave you a 1 star I admit, and it was cuz I just didn't like u personally and that's a shitty reason I must admit... But like the rating situation is so small to me, if you would of mentioned it to me I would of been just fine with resigning for shit pay (I'm not desperate for money with this fighter), and giving you a 10 rating jus cuz it means the world to u and not shit to me. Overall my experience at FARTMMA was decent. When I called a guy out I got my fight which is always cool, some small things felt unfair but nothing to complain about to seriously. I legit didn't like u signing non 340k fighters tho, no matter the reason.... Honestly after the supplements job I can’t take your leaders serious anymore. They are supposed to keep a leash on their alliance. I mentioned to you that I've never given any org anything besides a 10. This is an alliance, not a nazi labor camp. I can't "keep a tight leash" on people and tell them what to do. And 100% we have never had a discussion to try and band together to lower the ratings of orgs... Why would anyone do that? There is such a small number of orgs why would anyone want to hurt them? You are just so full of shit, you spend ur time trying to sound like u are smart and ahead of the game, when really you are desperate for some followers to believe ur every word like sheep. JakeF Posted July 11, 2019 Report Share Posted July 11, 2019 Leaving aside those claims for organized efforts, cause they are bullshit(dunno why i have to point it everytime), I am surprised that the satisfaction rating is something to cry for. It doesn't have effect on anything event-related, it just shows how happy are the managers signed to the org. So why would anyone bother with something so insignificant? Besides, org owners should reach out to their fighters, ask them why are they unsatisfied and try to improve if they really want to have the best org. Maybe it is just me, but starting a witch hunt and getting rid of the unsatisfied fighters just to have perfect 100% satisfaction rating looks ridiculously funny. Aside from that if I have a complaint, depending on how severe my grievance, I'd just go talk to the person directly. If it's something minor that doesn't really impact me I'll ignore it.
