We can see that there's a big demand for Miami but truthfully it's almost a flavour text at this time - when we've executed measures to revitalise some of the more stagnant cities, we'll then consider expansion but only if the player / fighter base allows. You'll now be thinking - 'Nuke x city and rename it to Miami', that won't work either - while we can see some cities have significantly lower levels of activity, we don't want to use our opportunity for change as a platform for temporary hype.
