Got a few quick questions for clarity. Is there an age limit? I know you say 397k+ but is it limited to 18 y.o builds or can 25ers enter? Can any manager represent any country or are both managers and fighters tied to the country?

Do as you wish but I wouldn’t recommend a 25 year old because the period of training breaks. As long as the managers represent the country it’s fair game, but for realism try to make the fighter the same nationality or at least make him hold a flag and be a double agent.

Since I'm based out of Japan, my gym is in Tokyo, my past orgs were in Tokyo and most of my fighters are Japanese...

Are you sure? I'm not an org expert but I believe PPV can lose you A LOT of money if the fights aren't well hyped! 

Maybe an experienced org owner can advise?
