Recap & Glimpse Ahead Feels like May was less busy than April in terms of the variety of names competing although May was really the month of returning faces week in and out. With 4 fights Tout had the most but with 2 fights this month Kai ,Sandman, Rory, Nguyen and Nubuna all became very familiar in the undefeated scene. MMA Fun times for MMA almost an undefeated arms race with 5 of the 6 frequent flyers being MMA fighters. Interestingly all of those 5 are champions too, sadly a lot of undefeated fighters on the undefeated MMA scene that are not retired remain inactive largely due to the inactivity of their managers although these active fighters should put a spring in their step! My MMA undefeated fighter of the month goes to Nguyen who is now PFP 17 and coming off an incredible month with a win over a elite veteran and his most recent FOTM contender finish against a prime former PFP 4 in Benjamin. I expect much the same in June as for the trajectory of the MMA scene although I do expect a few names to drop from the ranking as they rise in ranks and competition. KT In May KT saw a slight lull in action, hopefully with Mike fixing KT on the financial side it will see a boost as a lot of undefeated active kickboxers are unsigned such as Dren Jr and Lerouch it would be a shame to see such great fighters careers be wasted from actions outside of their control so I hope an org picks them up. May was also a month where two undefeated fighters returned to the scene against elite comp and both came up short but much respect to Roy and Legend challenging themselves. Back to Lerouch he extended his reign in the finisher scene. As for next month I hope to see a few new KT orgs start up and hopefully Sunrise returns to action.   TWGC We saw the fall of the great Cesar but the continued rise of Nubuna who interestingly takes on familiar name in the undefeated scene former number 1 undefeated grappler Brady Swayde, excited for that one but overall doomy times for TWGC after the changes made to it where the fallout will truly be felt in June.   That is it for May; a month of continued rise on the MMA scene, returns coming up short on the KT scene but the finishing king extending his reign and a repeat of last month for TWGC where the number one falls again but in contrast on the finishing front a new king sharing the throne continuing a rapid, punishing ascent.
