  1. With the upcoming time likely leading to me having less time to be able to spend on the game - Syn is now looking to hire some people to it's staff. Gonna do this all Job Listing like just so most of the questions get answered outright. What will you get for this? If you have no previous org experience, I'll bring you up to speed on everything org related you would need to know - Including Contracts, Matchmaking, Event Booking, and PPV Mechanics If you have Org Experience, you'll be a part of the most iconic org in MMA Tycoon history - While also earning some Tycoon $ for your time with the org which we'll work out. In addition - Should you leave Syn at any time for whatever reason, and run your own Fight Org, I'll help you in any way I can to get up and running. Responsibilities While I'll still be overseeing pretty much everything in the org, things such as Matchmaking and Contracting New Fighters will be part of your job in the org. Matchmaking is the main thing I will look for assistance with, but you'll also have a role in any part of the org you want to know more about. Ideally, you'll be on the game pretty often in order to have communication with me, be eager to learn, and be able to give feedback yourself and bring new ideas to the team. All In All What We Are Looking For 1. Able to learn pretty effectively 2. Be able to work as part of a team 3. Bring fresh ideas to the org 4. Not be an asshole 4( b ) - This auto disqualifies Humors You can send me on a PM, or even post in this thread, if you are interested in joining the org, and it's a pretty fun time to be a part of it as there are some upcoming plans for the org which should hopefully inject a bit of life back into the game.

  3. From my experience, to run PPV events successfully you need around 15+ top 200 ranked fighters to run regular PPV events. When i say regular i mean weekly, I never ran 1 hour PPV, so it could be possible with less. Either way, your current org is at least a few months away still.

  4. So this is what you are doing with the money you are making while paying fighters in your org fuck all - nay even worse, promising certain fighter pay and then offering less apparently.

  6. If all VIP-managers would be allowed to have a gym besides another company, that would be great for the game: - More companies equals more rivalry and possibilities. - Less people with multi accounts ( as they are often created just to have a gym and another company). - Better training as all VIP's would be able to have their own gym and wouldn't have to overcrowd their buddies' gym. - ...

  7. Hi guys Been a while I know. Just wanted to let anyone who is local to the Birmingham area of England know that there is an MMA white collar event going on, on behalf of cancer research, that I myself am going to be fighting at. I have trained before; but It's been very on/off; and I saw this as the opportunity to commit to it just that little bit more. Cancer research is the number 1 way at the moment to fight this horrendous disease that is taking our loved ones; so I feel as if I am doing this for good reasons. Not expecting anyone to donate; as I have not been active on the community recently, but if anyone is feeling extremely generous, I would be very grateful. This the link for anyone who wants to donate: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ndt-pendle?fb_event=10c20f8&prompt_event=82e4854# Btw; if anyone is local to Birmingham and wants to attend the event; I have tickets that I need to sell, so hit me up on facebook and I can sort you out with some: https://www.facebook.com/NVP2009 Thank you all for reading Peace out Sliced Bread

  17. Sending the invitations to the finalists I will also send some fight offers to the rest of the division. I know some of you have sacked your fighters but we are actively recruiting more 330K guys to fill the division and hopefully continue on the tradition of TWGC at least at RISE. If you know of anyone that has 330k grapplers or is willing to roll 330k grapplers this is a great place to roll them. Grappling events don't give us any profit and often wipe out our weekly revenue but we will continue to have these as long as we can. So again, if you want to roll more grapplers let us know !!!

  20. Or just click Map - it's the second link from the top on the right of the page. Then scroll down to Scheduleflights, click that. Cancel the flight that's booked. That's the routine, once you've been informed in a mail that your fighter has had an Autoflight booked.

  22. http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/0/14391921581862.png Eyeam Yurmommy http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/belt/20170710020542FullSizeR.jpg 15-4-1 After my dissapointing loss against Trump, I was set up for a superfight offer against a legend, Underestimated Dillashaw Junior. Too bad for me, his name is actually not a joke. I used a stupid gameplan and paid the price for it. Coming of two consecutive losses, I decided that it was time to take things serious again. Don't worry though my fans, I'm a phoenix after all...! En route to a new title shot, I dominated both Dutroux and The Prophet in impressive fashion. On 28/04/2018, the time had come for me to face Trump in a long-awaited rematch. I was superexcited and wanted to showcase the improved version of myself. The fight started out with a rather close round, but it did not go to the third round. I finished Trump ( first finish loss in his career! ) with a smooth guillotine! So now, I'm numero uno again and the and only Daredevils 135lbs champ!! BRING IT ON ! PS: Someone please tell Da Slva that he will be losing his 135lbs crown soon. If he will lose it in a direct fight with me, or indirectly by me going to the top and he going down, that is up to him. Should he want to fight, he knows where to find me, the real king of midgets!

"That dude couldn't crack an egg. He's soft. Ya'll awarded him for playin' patty cake. Look at his face, look at mine. It wasn't even close." Engine needs adjusting. Desmond Glass would of had his legs broken, especially with that bum alliance's cookie cutter settings. If the fight engine adjust a lot of bums that creeped to the top using cheese sliders will fall off quicker than Kevin Spacey.

  30. Show me a 15/15/15/Red fighter, and I'll show you a guy lacking on secondaries/physicals Game is too slow at the current rate with the amount of turnover going on, a 3rd training session would be a lot of help to keep people interested in the game since their fighters will be able to hit Fighting Level 50% faster.

  31. Yeah, I've been saying this for a while now. The game now basically gives you the option to eather be an succesfull business owner or a successful fighter manager. I wouldn't even be opposed to pay a bit for the extra company slot

  32. I'm all for being able to have a gym as a second company, but only if it's a public gym. Private gyms should be a choice that the user has to make- do I want to have fun, or do I want to have the best possible training? However, public gyms are severely lacking as it is because everyone and their second account brother/roommate have a private gym. Anything that brings more public gyms to the game, I support.
