I am a decent writer myself and I have done these in the past but I am currently starting a new job and in-between moving my wife and daughter to a new home so I have a lot less free time. It doesn't have to be anything over the top or super fancy but it does have to be quality work with decent grammar. Highland Games is looking for a writer to be the voice of our upcoming tournament. The 16 man tournament is scheduled to kick off on Friday, March 27th. The writer's role would be to cover the action, doing previews and reviews for each event in addition to interviews. Pay could be further discussed, but it'd be expected that the writer would be paid for each submission. There is also potential for the writer to become a bigger role in the company down the line, both as a writer and otherwise, but that would be entirely optional.
