Warwynd
To be fair, Wellman, the game will be less time intensive after the points are re-allocated
topologies
@NichiHongMMA: I heard Lupe Pintor beat Swag Fo Days. I just wanna test the guy if he's got game. What you waiting for Mr. Pintor? Accept the fight and lets get this thing going.
fbwellman
Your right Brunno but the game in general is becoming so time consuming. I'm going to cut down to like 6 fighters and focus on smack talk now and I no longer have my job at FFC as it got sold. Hoping to get some good smack talk going

Guest
http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/31/31w36.jpg After Vyacheslav Kalashnikov had destroyed Devin Styles for a second time, he took to the mic in his post fight interview and said: "Antonio Carlos Ferreira, think you have what it takes to face an immortal demigod? Come get some boy!". http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/30/30b28.jpg "Who are you again? ...*A Pimp Named Slickback whispers something into AC's ear and they both chuckle*... oh yeah, that's right. imfromhoiland
In perhaps the most shocking finish in recent INY memory, Dontae Sheldon upsets Pablo Escobar with a vicious first round knockout to secure the first ever Immortals title belt for the Jacobson camp. http://mmatycoon.com/gallery/24/24w9.jpg Sheldon: Hey guys! I just won a 135 pound belt! It's weird, because it doesn't feel that heavy, it's gotta be a lot closer to 100 than 135. False advertising! Pablo, it was a lot of fun to play with you today. I wish we could have played longer, but you took a nap halfway through the first part of recess! You must have been really tired because you went to sleep fast! I can't wait to see who wants to play with me next. I wanted to play with Colt McLaren again, but I guess he got kicked out of school! (In all seriousness, I did not think I had a prayer in the fight.)

ludovik
A press conference directly from Dovik Camp with Luan Dovik and some fighters happened today. Here are the highlights of Gaius Arabi talking about his future in Immortals: I took some time to think about my last 2 fights and I'm still not sure of what happened. I'm going back to NY late April to fight Skull Crash. This is do or die and I'm going there to get the job done. I can't keep wasting opportunities and I'm not doing it again. My last fight was a fluke and I'm going to prove it. Ankutse caught me in submission and I really wasn't expecting it, but I had no other opportunity at the time and I needed to tap. I can beat him 9 times out of 10 and the only chance he had of winning happened that night. He got a big win and got the title fight because of it. I've faced some tough opponents before and Crash is no different. Some might say that he's beaten Ankutse and then it would be logical to believe that he'll beat me. I honestly do not think that's the case. It's a whole different fight and I can keep it standing pretty well and get it to the ground. The fact that he wasn't submitted does not affect me at all. Each fight is a different fight. I may beat someone that in the past has defeated a fighter that I lost to. It happens. I only had 1 rematch and I lost it. I defeated Sinkaram Hamzah a few months ago and later he got his revenge. I got caught with a punch and that happened. I don't know if someday we'll have a rubber match but I know that Ankutse will fight me again and it won't be pretty to him. Not looking past anything, I'm focused on Crash and I hope that we'll get the chance to do some great things in the cage. Expect fireworks from it. Steel
Rory Lyons post fight press conference after losing his 205lb world title http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/31/31w25.jpg "I would like to apologize to all my fans who came to watch me tonight, and congratulate Serj on a great performance. I seriously underestimated his ground defense and despite plenty of takedowns, I couldn't get the job done. Mr Steel arrives back in New York today and we will review the fight and how I failed to make the transitions and secure a submission. Serj has my utmost respect, but I will be back and next time with my transitioning skills in place I hope I can make my fans proud again. Serj was very well prepared and I wish him well as champion, any grappler will need their A game to put this kid away."
Blunts
Rory Lyons post fight press conference after losing his 205lb world title http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/31/31w25.jpg "I would like to apologize to all my fans who came to watch me tonight, and congratulate Serj on a great performance. Serj was very well prepared and I wish him well as champion, any grappler will need their A game to put this kid away." http://www.mmatycoon.com/gallery/43/43b4.jpg Serj Wunderkind: I was asked the other day about my post fight response, and if it was just fueled with emotion from the fight. "BJJ is for pussies! I run this city! Let the \"The Ravager\'s\" era begin".... Well I was wrong.... No, BJJ is for pussies, I feel I proved that when I let Lyons take the fight to the ground and played around with him for a large chunk of the fight. What I was wrong about is my era, that shit truly started at the first fight of my current 7 fight streak. I applaud Lyons for his effort, although failed, it was an effort. I'll be honest, I was almost disheartened walking into the octagon, I saw the men Lyons put down in the past, I have respect for that. I walked in knowing I had to prove my point, and unfortunately Lyons was the scape goat. But did you all honestly expect anything different? I'm the baddest son of a Bitch God has ever made. Hate me as you all may please, I'm not here to make friends. The only thing I'm worried about is who the fuck's next to get put down? Let me warn whoever it may be, the disclaimer has been made, if you show up, it's in your hands. I need to get back to smokin', but let me put this last statement out, most people would approach this podium and cry out "Immortals, Peel Steel, Thanks for having me in the org," I'm just here to say "You're Welcome"
Steel
http://www.mmatycoon.com/images/company_banners/1335521283godnnedimm.jpg Supercard – Vieri vs Wauler Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Richie Ciapelli of MMA USofA and I’m live from the Liberty Dome arena in New York City for the latest Supercard event ran by the world famous Immortals fight organization. Immortals continues to attract the best 150k id fighters from around the world, as the best of the best challenge for the most coveted prize in MMA today, an Immortals World Title. We are in for a treat at this supercard event, with pound for pound superstar Erkki Vieri defending his world title, global grappling phenom Tyler Richards showcasing his skills and making his 2nd defense at 185, Hayes making his debut against former champ Winnfield and old timer Corey Smith continuing his MMA exit strategy against the rugged Joe Saunders. In the pre-lims we even have a grudge match between middleweight contenders Taco Bueno and Bowman Rook, which should be a complete war. With Bruno Falcone, Randall McSweeny, Janne Finland and Steve Riggs cageside, including the flamboyant Manuel Tosen, its not just big name fighters packing out the Liberty for this huge event. 155lb World Lightweight Title Erkki Vieri vs Glenn Wauler Two org world champ Vieri makes the 2nd defense of the title he took from Wauler by decision, in one of the toughest fights of his 13 fight career. Veiri is the complete package, great hands, good kicks, ruthless takedowns and brutal ground and pound. This complimented by a chin that Spartacus would have been proud of, makes Veiri a fearsome proposition. Wauler 11-3 rematches Vieri after a brutal demolition of hall of fame journeyman Shane Wellman Jnr, but wins over McGuire, Huxley and Van Kirkland twice, cement Wauler’s reputation as a dogged boxer with heavy hands, and a great chin. The question is whether Wauler will bring anything different to the cage this time around, as his camp are known for sticking to their dirty boxing and disruptive clinch game. The smart money will go on the excellent champion Erkki Vieri, he can hang with Wauler in every aspect of the game and I don’t see Wauler having the tools to get the job done. Wauler is tough though, so a stoppage would be a surprise. 185lb World Middleweight Title Tyler Richards vs Charlie Meyers Two org world champ Richards walked into the Immortals and immdediately took down the dominant Anthony Ventura by 4th round submission in a fight famously marred by Team Ventura being thrown from the arena after trying to attack the Janne Finland entourage. Richards followed up with a hugely impressive 5 round war with Roaig in a fight where his grappling and ground and pound wore down his opponent. While Ventura and Roaig are strikers, he’s facing an altogether different proposition in Meyers who also holds a BJJ Black Belt but he has some serious offense as 7 submission wins testify. Meyers will be happy to go to ground with Richards, so will Richards decide to keep this standing and take no risks or go to ground and show Meyers who is the boss? Richards starts the favorite, but this is far from a formality and Meyers is well worth a bet here, in what could be a fantastic fight. 205lb Winnfield vs Hayes What a match up here as former champ Winnfield returns against U21 world tourney stand out Khalid Hayes. Winnfield 12-4 is a world class striker who took the title off and then successfully defended against the fearsome Matt Youngblood, before having his ground game exposed by Rory Lyons. Winnfield would relish rematching the current champ Wunderkind who he obliterated in 13 seconds just a year ago. However he faces stern opposition in Hayes 15-5 who has mixed with some of the worlds finest before signing a deal with the Immortals. Both these guys are boxers, both carry serious KO power, and both fight out of world class camps. Hayes carries the burden of not only representing the Manuel Tosen camps debut, but the debut of a Convicted Alliance fighter in the Immortals, so some serious reputations are on the line here. Can he deliver a ‘stream of excellence’ for the Convicted Alliance, or will he find the Immortals a step too far as fighters from the camps of Wax, Mugler and Berger to name a few have discovered? 155lb Smith vs Saunders Two of the INY fans favorite clash here in a fight that will propel the winner back into title contention. Smith the seasoned power hitter has dynamite in his hands as 10 ko wins testifies and he is full of confidence since demolishing Huxley in a revenge win last time. Smith is 31 and asked for Saunders and then Wellman Jnr before considering retirement, after facing just about every top fighter in the division. Fighting out the vastly improved Falcone camp, he is shwing no signs of slowing down, and an eventual fight with Swag would surely get the INY fans talking. In his way his tough Joe Saunders, a heavy handed boxer 11-6 10 kos who is looking to bounce back after an unsuccessful crack at the world title. Saunders is evolving, as he showed takedowns and ground and pound had been added to his arsenal in his impressive win over Jimmy Young, so will Saunders bypass a stand up war and look to take Corey Smith down? The Casino have Smith a favorite here, his chin is solid and he hits so damn hard, and though Saunders is tough, his chin may fail him in this one. Add to this that Smith is notoriously hard to take down, and Saunders could be in for a tough night. However, Saunders has shocked the world before and the Davey Jones camp will be confident in their man’s skills. Undercard 185lb Division Bueno vs Rook Bueno gets his wish here and finally faces Rook who beat the over hyped Okam last time, to bounce back into contention and set up this clash of grapplers. Expect a war in a phone booth, these guys both fight in the pocket, and the Immortals Casino can’t separate them. 170lb Division Cruz vs Holmes Late addition to the card sees talented contender Cruz return against fringe contender and Muay Thai fighter Delroy Holmes. Holmes is tough and skilled but this is a step up in class and Cruz is coming off a split decision loss to the champ, and looks a firm favorite here. 205lb Division Logan vs Jackson Logan favored to maintain his form and show the INY fans his increasing array of ground skills to compliment his boxing against grappler and BJJ black belt Shamar Jackson. Jackson might just fancy a surprise here though! 205lb Division Ibakka vs Jacobs Clash of young strikers from two of the worlds’ best fight camps, both these guys have incredible skills and look well matched. Jacobs starts the favorite in the Casino as he has been training longer but Ibakka wont fear Jacobs so this could be the fight of the night. 170lb Division Razi vs Gandhi Clash of the BJJ brown belts with the younger Razi 6-4 taking on the experienced Gandhi who has been a fringe contender for some time now without ever wanting or winning the big breakthrough fight. Razi has performed well at journeyman level and this is a step up in competition and one he make a success. Could go either way, but Razi comes from the emerging Kurt Edge camp so he may just spring a surprise here. 145lb Dowe vs Arboleda Two strikers at 145 on losing streaks, with Dowe looking to overcome a 4 fight dip in form and Arboleda 2. Two good camps, but Arboleda has only lost to quality opposition like Calirante and Crash, and I favor him to add another L to Dowe’s record.
Guest
Reporter: "Hi, I'm here with Leroy Jenkins after his recent fight against Robert Hunt. Thanks for coming Leroy." Leroy: "No problem." Reporter: "Well, you had an impressive win this week as you knocked Robert out in dramatic fashion. What was your game plan coming in?" Leroy: "Punch him in the face and knock him out." Reporter: "I guess that's as good a plan as any. What are your plans for the future Leroy?" Leroy: "I just signed a new contract with INY, so I don't plan on going anywhere. And as long as I'm here I will show people the kind of power that I have." Reporter: "Your record certainly proves your knockout capabilities. 6 wins with 6 knockouts. Are you developing a ground game, or working on technique to try and win some fights by decision in case you come across someone that can take your best shot and keep coming?" Leroy: "First off, no one on this planet can take my best shot and keep coming. Period. Second, I don't believe in decisions." Reporter: "What do you mean you don't believe in decisions?" Leroy: "That's not a complicated statement. I don't believe in decisions. Never had one, never will. Win or lose I go into that cage with the intention that someone is not coming out healthy. Couple ground guys have put me in some bad situations, but I assure you that they entered that cage with me knowing full well that if I connected with them they would wake up looking at the lights. I heard some Diva named Serj is claiming to be a bad SOB. He has 6 decision wins. Nobody is scared of a pitter patter point getter that occasionally knocks someone with a weak chin out. That makes you a good MMA fighter. That doesn't make you scary." Reporter: "Are you saying you're not scared of Serj?" Leroy: "God has yet to make a man I'm scared of. Although plenty of them fear me." Reporter: "Thanks for your time Leroy." Leroy: "Leeeeeeeeerooooooooy Jeeeeeenkiiiiiins! I'm out."
myronmonroe
MAC JACKSON: "I felt good about my performance last night. I've done a lot of defensive training, and I'm feeling more confident about letting my hands go in fights. I have some pop in my hands, and more and more people are going to figure that out. " "My management is looking into future fights for me. Shields would have been a fun fight for the fans, but he basically laid down his belt for me and ran away in fear. He wanted no part of a fight with me. There's 1 or 2 possible fights possible for my 145 belt....but i also told my people to do what it takes for me to move up for a superfight with Vieri at 155." verbalkint
Train derailed. Former Immortals standout Vladimir van Kirkland went trough both personal and professional struggle lately... failing at what he always did best - chopping off heads. And oh boy, it got worse... after his last demoralising loss he went to asia for a muay thai bootcamp, but soon found himself hostaged by the philipino mafia, them trying to make quick money from his former glory. But today the good news... Roger "Verbal" Kint, a friend of his former manager Mike Melton, contacted press and Immortals officials that he was, after tough negotiations with philipino mafia slave trader Umberts, able to get him back the the Big Apple - where he belongs... back to Spetnaz Gym... raping gym equipment already, again. Kint: "He will get the time he needs to get back on track... and we have to protect him a bit from his overzeal. But one thing is for sure - he WILL be back... and heads will roll... again!". Media furthermore speculate that his return to the cage will take 6-7 weeks from now and that also no decision is made if he will return to lightweight or welterweight, but that there is a tendency towards 170lbs at least at this point.
