Atauallah "Orb Spider" Ganteaume

"Bill Bumfight, thank you for the great battle. Your punishing punches are a wakeup call about what I need to do to improve as a K1 fighter if I'm to be a Welterweight champion. Unfortunately for you, my kicks were able to turn the tide of battle quickly and you found yourself dazed and unable to continue. No one doubts you're a tough warrior but on this day, I am the better fighter. Perhaps our paths will cross again but for now, I need to focus on what needs to be done. Before that though, I'm going to celebrate a successful debut. On a side note, excellent call on your prediction CageRage. Kudos to you. Until another time gentlemen, I bid you adieu."

"Wait...What the hell is goin' on here? One minute I'm on my way to destroyin' those scrubs at the Karate

tournament & collecting my money, the next thing I know, the promoter backs out. This was NOT in the contract! It don't matter though, I still plan on roughin' these boys up, show 'em what these hands can do."

Atauallah "Orb Spider" Ganteaume

"Yvgeny Molotov, I very much look forward to our scheduled battle. Not only will you be a very tough test because of your impressive and damaging punching power and elbows, but you are a proven tough fighter as well. In addition, it will be an honor to fight on the same night as my friend and training partner, Giacomo Benvenuti. Of course, his fight is for defending his Super Heavyweight title, but nonetheless, the pressure is upon me to perform well. Should I lose, Giacomo will give me grief for many days and quite honestly, I do not want that in my life. I shall see you on the 21st and until then, I bid you adieu."

XKC 14

Sunday, September 14, 2014

Live From Hard Knocks in London, England

MAIN EVENT

Lightweight Bout

"The Pilot" Kid Kamikaze (23-18-2, 0-1-1 XKC) vs. "Kapteeni Mekkaparta" Jaakko Kolloo (22-8-3, 2-3 XKC)

Kid Kamikaze hails from Japan, and is an elite level Muay Thai fighter, with a strong clinch game, and good technical boxing. He is not much of a finisher, with 32 of his 43 fights having gone to the judges, and instead picks his opponents apart with good technical striking. He hasn't been able to get things going in the XKC yet, losing a unanimous verdict to Pat Barry in his debut, and battling to a majority draw with Laszlo Herczeg in his last fight!

Former XKC Lightweight Champion Jaakko Kolloo, hailing from Pornainen in Finland, has a well rounded kickboxing game, with good skills with both his hands and feet, and strong wrestling base to inform his clinch work. He is also not much of a finisher, with 14 of his 22 victories coming on the judges scorecards. He won a decision over Laszlo Herczeg to win the Lightweight Title, but on his first defense, he lost that title to Pat Barry by decision.

Prediction: Though both fighters have well rounded skill sets, Kid Kamikaze's elite level Muay Thai will likely be the difference that will allow him to control the fight! Kamikaze by UD.

CO-MAIN EVENT

Heavyweight Bout

Ino Tatsuya (2-2, 1-0 XKC) vs. Sexy Julian (13-8, 2-2 XKC)

Ino Tatsuya hails from Osaka, Japan, and is a Kyokushin Karate World Champion, and former Japanese National Champion in Muay Thai, after spending most of his life training fighters, he finally decided to try fighting professionally himself, and made his XKC debut at XKC 12, dominating Bjarno Lackenmeier for three rounds in a Unanimous Decision victory!

Sexy Julian, from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, is a well rounded striker, skilled with both his fists, and feet, and is a cardio machine, though it's a skill he's rarely needed, with his penchant for first round finishes. He's traded wins and losses for his XKC run, and is coming off a first round knock out loss to Joaozinho Gurgel in his last fight!

Prediction: Sexy Julian is a dangerous striker, but Tatsuya's strong wrestling base will see him through once the fight moves in close. Ino Tatsuya by UD.

UNDERCARD

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Light Heavyweight Title

Dark Killer © (7-1, 7-0 XKC) vs. Halfdan "Ragnarson" Lodbrok (4-0, 4-0 XKC)

Dark Killer, hailing from Murderville in Afghanistan, is a strong boxer, with emerging Muay Thai, and clinch games. He is one of the most successful fighters in the XKC, earning victories in all seven of his fights. He is a cardio machine, that should have no problems if the fight hits deep water, and he has won five of his seven fights by TKO with punches. In his last fight, he won the Light Heavyweight Title, TKOing Joseph Amadi, who had previously defended the belt four times, in the second round!

Halfdan Lodrok is a time displaced Viking from Skagen in Denmark, a fierce warrior, he has strong Muay Thai, with emerging boxing, and clinch games, and has a penchant for quick and brutal finishes, only going past the first round on one occasion, and finishing his last fight in the first round, with a brutal head kick knock out over Akihiko Yamato!

Prediction: While Dark Killer is a strong fighter, I believe that this fight will likely end up in close, in which case I will give the advantage to Lodbrok! Lodbrok by TKO (Round 2).

Middleweight Bout

"Saggitarius" Robert Archer (3-2, 3-2 XKC) vs. Pat "Boom Boom" Garret (5-2, 4-1 XKC)

Robert Archer is a boxer from Liverpool, England. A skilled boxer, who prefers to strike from distance, Archer is also working on his clinch game. While he doesn't have great Muay Thai, he is starting to pick up some techniques in his training. After struggling in the Superior Warrior tournament, Archer is now on a two fight winning streak, with impressive first round T/KO victories over Johnny Lawrence, and Simon Sor Suchart!

Pat Garret is a tough fighter from Dublin, Ireland. An excellent boxer, he usually fights on the outside, but has a decent clinch game should he choose to use it. He has a granite chin, and takes a lot of damage without getting knocked out. After his decision loss to Yvegeny Molotov in a Welterweight Title Bout, Garret bounced back in his last fight, knocking out Piotr Redinov in just 54 seconds, and now steps up to 185 lbs for his battle with Archer!

Prediction: Both fighters have very similar skill set, but I believe Garret's granite chin will be the difference. Garret by KO (Round 3).

Super Heavyweight Bout

Magnar "Of Thenn" Styr (3-1, 2-0 XKC) vs. Harold Hari (3-3, 3-1 XKC)

Magnar Styr hails from Thenn in the Wilds of Iceland. He is a known cannibal, whose constant threats to eat his opponents have made him a controversial figure. However you can't argue with his results! An exceptional Muay Thai fighter with an emerging boxing game, all three of his victories have come by T/KO in the first round, and he has won both his XKC bouts, over Thanasis Kwnstantoulakis, and Lex Lethal!

Harold Hari hails from Israel, and is a rounded striker, with good all around striking skills, but not great in any one area. He has enjoyed success since coming to XKC, with his only loss coming against Left Fist of Steel Penn, he quickly bounced back from that defeat in his last fight, with a Unanimous Decision victory over Luke Plouman Jnr!

Prediction: While Hari has good all around skills, I believe Styr's advantages in both Muay Thai and wrestling, and penchant for quick finishes will be what carries the day! Styr by TKO (Round 1).

PRELIMINARY CARD

Heavyweight Bout

"Knife" Zbigniew Ciosek (17-20-1, 0-3 XKC) vs. Peter Maynard (14-16, 0-6 XKC)

A battle between two struggling fighters in the Heavyweight Division! Zbigniew Ciosek, from Wielkie Pole, in Poland, is a well rounded striker, good with his hands and feet, and proficient in the clinch. He has yet to achieve victory in the XKC, racking up three consecutive losses to top heavyweight fighters Sexy Julian, and Joaozinho Gurgel, and losing a tight Split Decision to Alexander Zalachenko in his last fight!

Peter Maynard, from New York in the USA, seems to have all the skills needed to achieve consistent success in K-1 competition, but has failed to put it together in the XKC! A powerful striker, he has elite Muay Thai, with a strong clinch game, and is good with his hands as well. He has lost six straight fights in the XKC, and is coming off a first round TKO loss to Sexy Julian in his last fight.

Prediction: While Maynard has the better skill set, six straight losses have left him demoralized, and this will likely be his downfall, with Ciosek picking up his first XKC victory! Ciosek by TKO (Round 1).

Welterweight Bout

Mark Addison (1-1, 1-1 XKC) vs. Mike "The Prodigy" Hussle (2-1, 2-1 XKC)

Mark Addison, a Muay Thai striker from Glasgow, Scotland, has good kicks, and an emerging clinch game centering around doing maximum damage with punches, and knees. His boxing, and wrestling are improving, and he has one punch knock out power in his hands. Addison dominated the early rounds of his last fight, before being caught by Sonny Bill Uru's big right hand, losing by third round knock out!

Mike Hussle, a Boxer from Leeds, England, is only 17 years old, and already three fights into his pro career! He is very good with his hands, and has an emerging Muay Thai game as well. Coming from humble beginnings, Hussle has shone thus far in his XKC career, and is coming off back to back victories by TKO over Tihon Lapardin, and taking home the Knock Out of the Night bonus in his last outing, for his spinning backfist knock out of Sonny Bill Uru at XKC 11!

Prediction: Will pass on predicting this one since I am biased with Addison being my own fighter, may the best fighter win!

Super Heavyweight Bout

Luke Plouman Jnr (0-1, 0-1 XKC) vs. Lex "Blaze" Lethal (2-3, 1-2 XKC)

Luke Plouman Jnr hails from Middlesborough in the United Kingdom, and is a Muay Thai striker, with an emerging boxing game. Plouman has heavy hands, but had trouble getting into the clinch in his first fight. He made his professional fighting debut at XKC 12, and was dominated by Harold Hari, losing a Unanimous Decision. He will look to put the disappointment behind him, and bring home his first pro victory tonight!

Lex Lethal is a boxer from Gloucester, England, he is good with his fists, but not so much with his feet. He likes to fight in the clinch, and has a solid chin. He has been cut in every fight in the XKC, and lost his last fight by cut to Magnar Styr!

Prediction: Plouman has the more rounded skill set, and heavy hands, I believe he will likely pick up his first professional victory tonight! Plouman by TKO (Cut) (Round 2).

I would like to thank my team after another great win for myself. I'm on a three-fight winning streak and I am looking better and stronger every fight. It's back to training and then we will see what's next!

I am also out on contract so XKC get working to sign your future champ back up!

XKC 15

Sunday, September 21st, 2014

Live From Hayashi's Lounge in London, England

MAIN EVENT

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Heavyweight Title

Lorenzo Von Matterhorn (38-12-1, 6-0 XKC) vs. Tak Sin "Gaan Khaat Gam" Thanarat (24-14-1, 4-0 XKC)

XKC Heavyweight Champion, and Hall of Famer Lorenzo Von Matterhorn is a truly elite striker in every sense of the word, deadly with both his fists, and his kicks, he also is absolutely devastating from the clinch. He has won all his fights since joining XKC, defeating Ruben Wiki in the Finals of the Heavyweight Showdown to win the title, and has racked up three successful defenses, a first round doctor stoppage of Tor Pellinore, a Unanimous Decision over Edward Nygma, and a first round TKO victory over Hojo Yojimbo in his last fight!

Tak Sin Thanarat is every bit the striker that Von Matterhorn is, and should provide a stiff test, also possessing excellent clinch work, and a granite chin! He has won all four of his XKC bouts over a who's who of the XKC's Heavyweight Division, including victories over Avon Barksdale, Sexy Julian, Hojo Yojimbo, and Edward Nygma!

Prediction: This could be Von Matterhorn's stiffest test to date, but until he loses it's hard to go against such a dominant champ. Von Matterhorn by TKO (Round 4).

CO-MAIN EVENT

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Super Heavyweight Title

Giacomo "The Cleaner" Benvenuti (10-0, 9-0 XKC) vs. Steel Penn (8-2, 3-2 XKC)

XKC Super Heavyweight Champion, and Hall of Famer, Giacomo Benvenuti, despite his dominant record, having only been taken to a second round once, has still not reached his prime, which is scary. He is an elite level boxer, with strong Muay Thai skills, and a good clinch game. He defeated Codin Viperescu by first round TKO to win the title, and has recorded five successful defenses of his title, which included his first round knock out victory over tonights opponent, Steel Penn! He is coming off a successful defence by second round knock out over Shezzo Wicked!

Steel Penn, from Hilo, Hawaii in the USA is a well rounded striker, with strong fists and feet, but unlike Benvenuti, he prefers to fight from distance, and is known for first round finishes, though he has the cardio for a long fight. He recently snapped a two fight losing streak, with a first round TKO victory over Sam Makatua!

Prediction: Benvenuti already has one win against Penn, and has been a dominant fighter before, and since. Can't bet against the champ at this point. Benvenuti by KO (Round 1).

UNDERCARD

Lightweight Bout

"THE DEATH RIDER" Kamikaze Sazuki (25-19-1, 1-1 XKC) vs. "Sir" Lucan The Butler (4-3, 2-3 XKC)

Kamikaze Sazuki, from Osaka, Japan, wasted no time getting back into the ring after his last fight, just 11 short days ago. He is an elite level boxer, with some kicking game. He prefers to fight from distance, and though he was defeated in his XKC debut, he bounced back in his last fight, with a third round TKO victory over Bedivere Vita Cadoc!

Lucan The Butler, from Camelot in Wales, is the brother of Bedivere, who Sazuki defeated in his last fight! Dangerous with both punches and kicks, he also prefers to fight from distance, so this should be an exciting striking battle. In his last fight he snapped a three fight losing streak, with a first round TKO victory over Ricardo Awa!

Prediction: Both are very strong strikers, but Sazuki's elite level boxing could be the difference. Sazuki by KO (Round 3).

Welterweight Bout

Yvgeny "The Folk Hero" Molotov (5-1, 5-1 XKC) vs. Atauallah "The Orb Spider" Ganteaume (1-0, 1-0 XKC)

Yvegeny Molotov, from Minsk in Belarus, is the former XKC Welterweight Champion, he is a high level Muay Thai fighter, with a devastating clinch game, and a strong boxing game as well. He recently took over a month off after taking the first loss of his career, dropping the title to John Luther by fifth round TKO!.

Atauallah Ganteaume, hailing from Arima, Trinidad & Tobago, was very impressive in his XKC debut. A highly skilled Muay Thai practitioner, with a devastating clinch game, and improving boxing, Ganteaume dominated Bill Bumfight for both rounds, before finishing the fight with a massive head kick TKO!

Prediction: Should be an exciting battle pitting the former champion, against an emerging youngster. I'm going to go with what would surely be considered a big upset. Ganteaume by TKO (Round 3).

Light Heavyweight Bout

"The Warlord" Temujin Khan (1-0, 1-0 XKC) vs. Akihiko Yamato (4-1, 4-1 XKC)

Temujin Khan made his professional kickboxing debut in the XKC in his last fight. An 18 year old with devastating Muay Thai skills, and a strong clinch game, he has a lot of heart, and was hard to finish on the amateur circuit, he won a Unanimous Decision over Lucifer Tyson in his first fight!

Akihiko Yamato, hailing from Yokosuka, Japan, has been pretty impressive in his XKC career so far, he is a highly skilled Muay Thai fighter, with an emerging boxing game. He won four straight fights to start his career, but is coming off his first career loss, by first round knock out against Halfdan Lodbrok.

Prediction: While both fighters are equally good at Muay Thai, Yamato has a more rounded striking skill set, and more experience, so will go with him. Yamato by UD.

PRELIMINARY CARD

Welterweight Bout

Sonny Bill "Super Maori" Uru (2-6, 2-6 XKC) vs. "Sweet" Omar Enz (1-0, XKC Debut)

Sonny Bill Uru, from Auckland, New Zealand, is a high level boxer, with an emerging kicking game. He has big power in his right hand, and a developing clinch game. He is coming off consecutive losses by first round KO to Mike Hussle, and by third round doctor stoppage to Piotr Redinov.

Omar Enz was a competitor in the recently abandoned Tycoon Karate World Championship, and is a strong Muay Thai striker, with some emerging punching skill. He prefers to fight from distance, and has a chin like a cement block. He won a Unanimous Decision over Taisto Eli Tippa Tapa in the opening round of the Karate Championship!

Prediction: Was tempted to pick Uru, but then saw his morale, almost a sure win for Enz. Enz by TKO (Round 1).

Light Heavyweight Bout

Dick Army (1-0, XKC Debut) vs. Lucifer Tyson (0-1, 0-1 XKC)

Dick Army, from Ohio, USA, is a skilled Muay Thai striker, with a good clinch game. He has little skill in boxing, but has a granite chin, making him hard to finish. He made his professional kickboxing debut with Dynamo, winning a Unanimous Decision over Antonio Rios in his debut!

Lucifer Tyson, from London, England, is a strong Muay Thai fighter, with an emerging boxing game. Tyson prefers to fight from distance, hitting his opponent with a barrage of kicks. his chin is solid, serving to keep him from being finished in his Unanimous Decision loss to Temujin Khan in his professional debut.

Prediction: While Tyson has the more rounded striking skill set, I expect Army will have the advantage in the clinch, and so will go with him. Army by UD.

Giacomo "The Cleaner" Benvenuti

"Mr. Penn, I thank you for a good fight. You cut me and woke the intensity inside of me. I cut you in return then cut your consciousness. Don't take it personally as it is just business. I have worked too diligently to win the Super Heavyweight Title and will not relinquish it without being pummeled until I can no longer function. I look forward to my next opponent and in the meantime, please pardon me as I have other business to tend to."

"Molotov, you're a tough competitor with painful, stinging elbows. You bled me with one but I also spilled your blood with my left fist. The right hook I connected with is one I learned from Giacomo and he is proud of that, as am I, because he has hit me plenty of times with that punch when we spar. For the both of us to win using the same punch is a bit ironic but a victory for each, nonetheless. I continue my march towards earning a championship and have much work to do. Until then gentlemen, I bid you adieu."

XKC 16

Friday, September 26, 2014

Live From Hayashi's Lounge in London, England

MAIN EVENT

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC Lightweight Title

Pat "HD" Barry (28-8-1, 2-0 XKC) vs. Jakobi "Cyclone" Smithy (21-8-1, XKC Debut)

XKC Lightweight Champion Pat Barry is the definition of an elite level striker, and should be difficult to remove the belt from. Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, Barry is strong with both his fists, and kicks, and has a strong clinch game as well. While he was a knock out machine early in his career, he has a tendency now to go deep into fights and win lopsided decision victories. He has won both his XKC fights, by Unanimous Decision over Kid Kamakazi, and won the title off Jaakko Kolloo in his last fight!

Jakobi Smithy, from Toledo, Ohio, USA, is a well rounded striker, at a high level both as a boxer, and with his kicks. He has a good clinch game as well. He has the cardio for a long fight as well, though he tends to finish a bit more than Barry at this point in his career. Smithy was on a two fight winning streak in Dynasty K-1 before signing with the XKC, with victories by second round T/KO over Will Robinson, and Tommy Morrison!

Prediction: While both fighters are well rounded strikers, Smithy is just not on the same level as Barry, who's Elite striking skills will win him the day again. Barry by UD.

CO-MAIN EVENT

Light Heavyweight Bout

Joseph Amadi (6-4, 5-4 XKC) vs. Armas Lumpio (9-2, 4-2 XKC)

Joseph Amadi, from Abuja, Nigeria, is an accomplished boxer, who prefers to fight at distance peppering his opponents with punches. He has an emerging kicking game, and is very physically strong. Amadi, a former Light Heavyweight Champion, recently lost the belt to Dark Killer, and then lost by second round TKO to Armas Lumpio in his last fight, he will look to avenge that loss tonight, and get started back on the quest to get the belt back!

Armas Lumpio, from Kuusamo, Finland, is a powerful, well rounded striker, with strong striking with both his hands and feet, and a strong clinch game to go with it. He will likely look to keep this fight in the clinch to keep Amadi from using his boxing to his advantage. Lumpio is on a two fight winning streak, with TKO victories over Je Tunaki, and Amadi!

Prediction: While Amadi is the better boxer, Lumpio dominated in the clinch in their last fight, and that is likely to continue again this time around. Lumpio by TKO (Round 2).

UNDERCARD

Light Heavyweight Bout

Brenton Bryce (5-7, 0-3 XKC) vs. Dark Killer (7-2, 7-1 XKC)

Brenton Bryce, from Alberta, Canada, is a former hockey enforcer, known more for his pugilistic skills, than his skill at playing the game. He is a well rounded striker, with decent clinch work. However, he has shown a tendency to cut in his last two fights, both losses by doctor stoppage in the first round to Heavy Hands!

Dark Killer is the former XKC Light Heavyweight Champion! Hailing from Murderville in Afghanistan, Killer is a strong boxer, with an emerging kicking game, and some skill in the clinch. He won the Light Heavyweight title off Joseph Amadi by second round TKO, but lost the belt on his first defense, losing by first round head kick knock out to Halfdan Lodbrok in his last fight!

Prediction: While Bryce has the more rounded skill set, Killer will have the advantage in boxing, and in the clinch. Killer by TKO (Round 2).

Super Heavyweight Bout

Matt Weston (5-0, 3-0 XKC) vs. Shezzo "Habagat" Wicked (4-7, 1-2 XKC)

Matt Weston, hailing from Washington, DC, is a boxer, with lethal high kicks, and a strong clinch game. He has the cardio to go deep into fights, but likes to finish as quickly as possible. He has won all five of his professional fights, including three in the XKC, with TKO victories over Sam Makatua, Steel Penn, and Tim Yankee!

Shezzo Wicked, from Sampaloc in the Philippines, is also a high level boxer, with dangerous low kicks, and an emerging clinch game. He tends to go deeper in fights, and has the cardio to carry him through the deep water. While he won his XKC debut over Tim Yankee, he is now on a two fight losing streak, losing by second round TKO to Giacomo Benvenuti in a title bout, and losing by third round TKO to Antti Meijeri in his last fight!

Prediction: While this fight is a toss up based purely on striking skill, Weston has momentum on his side, and will likely have a slight advantage in the clinch. Weston by TKO (Round 2).

Heavyweight Bout

"Knife" Zbigniew Ciosek (18-20-1, 1-3 XKC) vs. "Brysk" Bjarno Lackenmeier (14-6-1, 2-3 XKC)

Zbigniew Ciosek, from Wielkie Pole in Poland, is a well rounded striker, dangerous with both his hands and feet, who likes to fight up close in the clinch. He has the cardio to drag fights into the deep water, with a tendency to go deep in fights. He lost his first three XKC fights to a who's who of XKC Heavyweights, Sexy Julian, Joaozinho Gurgel, and Alexander Zalachenko, but picked up his first XKC victory in his last fight, a Unanimous Decision victory over Peter Maynard!

Bjarno Lackenmeier, from Skagen in Denmark, is a strong Muay Thai striker, with an excellent clinch game. He has monster cardio, and is a Decision machine, with 15 of his 21 fights going to the judges scorecards! Lackenmeier is on a two fight losing streak, with losses to Ser Gregor Clegane, and Ino Tatsuya, both by Unanimous Decision!

Prediction: No morale for Lackenmeier means Ciosek should have no trouble picking up the victory! Ciosek by TKO (Round 1).

PRELIMINARY CARD

Middleweight Bout

"Mr Turkish Delight" Hadi Ozturk (3-1, 3-1 XKC) vs. Victor Drago (0-0, XKC Debut)

Hadi Ozturk is a Muay Thai striker from Dalaman in Turkey, with an emerging boxing game. Unlike many Muay Thai practitioners, he prefers to fight from distance, and trust his granite chin to protect him from his opponents blows. He is coming off back to back victories by Unanimous Decision over Robert Archer, and by third round head kick TKO over Johnny Lawrence!

Victor Drago, a Muay Thai striker from Manchester, England, is a strong kicker, with an emerging punching game. It's sometimes difficult to know what to expect out of debuting fighters, but his skill set looks strong, if not as well rounded as Ozturk's. He makes his professional debut tonight in the XKC cage!

Prediction: While Drago has slightly higher Muay Thai skills, Ozturk has superior boxing, and will likely be stronger in the clinch, and is also more experienced. Ozturk by UD.

Super Heavyweight Bout

Harold "Badr" Hari (3-4, 3-2 XKC) vs. Lex "Blaze" Lethal (2-4, 1-3 XKC)

Harold Hari is a well rounded striker, with strong skills with both his hands and feet. He prefers to fight at distance, using his range to barrage his opponent with strikes. He is supremely confident in his abilities, but is coming off a first round knock out loss to Magnar Styr!

Lex Lethal is a strong boxer, who is working to develope his kicking game, and likes to work from the clinch. He has a solid chin, that allows him to absorb more damage than some, but is coming off back to back T/KO losses to Magnar Styr, and Luke Plouman Jnr!

Prediction: Not only does Hari have a more rounded skill set, but Lethal has low morale, which likely makes this a lock. Hari by KO (Round 1).

Heavyweight Bout

Ino Tatsuya (2-3, 1-1 XKC) vs. Peter Maynard (14-17, 0-7 XKC)

Ino Tatsuya, from Osaka, Japan, was one of the most respected Muay Thai coaches in the world, before deciding to fight professionally himself. He is an elite level Muay Thai striker, with a strong punching game as well, and can also fight out of the clinch. He won a decision over Bjarno Lackenmeier in his XKC debut, but lost his last fight by first round knock out to Sexy Julian!

Despite a strong striking skill set, and good clinch game, New York, USA native Peter Maynard has been a punching bag since entering the XKC, failing to win a fight in seven tries. Coming off a Unanimous Decision loss to Zbigniew Ciosek, Maynard will attempt to break his goose egg once again today!

Prediction: Maynard has no morale, so despite actually being the better all around fighter, Tatsuya will likely have a short night in victory! Tatsuya by TKO (Round 1).

Light Heavyweight Bout

Toshiro Hitsugaya (4-5-1, 4-5-1 XKC) vs. Art "One Glove" Jimmerson (0-0, XKC Debut)

Toshiro Hitsugaya, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is an intelligent fighter, with strong Muay Thai skills, and knock out power, who can fight from the clinch. He has an emerging punching game, but prefers to use his feet. Hitsugaya recently broke a four fight winless streak, with a first round knock out of Keirnon Jackson!

Art Jimmerson is a making his professional debut at 27 years of age. He is an exceptional boxer, with emerging Muay Thai skills, who prefers to fight from distance. While it's always hard to tell with a debuting fighter, his skill set could lead to success in the sport of kickboxing!

Prediction: While I would normally go with Hitsugaya's power, this fight may come down to fighter morale, and Jimmerson's more well rounded striking skills. Jimmerson by UD.

"Looking forward to getting back in the ring tomorrow night and putting on a show my fans deserve. I didn't get the nickname "Mr Turkish Delight" for no reason, the fans love me and of course I'm Turkish. I wont be going easy on Drago, it may be his debut K1 fight but nobody forced him to take the fight against me, if anything this will be a great chance for him to prove himself as he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. If he wins, he'll shoot up the rankings. If he loses, he'll get offered a second fight against a fighter who isn't rated as highly as I am.

I wish him all the best, it's always great seeing new young fighters join my weight division."

"That was a fun fight! Victor Drago (0-1) proved to everyone in the K1 world that he's got a massive heart. I thought I was going to put him away for sure when I dropped him but he got back up and kept fighting on, I respect that. He's got the heart of a champion but if I'm honest... I feel like it was my fault I didn't get the KO/TKO, I should have put the pressure on him more after dropping him.

I hope XKC consider adding more young fighters to this weight division. There's quite a few experienced fighters who have been with XKC since the Superior Warrior tournament and then there's guys like Drago, Sor Suchart and Johnny Lawrence who haven't got many wins to their names.

Apparently Johnny Lawrence is considering his future in K1, I heard he's contemplating retiring which would be a shame especially when you consider how young he is. I'd feel bad if he did retire because I was the last fighter he stepped in the ring against."

"Mr. John Luther, you are an excellent Welterweight champion who I have tremendous respect for. Your record speaks for itself, and your accomplishments are worthy of a champion. I'm honored to have been presented this championship opportunity as that is the entire reason any warrior enters battle in the ring or cage. You have dangerous fists and I will absolutely need to be on top of my game or I'll end up another victim of your knockout ability. I shall prepare for a war and I hope that's what you prepare for as well. October 12th is a very important day for me and I will not allow it to slip through my grasp! Until we step into the ring of judgment as Giacomo likes to call it, I bid you adieu."

Live From Hayashi's Lounge in London, England

MAIN EVENT

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Middleweight Title Bout

"General" Mathew Ridgeway (6-0, 6-0 XKC) vs. Pat "Boom Boom" Garret (6-2, 5-1 XKC)

XKC Middleweight Champion Mathew Ridgeway is an excellent boxer, very capable striking from distance, but has an emerging Muay Thai game, and a preferance for fighting in the clinch, where he has shown the ability to cause a great amount of damage. He has yet to lose a professional bout, and he won the Middleweight Title in his last bout, with a fourth round TKO victory over Tim Roth to win the Superior Warrior Season One Tournament!

Pat Garret has lived up to the name "Boom Boom" with a string of KO and TKO victories! A great boxing talent, who unlike a lot of boxers has no problem fighting in the clinch. He has an amazing ability to absorb damage. Garret is a former challenger for the Welterweight Title, suffering his only loss in the XKC to former Welterweight Champion Yvgeny Molotov, but stepped up to 185 in his last fight, earning a second round TKO victory over Robert Archer to earn this title shot!

Prediction: Ridgeway has been very impressive through the Superior Warrior Tournament, and will have a slight advantage in both boxing, and muay thai, though I could see this going the other way just as easily, I'm going to go with the champ. Ridgeway by UD.

CO-MAIN EVENT

Lightweight Bout

"Na Baron" Feyd Rautha Harkonnen (22-11-1, 2-1 XKC) vs. Danny Osei Tutu (14-12-1, 2-2 XKC)

Feyd Rautha Harkonnen, from Siberia, Russia, is a high level striker, skills in both boxing, and Muay Thai, and has strong work from the clinch as well. He has a tendency toward getting decisions more than finishing opponents. He recently had a two fight winning streak snapped, when he lost a three round war to Bong Toe by Unanimous Decision!

Danny Osei Tutu, from Perth, Australia, is an elite level Muay Thai fighter, with elite skills in the clinch, and a strong boxing game just to mix things up. He is a powerful striker, capable of causing a lot of damage. He recently had a two fight losing streak snapped, when he earned a first round TKO victory over Ricardo Awa!

Prediction: Harkonnen is an excellent fighter, but Tutu will have an advantage in the clinch, and in Muay Thai, and will likely claim the victory. Osei Tutu by TKO (Round 3).

UNDERCARD

Featherweight Bout

Tourney Fighter (6-1-1, 0-1 XKC) vs. "Adrijan" Billy Joakim-Antrim (6-2, 1-1 XKC)

Tourney Fighter, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, is a skilled Muay Thai fighter, with strong kicks, who is also dangerous with his punching, and has an emerging clinch game. He has the cardio for long fights, and even his finishes tend to go into the deep water of the fight. He was the winner of the Convicted K1 64 Man Grand Prix, but lost by Unanimous Decision to Hematoma Hominick in his XKC debut in his last fight!

Still on the run from the authorities in Fort Winter, Old Mexico, Billy Joakim-Antrim hasn't exactly been keeping a low profile. An excellent Muay Thai striker, with a strong boxing game, and emerging skills in the clinch. His heavy hands allow him to do a lot of damage to his opponents. While he lost a Unanimous Decision to Hematoma Hominick in his XKC debut, he earned a second round knock out victory over Zhu Yuan in his last fight!

Prediction: A tough fight to pick, though Fighter is the superior striker, Antrim has plenty of opportunity to win the fight if he can get in the clinch. I will go with the superior striking however. Fighter by TKO (Round 3).

Super Heavyweight Bout

Steel Penn (8-3, 1-3 XKC) vs. Antti Meijeri (4-3, 3-3 XKC)

Steel Penn, from Hilo, Hawaii, USA, is a well rounded striker, with highly developed skills with both his fists, and kicks. He prefers to fight from distance, using his varied striking attack to keep his opponents off balance, and finish them. In his last fight, he once again lost by first round knock out in his second attempt to take Giacomo Benvenuti's Super Heavyweight Title!

Antti Meijeri, from Hanko, Finland, is a highly skilled Muay Thai striker, with an emerging clinch game, who also has strong skills in boxing to back that up. While he can fight from the clinch, he has shied away from it his last couple fights, possibly because of the level of his opponents clinch games. In his last fight he TKOed Shezzo Wicked in Round 3.

Prediction: Steel Penn is the more well rounded striker, but Meijeri will have a large advantage should he get the fight to the clinch. Meijeri by TKO (Round 2).

Welterweight Bout

Mike "The Prodigy" Hussle (3-1, 3-1 XKC) vs. Bill BumFight (3-2, 0-1 XKC)

Mike Hussle, from Leeds, England is a highly skilled boxer, with an emerging kicking game. He is a very strong striker, capable of causing tremendous damage to his opponents. He is definately a finisher, coming into this fight on the back of a three fight winning streak, all by first round T/KO over Tihon Lapardin, Sonny Bill Uru, and Mark Addison!

Bill BumFight is a brawler, from New York City, USA, where he competed in the boxing promotion Golden Ring before signing with the XKC. He is an excellent boxer, but is still working to get his Muay Thai skills up to speed. He is definately a finisher, with all his victories coming by first round T/KO, and has a granite chin that allows him to absorb a lot of punishment. He lost by second round TKO to Ataullah Ganteaume in his XKC debut!

Prediction: It is hard to bet against Hussle at this point, who has been ploughing through the bottom end of the Welterweight Division. Hussle by TKO (Round 3).

PRELIMINARY CARD

Middleweight Bout

"Don" Tim Roth (4-2, 4-2 XKC) vs. "Saggitarius" Robert Archer (3-3, 3-3 XKC)

Tim Roth, from Bristol, England, is a strong Muay Thai fighter, with minimal boxing skills, and an emerging clinch game. He can fight at distance, but prefers to utilize the clinch in a lot of his fights. He has heavy hands, and is a finisher, with three of his four victories coming by TKO. He fought Mathew Ridgeway in the final of the Superior Warrior Tournament, losing by forth round TKO in his last fight!

Robert Archer, from Liverpool, England, is a strong boxer, excellent with his hands, who has minimal muay thai skills, and an emerging wrestling game, that he mostly uses to keep the fight out of the clinch, and at distance. He was eliminated from the Superior Warrior

Tournament by Hadi Ozturk, and has since won twice, before losing by second round TKO to Pat Garret in his last fight!

Prediction: While Archer has been steadily improving, it will be his lack of defense against Roth's Muay Thai game that proves his undoing. Roth by TKO (Round 2).

Middleweight Bout

"Make Them Bleed" Brutal Demise (4-2, 4-2 XKC) vs. Simon Sor Suchart (0-1, 0-1 XKC)

Brutal Demise, from Bristol, England, is a well rounded Muay Thai fighter, with skills in both kicking, and boxing, as well as a decent clinch game. His only two losses were to the two Superior Warrior finalists Tim Roth, and Mathew Ridgeway, and he defeated Albert White by second round TKO to take third place in the tournament in his last fight!

Simon Sor Suchart, from Kingston, Jamaica, is a very skilled Muay Thai fighter, with an emerging punching game. He prefers to fight from distance, and is very confident, coming forward despite any odds against him. He lost by 43 second TKO to Robert Archer in his professional debut.

Prediction: Suchart is a fine striker, even has the advantage in both disciplines, but his lack of skill in the clinch lead to his demise! Demise by TKO (Round 2).

Light Heavyweight Bout

Dick Army (2-0, 1-0 XKC) vs. "The Warlord" Temujin Khan (1-1, 1-1 XKC)

Dick Army, from Ohio in the USA, is a superb Muay Thai striker, with an emerging clinch game, and only a small amount of boxing skill. He prefers to fight at distance, scoring points on his opponents in bunches with his kicks, and has a granite chin that allows him to absorb any damage his opponent might dish out! He hasn't been a finisher thus far in his career, and won his XKC debut by Majority Decision over Lucifer Tyson!

Temujin Khan, from Ulan Bator, Mongolia, is a highly skilled Muay Thai fighter, who relies on his strong kicking game to get things done. He has some skill in the clinch, but also fights well from distance. He was dropped by his manager going into the fight, and thus took a hit to his morale. He lost by first round TKO to Akihiko Yamato in his last fight!

Prediction: Without a manager to take care of Khan, it is likely that Army will take the victory! Army by UD.

Welterweight Bout

"Sweet" Omar Enz (1-1, 0-1 XKC) vs. Mark Addison (1-2, 1-2 XKC)

Omar Enz, from Copenhagen, Denmark, is a highly skilled Muay Thai fighter, with an emerging boxing game. He was a competitor in the prematurely ended Tycoon World Karate Championship, winning his one fight over Taisto Ei Tippa Tappa by Unanimous Decision, before losing his XKC debut by Majority Decision to Sonny Bill Uru!

Mark Addison is a highly skilled Muay Thai fighter, with an emerging boxing game, and strong clinch work. He has KO power in his hands, however, back to back knock out losses to Sonny Bill Uru, and Mike Hussle, have left some questioning the strength of his chin.

Prediction: Well, Addison is my fighter, so I will refrain from predicting this one due to personal bias.

MAIN EVENT

Heavyweight Bout

Tak Sin "Gaan Khaat Gam" Thanarat (24-15-1, 4-1 XKC) vs. "Panthera Onca" Joaozinho Gurgel (14-10, 2-1 XKC)

Tak Sin Thanarat, from Licey, Thailand is an elite level striker, with all of his weapons, both punches, and kicks, and has strong wrestling as well, in order to work his clinch game. He is a finisher, having finished 18 of his 24 victories. Thanarat rampaged through the Heavyweight Division on his arrival in XKC, with four straight finishes over a who's who of the division, but lost by third round TKO in his last fight, when pitted against Heavyweight Champion Lorenzo Von Matterhorn!

Joaozinho Gurgel, from Brasilia, Brazil, is an elite level Muay Thai striker, with a high level boxing game as well. He has strong clinch work, but tends to fight from distance. Always exciting to watch, Gurgel has racked up 13 "Of The Night" awards in his 14 fights, and has finished his opponent in all but one of his victories. Though Gurgel lost to Edward Nygma in his XKC debut, back to back stoppage victories over Zbigniew Ciosek, and Sexy Julian have him back on the right track!

Prediction: This fight should be a war, but with two elite level strikers, I have to go with the stronger wrestling of Gurgel here. Gurgel by TKO (Round 3).

CO-MAIN EVENT

Heavyweight Bout

Sexy Julian (14-8, 3-2 XKC) vs. "Knife" Zbigniew Ciosek (19-20-1, 2-3 XKC)

Sexy Julian, form Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, is a high level striker, capable of causing damage with kicks or punches. He has knock out power, and is known for finishing opponents, finishing 13 of his 14 victories. Julian has traded wins and losses throughout his XKC career, and is coming off a first round knock out victory over Ino Tatsuya!

Zbigniew Ciosek, from Wielkie Pole, Poland, is a high level Muay Thai striker, with a strong boxing game. He can fight well in the clinch, and isn't afraid to drag a fight into the deep water. Though he opened his XKC career with three losses, he has turned things around, winning his last two fights, Unanimous Decision victories over Peter Maynard, and Bjarno Lackenmeier!

Prediction: While Ciosek will likely have the stronger clinch game, the combination of Julian being the better striker, and having knock out power will likely see him take the victory. Julian by KO (Round 1).

UNDERCARD

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Light Heavyweight Title

Halfdan "Ragnarson" Lodbrok © (5-0, 5-0 XKC) vs. Armas Lumpio (10-2, 5-2 XKC)

A rematch of both men's XKC debut. Lumpio is the only man so far to take Lodbrok out of the first round, but he still lost the fight by TKO in the second round!

Halfdan Lodbrok was a Viking chief from Skagen in Denmark, and is a high level Muay Thai striker, with strong boxing skills as well as emerging clinch work. Lodbrok has been dominant, finishing all but one fight within the first round, and is coming off a first round knock out of Dark Killer where Lodbrok won his Light Heavyweight Title.

Armas Lumpio, from Kuusamo in Finland, is a high level boxer, with strong Muay Thai skills, and clinch work. He likes to drag the fight to deep water, wearing his opponent down for either a decision or late TKO victory. Lumpio has won three straight fights, a first round TKO of Je Tunaki, and a second round TKO, and Unanimous Decision victories over Joseph Amadi to earn his title shot!

Prediction: While Lumpio is definately the more well rounded fighter, just going by the numbers, it's hard at this point to go against Lodbrok's dominance. Lodbrok by KO (Round 2).

Light Heavyweight Bout

Akihiko Yamato (5-1, 5-1 XKC) vs. Joseph Amadi (6-5, 5-5 XKC)

Akihiko Yamato, from Yokosuka, Japan, is a high level Muay Thai striker, who is still working on rounding out the remainder of his striking game. He prefers to fight from distance, using dangerous kicks, and punches to finish his opponents. Yamato bounced back from a loss to Halfdan Lodbrok with a first round TKO victory over Temujin Khan in his last fight!

Joseph Amadi, from Abuja, Nigeria, is a high level boxer, with an emerging Muay Thai game. He prefers to fight from distance, and either finishes early, or tends to lose if the fight goes into the later rounds. Amadi is a former Light Heavyweight Champion, who defended his belt successfully on three occasions, but is now on a three fight losing streak, as after losing his belt to Dark Killer, he racked up two more losses against Armas Lumpio!

Prediction: Amadi is a more well rounded competitor, and I expect he'll take the win here. Amadi by TKO (Round 1).

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/150x100q90/539/VC9M3q.jpg

XKC World Welterweight Title

John Luther © (6-1, 3-0 XKC) vs. Atauallah "The Orb Spider" Ganteaume (2-0, 2-0 XKC)

John Luther, from London, England, is a high level Muay Thai fighter, who also has pretty good boxing. He prefers to fight from a distance, and uses the little wrestling skill he possesses to break out of opponents clinches as quickly as possible. He has won all three of his XKC fights, including defeating Yvgeny Molotov by fifth round TKO in his last fight to win the XKC Welterweight Title!

Antauallah Ganteaume from Arima, Trinidad & Tobago, is a highly skilled young fighter, with high level skills in both boxing, and muay thai, and an emerging wrestling game. He likes to fight in the clinch, and also has a dangerous kicking game. He has won both his fights, a second round TKO win over Bill BumFight, and a second round TKO victory over former Welterweight Champion Yvgeny Molotov to earn this opportunity!

Prediction: well, The Orb Spider has made me look really good so far in my predicting, so I'll continue the streak, also he has the advantage in striking, and in the clinch. Ganteaume by TKO (Round 2).

PRELIMINARY CARD

Lightweight Bout

"Sir" Bedivere Vita Cadoc (3-4, 2-1 XKC) vs. "The Pilot" Kid Kamikaze (23-19-2, 0-2-1 XKC)

Bedivere Vita Cadoc was a Knight of the Round Table, hailing from Camelot in Wales. He is an elite level boxer, with strong Muay Thai, and wrestling skills. While he has a strong wrestling game, he prefers to strike from distance, counting on his power to end his opponents nights. After two victories over Gar Logan to begin his XKC career, he lost his last fight by third round TKO to Kamikaze Suzuki!

Kid Kamikaze, from Japan, is an elite level Muay Thai striker, with a strong boxing game, and good wrestling as well. He loves the deep water, and is a decision machine, fighting to 33 decisions in his 45 fights. He is on a three fight winless streak, and is coming off a Unanimous Decision loss to Jaakko Kolloo!

Prediction: Cadoc's ability to finish will be the difference here. Cadoc by TKO (Round 2).

Super Heavyweight Bout

Harold "Badr" Hari (4-4, 4-2 XKC) vs. Luke Plouman Jnr (1-1, 1-1 XKC)

A rematch of a fight back in August, where Hari took the victory by Unanimous Decision.

Harold Hari, from an unknown part of Israel, is a well rounded if not supremely skilled striker, whose skill set has allowed him to pick up some wins. He has a tendency for early, powerful finishes, and is coming off a first round knock out victory over Lex Lethal!

Luke Plouman Jnr, from Middlesborough, United Kingdom, is a high level Muay Thai striker, with an emerging boxing game. He prefers to fight from distance, using dangerous kicks to take out his opponents. He is coming off a second round knock out victory over Lex Lethal in his last fight!

Prediction: With the Muay Thai advantage for Plouman being very significant, I expect his strong kicking game to be the difference as he avenges his loss. Plouman by KO (Round 2).

Heavyweight Bout

"Brysk" Bjarno Lackenmeier (14-7-1, 2-4 XKC) vs. Peter Maynard (14-18, 0-8 XKC)

A rematch of a fight from back in July, where Lackenmeier took the victory by a closely contested Split Decision!

Bjarno Lackenmeier, from Skagen, Denmark, is a high level Muay Thai striker, with a strong wrestling base for his clinch game. He prefers to fight from the clinch, and likes to drage fights into deep water, with 16 of his 22 fights going to a decision. He has lost three in a row since defeating Maynard, and is coming off a Unanimous Decision loss to Zbigniew Ciosek!

Peter Maynard, from New York City, USA, is a elite level Muay Thai striker, with a decent boxing game, and solid wrestling skills. He prefers to fight from distance, and has had absolutely no success in the XKC ring. He has lost eight in a row since joining the XKC, and is coming off a third round TKO loss to Ino Tatsuya!

Prediction: Normally I would be calling this based on fighter morale, but since neither fighter has any morale it will come down to who does something dangerous first. With Maynard being the better striker, I will go with him to avenge his loss. Maynard by TKO (Round 3).

"Mr. Luther, it was an honor to battle a champion with great heart, and I thank you for the lessons learned in our confrontation. I am honored and humbled to be the new XKC Welterweight Champion, CageRage, it seems the luck you mentioned in terms of predicting the outcome of my battles has also been very good luck for me as well. I know I have only been involved in three battles in XKC so there's much left for me to do, but I can promise that I will defend this title as diligently as my body allows and shall remain focused on the task at hand. I also thank the XKC Members of the Board for considering me to be worthy of a title opportunity so early in my career and I strive to make them proud of their decision. Until later gentlemen, I bid you adieu!"

" Just signed the dotted line to confirm my next fight, a fight against someone who I have previously fought before in my K1 career... Tim Roth (4-3). He is the only fighter who has beaten me in my K1 career, I want to avenge that defeat. He has lost his last two fights, surprised he got beat by Robert Archer if I'm honest but in K1, much like MMA, anything can happen.

This is a massive test for me and will show if I've improved a lot since we first fought. I believe I have, I guess we'll just have to wait until we both step into that ring before we find out the answer.

Tim Roth, you got lucky the first time, the judges only gave you that win because you pussied out and had to clinch up with me, don't blame you because I would have KO'd you if would have tried to trade strikes with me. Come at me bro, don't pussy out like the first fight! "

XKC 19

Saturday, October 18, 2014

Live From Hayashi's Lounge in London, England

MAIN EVENT

Middleweight Bout

"Saggitarius" Robert Archer (4-3, 4-3 XKC) vs. Solomon "Grundy" Augustine (6-4, XKC Debut)

Robert Archer, from Liverpool, United Kingdom, is a strong boxer, with an emerging clinch game. While he preferred to strike from distance earlier in his career, as his wrestling has improved he has utilized the clinch more. He is coming off a Unanimous Decision victory over Superior Warrior Tournament Finalist Tim Roth!

Solomon Augustine, from Hong Kong, is a high level Muay Thai striker, with an emerging clinch game. He likes to utilize the clinch when he fights. This will be his first action in the K-1 ring, all of his other fights happening in MMA. He is coming off a first round TKO victory over Matt Williams in NEX in his last fight!

Prediction: While Augustine is technically the better striker, Archer will have a boxing advantage, as well as the advantage in the clinch, which will likely allow him to control the fight. Archer by TKO (Round 3).

CO-MAIN EVENT

Super Heavyweight Bout

Matt Weston (5-0-1, 3-0-1 XKC) vs. Shezzo "Hagabat" Wicked (4-7-1, 1-2-1 XKC)

Matt Weston, from Washington, DC, USA, is a high level boxer, with strong Muay Thai skills, and wrestling. He can fight from distance, but likes to utilize the clinch as well to devastating effect. He had won every single fight in his career, up to his last fight, when he fought to a draw with Wicked!

Shezzo Wicked, from Sampaloc in the Philippines, is a well rounded striker, with high level boxing skills, as well as strong Muay Thai, and clinch work. He has had a more up and down career than Weston, and broke a two fight losing streak, when he battled to a draw with Weston in his last fight!

Prediction: There is very little to seperate these two fighters skills wise, but Weston should have the advantage in the clinch, which should allow him to bully Wicked if he can get the fight in close. Weston by UD.

UNDERCARD

Welterweight Bout

Rob Banks (3-1, XKC Debut) vs. Bill BumFight (4-2, 1-1 XKC)

Rob Banks, from Los Angeles, California, USA, is a high level Muay Thai fighter, with emerging boxing skills, but no acumen in close. He prefers to strike from distance, with all three of his victories coming by T/KO. His last fight was a first round TKO loss to Joe Schmo in DSC!

Bill BumFight, from New York City, USA, is a high level boxer, who is working hard to round out his striking game after fighting in a boxing promotion to begin his career, his kicking skills are starting to round out, but he has little skill in close. He prefers to fight from distance, using his punches to knock out opponents. He is coming off a Unanimous Decision victory over Mike Hussle in his last fight!

Prediction: With two very similar skill sets, this could go either way, but BumFight's granite chin will likely be the difference. BumFight by TKO (Round 3).

Welterweight Bout

Yvgeny "The Folk Hero" Molotov (5-2, 5-2 XKC) vs. Lance "The Kickboxer" De Ropp (0-0, XKC Debut)

Yvgeny Molotov, from Minsk, Belarus, is a former XKC Welterweight Champion, and has high level Muay Thai skills, with strong boxing, and an emerging wrestling game. He likes to utilize the clinch to bully opponents, but was outmatched in this area in his last fight, a second round TKO loss to Atauallah Ganteaume!

Lance De Ropp, from Saint-Paul, France, is a high level striker, with excellent skills with both Muay Thai, and boxing, but little skill in close. It's hard to tell what to expect from a rookie, but I expect him to stay away from the clinch, and try to strike from distance.

Prediction: Molotov is a former champion, and will have similar striking skills to go along with an clinch advantage, likely giving him the tools for victory. Molotov by TKO (Round 2).

Light Heavyweight Bout

Dick Army (3-0, 2-0 XKC) vs. Trevor Dustin (0-1, 0-1 XKC)

Dick Army, from Ohio, USA, is a strong Muay Thai striker, who is working hard to round out his striking skill set. He likes to fight from the clinch, controlling, and bullying opponents to set up his striking. He prefers to drag fights into deep water, outlasting opponents. He earned the first finish of his career in his last fight, a third round TKO victory over Temujin Khan!

Trevor Dustin, from Texas, USA, is a high level Muay Thai fighter, who will have to work hard on his other striking skills to round out his game. He prefers to fight from distance, utilizing his strong kicking game to pepper his opponent with strikes, and relying on his granite chin to stop his opponent finishing him first. His only pro fight was a Unanimous Decision loss to Byron Phillips in Dynamo!

Prediction: This fight could go either way, with both fighters having granite chin, it will likely go the distance, and Army's wrestling advantage may be the difference. Army by UD.

PRELIMINARY CARD

Middleweight Bout

Oliver "The Chimney" Buddington (1-0, XKC Debut) vs. Victor Plouman (0-1, 0-1 XKC)

Oliver Buddington, from Nottingham, England, is a strong Muay Thai striker, who is continuing to work hard to round out his striking game. In his first pro fight, Buddington showed a preference to keeping the fight at distance, as he picked up a Unanimous Decision victory over Justin Chrystal in QFC!

Victor Plouman, from Manchester, United Kingdom, is a strong Muay Thai striker, with an emerging boxing game. He showed a tendency in his first fight to prefer fighting from distance, using his strong kicking game to pepper his opponent with strikes. He lost a Unanimous Decision to Hadi Ozturk in his only fight!

Prediction: With the more well rounded striking skill set, I will go with Plouman in this one. Plouman by TKO (Round 3).
