I think this isn't fair, I read somewhere that stat descrease start at 29+ years. JamesCozad Posted January 27, 2014 Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 I'm sure the effect of sparring as a means of maintenance for associated secondaries is basically analogous to using sparring to increase secondaries in training. Meaning it has a very marginal effect on gains, or in this case, maintaining. It's best just to train the secondaries if you want to prevent the de-pop.
